They rang me, asked about my gas + elec bills. I said we don't pay any. He said do you own the property. I said what property? He said the property your in now.. I told him I live on the streets..
Wonder if they will ring back again- they knew my name though.. :S

ive had two calls fom this number 2 times in 5 mins its a joke calling at all hours especially when i have two small children that im trying to get to sleep getting sick of it anyone got any ideas on who it is cos they need reporting.Seems to me from what ive read that their trying to see if anyone answers sob they can carry on with more scams bleeding joke

better still say you've reached the scam household please note your call will be recorded for scam puposes lmao bet they dont call again after that

Was npower asking me if i wanted to talk to them or be removed from their harrasment list.

I opted to be removed.

Phone rang and I was asked if someone I've never heard of lives here. When I said no and asked who was calling the line went dead. Rang 1471 and selected option 2, which they said would remove my number from their list. We'll see....

They call me every other day asking for me and when I say it's me they try it on with me even if it is a man. dunno why? :/ how can i stop em?

I'm getting repeat calls from this number on my mobile but they always hang up.
Does anyone know who it is or how they got my mobile number?

this is NPower - dial it and you get an auto message : press 1 to speak to an advisor, press 2 to have your number removed from their calling list. Do it - it works. Up the workers !

i have just had a call off this number - but didnt answer it - its 18;44 , but its called me before and i answered it and there was nothing !! its a scam !

I had a missed call from this number, they didn't leave a message on the answerphone. I called it back and it was an automated message saying it's Npower and choose from the following options. I hung up.

Its Npower :) Tell them you arent interested and they go away :)

isnt it rather odd how everyone who rings back is given a recorded message...i wouldnt trust it even is n power as anyone can record a message...i would ring n power directly with there number..also i have been bombarded with different 0800 numbers calling..checking them all out there all scams with some numbers claiming to be more then one company!..it also possible for them to appear to be a different number calling..for example the number that comes up on your screen may be an official number from a company but may not actually be the number who is calling you..i suggest to always call companys yourself by dialling them from your side before engaging in serious talk with personal information.

I had a call from this number but my phone only rang twice and then they cut it off!! Any idea's who this is?

i had a call saying i owe gas and electricity co some money and they are calling on their behalf for the past three years i have lied in shared accommodation inclusive of bills.When i asked how did he get my number he said a convenience stores have given him this number.

They call me about 5-8 times a day. I have no idea who it is and am getting very annoyed with the constant calls. No message is left, they hang up when answered or just silence. How can these people be barred and what can I do to stop mobile phone providers giving out numbers? Thanks for any help.

2 missed calls from this number. I don't even live in the uk! I do have a uk mobile though.

this number ha called me three times in the last two days first time i answered ...nothing.. 2nd time they asked for me by surname then hung up. and today i ignored it.
