Yes this is TalkTalk. Just has a call which I never answered but they left a message. Which was a follow up to a phone fault I had  making sure that my phone line fault has been fixed and making sure I was back up and running on internet and calling.
Nothing wrong with that.

Talk Talk; They've been sending me text messages for almost a month telling me that my new super fibre broadband equipment would be delivered on..... or that the engineer would be at my house to install my super fibre broadband on....   trouble is I have never ordered anything from them , they've obviously got the mobile number wrong but are too stupid to correct it even though I spoke to their customer service area.... today they rang me 3 times in 5 minutes..... T*ssers.....

Talk Talk. Been with them for years, their "customer service" and business processes are so shoddy that I have learnt to find their ineptitude a source of mild amusement/bemusement. Consistent, yes they are that..

I have been with TalkTalk for many years and have always found them very good.  I had a call from this number just now and it was definitely from them in response to a fault I had with Broadband so it is genuine.  The only problem I sometimes have is that I can't always understand everything they say, although most of them do speak quite good English.  They are always polite and willing to help.

I just received a call from this number & had a message left on my mobile as I reported a fault on our you view box.
I've got my suspicions as its not the number from TalkTalks official website.
I will stick to numbers which I feel are genuine as I got scammed by Natura Healthcare last November.
Going back to Talktalk, I've been satisfied with the level of service we've received but as I've had a call from someone who wasn't officially from the company I will be cautious.

Rang once end was terminated - I have been in discussions with TalkTalk regarding an unauthorised charge they applied to my account, so it will most likely be them.

It's very frustrating that they only connect the call very briefly, is this a method of registering attempted contact maybe?

I'm finding this company more unscrupulous with each interaction.

Constant calls from this number, TalkTalk in spite of me repeatedly telling them not to call me, and just email me, typical telecommunications company incapable of listening to customers

i to have had problems and threats off talk talk worst thing I ever did only with them for 4 wks couldn't get TV or internet phoned them loads of times then telling me it's gonna cost me to send out an engineer I've cancelled and they haven't been very nice at all glad I'm not the only one that's had problems and they said their gonna charge me 4 hundred pound because I've cancelled ha I did it within the 29 days so Ye bring it on with me as well in not paying for something that never worked cheek of it

Had a call from this number. I Never answer unknown numbers, no  message on ansaphone. Weird?.

Someone purporting to be from TalkTalk, I have been with TT for just over a year, registered to move home online with them and since then have been receiving calls from this number, always the same man, very heavy accent and doesn't seem to be able to follow the specific processes I have set up on my account to avoid giving acct details..I have explained to him that I have a password for a reason, and everyone else that I speak to from TT manages, so I have my suspicions.....

ye i just had a call saying that i need to call them bk to verify my address,,, why when they will no my address considering im supposed to be a customer

Was expecting call from engineer from TalkTalk but when I answered the phone (I only let it ring twice) said hello and they hung up! Not very professional!

I'm with talk talk too and absolutely sick and tired of so many scam calls coming in every single day.

I just had a phone call from this number on Monday on  my mobile. I just put a order in on Saturday for land line & fibre broadband he said he was from open reach so I thought it was a engineer phoning me. He wanted my name & address & then he said I'll give you broadband I said I've already got a order in place for fibre broadband he said you can only get broadband then upgrade later. He then said I'll phone you back later. So I phoned talktalk to see what is going on told them what did I order she said you getting broadband fibre. So now I've blocked this number I'm not answering anymore phone calls unless something goes wrong or its from hospital or doctors now.

he as phoned back today & left a message on o2 voice mail & now he as said he's from talktalk customer service. & yesterday he said he is from open reach if this person is from talktalk they should find out who this person is & sack them.

Talk Talk,  about installation. I have never had a problem and highly recommend them.

They purported to be talk talk  asking me for security details. I refused and rang Talk Talk

Talk Talk said this is NOT their number...neither is 0800 955 5511

This number is for Talktalk. I used to work in their Preston office and whenever we made an outbound call it would show as 08009555511. The other number 08009555544 is from an outbound loyalty team called "verifications". They call you when you're switching provider and ask if there's any reason you're leaving, they will eventually transfer you to the loyalty team as the verifications team are legally not allowed to attempt to retain you.

THIS IS A SCAM  DO NOT BOTHER TO ANSWER. PUT THIS NUMBER ON YOUR IGNORE LIST.
I have spoke to Talk Talk who stress this is NOT one of their numbers and to not answer it.
PS: The Call Type list below should include SCAMMERS in it!!!

I have had the same problem with talk talk. I cancelled my contract with them and they took over my phone line anyway. now they want cancellation fees and a monthly bill for a service I told them I didn't want. they keep ringing me and sending emails despite my telling them I don't want any communication from them
