Just had a call from these I let the phone ring as I did not recognise this number. On picking up the phone stopped ringing...
I am with Talk Talk.

This number calls my phone at midnight most nights.  I have complained to TalkTalk and nothing has happened.  I have a terminally ill family member and this type of nuisance is totally unacceptable.  I want this sorted.

u have 3 options: 1. complain via social media, THAT seems to give most firms a dose of the severe trots so a rapid callback 2 escalate to their CEO, either google "talktalk ceo" or use this address: dido.harding@talktalkplc.com   3. if that don't work escalate to Ofcom (Regulator) / ICO under DPA breach or the Consumer News reporter of your preferred newspaper (they love to give telecomms a good kicking from time to time) - or, in fact, try all three, the first two options will take less than five minutes each, #3 a bit longer, depends on how aggrieved they've made you feel. (sorry to hear about family situation, very distressing so hope this helps to get disruption stopped)

Had a call almost every half hour today...

This is talk talk management centre getting in contact about a recent complaint, worst providers for internet!! Do not sign up for talk talk!

recieved an automated call from 'talktalk' knew my name, was told to wait. i hung up,  unplugged the phone line to assure disconnection and called talktalk. its not a talktalk number and the number was reported by talktalk. I am sure there are many talktalk employees who are involved in the scammer calls we are all receiving. ALWAYS unplug the telephone line after these calls, after noting down the callers number.

Also after each talktalk call you have made, unplug the phone line.

Caller says he is from the Post Office and calling to make arrangement for Openreach to visit our house, We do have an ongoing problem with Post Office broadband, never had a problem with previous provider, can't seem to get it right.

Rang my mobile which I have true caller on came up a T-mobile but was left a message  supposedly by talktalk to contact them about my account. Was the same prerecorded message as talktalk use even said my name. Rang talktalk from different number and they say it's a scam. PLEASE do not ring the number left at the end of the message as it will probably charge you a fortune. Now blocked

I raised a complaint with Talk Talk about a bill on a account that was long closed. Got a call back from one of their managers from this number to discuss the issue.

Placed an order with TT for fibre, this number called to say my order had been cancelled.  I phoned TT who said this was not them and my order was still ok, they said they won't outbound call unless they have emailed to tell you.

I've had the same issue. I cancelled everything with TalkTalk and they are trying to get me to pay for advance services. I cancelled my Direct Debit. I've tried so hard to sort their problem out but everyone i speak to has a different approach but it always ends up as my problem. In the end, on the advice of my new supplier I just cancelled any payments. I did eventually get to speak with a manager who promised tp sort things out and will get back ASAP. So far no response. I lodged a complaint on line which responded saying they would get back within 72 hours.That was ten days ago but still no answer.
My advice to anyone is not to use TalkTalk.

Not Talk talk - but they claim to be, and their number is similar. I spoke to Talk Talk and they told me it was a scam. Tried to demand payment from me for an unpaid bill. They're not my provider though!

This number has called me many times, at all times of the day. I have never picked up as I don't answer calls to people I don't know. I recommend you do that same thing. Most companies would not call you directly and instead notify you through e-mail or post. Answering unknown calls may put you at risk by revealing your location, voice and any other information you reveal. You cannot take it back. Please be careful!

Its NOT talk talk im with talk talk i wouldnt listen to a word they say my laptop got hacked they had my bank details and ny photos and everything they accessed my laptop using team veiwer and others dont get wrealed in by the stupid idiots

this number just called claiming to be talktalk regarding mac code to transfer supplier. am with talktalk, but not requested this. scam maybe?

Actually it IS TalkTalk, this is the number my colleagues call me from and they are on TalkTalk IT Development team, weird that you would get for a sales call

Download a program called Should I Answer. All numbers that call you will appear straightaway on here. You can then block them.
