Received call at work, recorded message to persuade me to write a will.

Get calls from this number on a regular basis but strangely, only to our fax machine. Very annoying.

I've just had to get my number changed because of all the nuisance calls to the old one.  Only had this new number a day and they are all over me.  Ex-directory etc.  I wonder if the Postoffice home phone sells numbers or it may be a hangover from the previous owner.  I have re-registered with the TPS but that will take 28 days! Will try Kathleen's number to try and stop them but not holding my breath.

Just called. No message. Not ringing back.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Leave for answer machine to take the call but they hang up.  I don't feel enclined to return call paying a premium rate.  Anyone know who they are so can get a company phone number?

I've just called that number back, there is an option to be removed from future calls (would be nice:) so I selected it, by pressing one. So let's see.

I took Kathleen's advice and called the 0800 number and spoke to a female member of the telesales team. She took my phone number as stated she would get it removed. I have been receiving about three calls a week from this company's automated sales speech.

I will update you on the progress, failing this I was considering the TPS option but reading some of the comments this doesn't seem to work. I have been getting calls since changing my number to a Virgin phone line. I am still not sure whether Virgin are behind selling data or (as previously mentioned) this is something I have  'Inherited'  from the previous owner. After all, there are only so many numbers they can circulate amongst the growing population.

If the calls increase and there is no end to the saga, I will see what the local M.P can do about this.

Really offended by this call the first ime I received it. There is a delay before automated message starts off with words " thousands of people die every year without making a will....." just not nice to hear. Could have been worded differently with more consideration for peoples cicumstances. I have tried to cancel my number and complain to a rude telesales girl who told me to go online to National Will Drafters but I have had no success,

I asked for the Operators name - I explained what had happened and she advised me she would ensure the number would be removed

I explained that if she didn't I would ring and ask for her personally - watch this space

This number calls me at the same time every night and there is silence when I answer. This is tantamount to harrassement!

They wake my baby up every single day as they call in the middle of his nap time in the morning and in the afternoon. Going mental!!

just rang and asked to be taken off. My concern is the people we support with learning disabilities who would be really upset by these calls and could respond and end up signing up for something.

I've been receiving calls from this 08332764013 number too on my business mobile... FINALLY tracked them down, a company called Trust Inheritance, 01934 422991 - spoke a guy who said they'd remove my number from their data base and would ask the marketing company to call me and let me know who sold my number on to them.  He was helpful but sounded a bit weary as i wasn't the first to call him.  He defended the practise by saying they have an opt out option but nowadays we've all been warned go through to any of these extensions due to dangerously expensive phone scams....They've been cited on www.telepest.co.uk and i found their number via this website.  Feel free to call him (often!) and vent which i've just done......perhaps if they get hounded as much as we all are they'll think twice about their ridiculously irritating and lazy marketing campaign.  GRRRRR!  Good luck!
