Phoned three times i n an hour and half.. each time i pick up the phone they place their reciever down, getting really pissed off..

Get calls from this number about once every couple of hours but strangely it's always to my fax number so they will never get any response other than a fax tone. My fax number doesn't appear in any directory - so where  did they get it?

We keep getting this number calling during the day and early evening. We've got a policy of not picking up calls from numbers we don't recognise, so it goes unanswered. Surprise, surprise, they never leave a message on the voicemail, either.

We live in the Medway Towns.

Ive just had a call from this number and im In North Wales

This number called me Monday at 13.48.  I'm in Surrey

Just got back from a weeks holiday, and the following numbers were unanswered on my landline;

08432 764 009
08432 764 010 (x2)
08432 764 016
08432 764 015

I have recieved calls from at least one of the above numbers before and on one occasion a eastern sounding lady did ask for a previous occupant of my property - I did take over their number when I moved in.  I told them i was not the person they asked for but she did start the conversation by saying "this is not a sales call". I said I was not interested and hung up.  I didnt hear from them after that, up until now.  This is becoming in my eyes a form of harrassment and will tell them to F - OFF next time I get the chance.

Unbelievable!!!!!  Literally just put up the previous message when - PRESTO! The phone rang - the number 08432 764 013 and it was an automated call about something to do with banks and to press 5 or 9 (as mentioned in a previous post). This was just after 7pm.  Will be calling BT about this now as its taking the michael.

I got a call from this number at 2.45 am i dont appreciate being woken up at that time of the morning, i have a very busy job and need my sleep, pleased dont call again.

Regarding your message,  please report this to the police if u can, a friend of mine unfortunately did give details and the next thing she new was her bank account had been cloned.

Calling and hanging up frequently

I've been getting calls like this from several different numbers, although I suspect one company is changing the last digit now and then, the numbers calling are:

these pissheads keep prank calling me!
shame my phones 2 old fashioned or i would block them.

I've had several calls from this number & have only just got my landline. I haven't given the number to anyone & specifically asked BT to make it ex-directory.

Just had a call from this number, but I don't answer 084 numbers any more.  Funny thing is, when I immediately dialed 14258 to bar the last caller, it stated the number of someone I know who called before this call.  It seems they have some kind of stealth number, as it circumvents the Bar Last Caller system, but does show up on the 1471 service.  How is it possible to show up on 1471, but not on Call Bar 14258 ????

just had a missed call from these guy's and had trouble blocking the number too. how annoying :@

Got a call from this number 08432764013 on the 5th july 7.45pm when I lift the receiver no one answers, even though I am already listed with the tele-preference service. I have also had calls from 08432764060 among others that I have not recorded. I am a BT customer. I find that these calls increase usually after I signing up to internet web sites for shopping, to the point that I now give my mobile number on these sites and have not had any calls to it yet. Dan Northern Ireland.

I just had a call from 0843 276 4013 (on my mobile phone) but didn't answer it and they didn't leave a voicemail so I have no idea who it is but I suspected it was some sort of cold caller/sales call so glad I didn't have to deal with them. Avoid calls from 0843 2764013 if at all possible.

hey i feel the same i am gettin them ringin my landline bout 10 15 times a day and its really pissing me off and i just dont no how 2 stop them hav u bin able 2 stop them

Appears to be a creditcard company

Just had a call from them saying it was to do with Capital one and Barclays credit card,then asked me to press 5 to find out more,i didnt!!!i am x-directory so no idea where they get my number from.
