I was a minority shareholder of baseley you need to do your homework better,once again the reason you want to discuss on here is part of your bitter smear campain, you are so wrapped up in this that's why you have no money like glasgow 1, who stills owes us money after ripping us off like most ex reps,if you had an ounce of intergrity you would put your issues in writing all of you,but that would be professional and leave you in the hands of our litigation team,
If this was a genuine forum people would leave there REAL names like ME grow some balls little boys.

Ron are you confused that baseley company is 15 years ago and nothing to do with dining solutions are you trying to compare aldi with tesco, I've been with dsd for years the top guys are making that kind of money , I always have done well, Glasgow 1 are you a bit thick or what . Just because the top guy in Glasgow isn't making a lot of money what's that got to with the rest of the group, if you had any self respect you would not have left Howard thompson and took funds with you, I feel sorry for nick he supported Frank irwin for years and then he stole £800 from the company it's not the company that's wrong it's the competitors who head hunt and motivate them to steal,as all the competitors do regis foods  being the worst apparently three guys Alan Tom and Mark all stole from spencers and went to regis , seems to me Keith is the main villain in this industry, if a company is any good it doesn't steal people it simply wins more customer respect,I think I will start making customers aware on who calls me for Regis foods I notice they have a few comments which look very dodgy already.
I have worked very hard building a good client base, I do not want this damaged by a few poxy 20 box a week reps, otherwise I will be selling to your customers sunbeam

My apologises if you are somewhat confused, Dining Solutions Direct is the trading name, the parent company (legal entity )is the Cumbernauld Food Company it is standard practice with many companies to have the trading name different to the legal name – Dining Solutions Direct is the brand name.

With regards to your claims that you are owed £250 by the company I suggest you contact either myself or my PA directly and we will be more than happy to look into this for you. We shall not discuss this through a forum as this is not a very professional way to contact business matters.

We will require your full name so we can identify you on our computer system.  
Obviously if you are owed any monies by the company this will be paid to you in a promptly fashion.

TIP: Check your paperwork and contracts for company registration numbers and see which legal entities they relate to.

Nick's fish trading works like this.

1) If a company looks like it might hit rocky ground (reputation and/or finance wise) Nick sets up a new one, to take over the fish trading role once the fishy one is unsustainable and has to be dissolved. The new one is set up without any of the debts or bad press of the old one.

It trades fish concurrently for a while so as to become known to suppliers and customers.

2) Nick walks away from the debts and hassle of the old one when he dissolves it and racks up a stack of new problems through mismanagement with the new one until that one also has to be dissolved.

This cycle can repeat itself over and over and it's all perfectly legal if you have a decent lawyer and accountant to jiggle and juggle things.

My guess is that Cumbernauld is the egg for a new "phoenix company" when Nick allows DSD Food Group to hit the fan.

Just read all these posts and I have to say, Well Said Glasgow1!! You obviously did work for Mike Blake in Cumbernauld, because you have them summed up perfectly! Before Mike Blake went bust, I worked for them for 6 months in Stirling. When I left my "account" was over £1000 in credit... Surprise surprise, I never received any money back. I can only say, deal with this company at your own peril!

Firstly I would like to say this is my final post – all posts in future will be dealt with by our solicitors.  

The information that ‘’Insolvency bloke’’ has posted is slanderous and half of it is complete fabrication. ‘’Insolvency bloke’’ seems to have an idea on how my business’s work – he is wrong.
Yes I have been a director / shared owner of several companies but this is called business not a scam technique.  
Sunseeker was dissolved with no debts.
Bewlake international was opened in 2004 yet it never traded so my accountants advised me to close any dormant companies.
RBB was closed due to disagreements with between the three directors – this company was also closed with no debts.
As you will see these posts have been left to give the illusion of a ‘’dodgy’’ and not legitimate company however if people were to actually look at the information properly they would see that none of the companies were closed with bad debts.

Glasgow 1 – I have not yet received your email regarding your claims of monies owed.

Stuart – I see you are now also claiming monies owed – I have never heard from you regarding this matter.

Well I wasnt informed of earning that figure, where did you pluck that from? Actually I was informed it was a job which involved working long hours so that is completely what I expected. If i was so work shy why did I apply for this job in the first place? and why did your people offer me a position? The guy I was training with said he doesnt know why he said yes to it as he is making a loss but trying so hard. I have a baby at home and I was willing to do almost anything for my family job wise, but what I wont do is be exploited. I have a job now as a security guard but was looking for something different but I wasted my time with DSD. Have you not had a little thought that maybe with the excessive amount of posts on here all saying the same thing that you have a problem? The people have spoken and the truth hurts, sorry Nick. I guess with your track record, Dining solutions wont be around for long.

i dont think dsd will be about for long :O its a shame sounds like a very good place to work u can make 100 k plus a year :O  or does he meen they try and take  100k plus k a year off onist people trying 2 make a liveing ??  it makes me sick  peole like that get away with it
