Still calling me despite TPS registration and request for number to be taken off list. Need more people to make complaints to TPS, OFCOM and ICO.
Try sending e-mail to sean.kielty@nesuk.com of all else fails and tell him your number which should not be called in future.
If they do not comply ICO have a complaint form online and have powers to deal with this nuisance.

keep getting repeated calls from this number. Never leave a message. How do I stop them?

0845 111 3111 have been ringing my 82 year old mother daily and not leaving any messages.  Who are they?

They called my elderly and vulnerable mother who was so flustered that she made an appointment.  My mum doesn't even have cavity walls and definitely doesn't need insulation so in a way I am glad they are wasting their time!

Who is calling me from 0845 1113111 - when I answer it caller hangs up.... and there is no reply when I return the call.

My elderly parents have had lots of calls from this number and it is causing them a lot of stress. They think their telephone number was previously used by someone who owed this unknown company money. I too have tried calling this number but the phone is picked up and then they hang up. How can these people continually get away with this. It is time they were dealt with by the authorities responsible.

I just had a call on my mobile - no message left so always raises suspicion.  Will save number as 'pest' so I know not to answer it and get the grief referred to.  No point emailing the idiots - they will probably use that too!! Second call today from a dodgy Swansea number with no message. Other number is 01792 311560 - suggest you ignore that one too.

told them to get lost and not politley as they are breaching rules on cold calling

Like you, I have also registered him for a callback for a free survey..They will call his phone number under a new name "Nuttin Trestedd" lol

Just in case anyone feels like complaining to the Information Commissioner: you can access their Data Protection Notification record by going to http://www.ico.gov.uk/ESDWebPages/search.asp and entering the registration number Z9928131.

Broadly, they should only have and be processing the personal data of: employees, customers, and associates/those whom they advise as consultants. If you are a potential customer, they shouldn't have your data. Although they can use data for market research (and such calls are exempt from TPS restrictions), their Data Protection Register entry doesn't cover marketing to non-customers.

Just had a call from that number and the caller said there was an insulation grant available for my property (and gave me the correct address). I terminated the call at that point so I don't know whether it was a "survey" or an actual marketing call.
I know for a fact that the grants scheme does not cover the type of building I live in so I would say they are rather economical with the truth. Don't know if it's worth a complaint, and to whom, and on what basis exactly? I'm definitely not a client or customer or in any other way connected to them.

My Advice DO NOT answer this number if it appears on your caller-id. They are completely unprofessional and a total waster of your time!. They had been calling my number repeatedly for days where I started off politely telling them no Im not interested, that I was registered with TPS, they were just ignorant and rude. They still persisted. So I called them back they didn't pick up the first time or the 10th but they did eventually I ended up speaking to a very stroppy sounding individual but not as stroppy as I was by that time. I demanded they stopped calling, they said they would remove my number. Instead I have now been plagued by withheld numbers calling and shouting abuse down the phone. So if they are a genuine company which I very much doubt they employ complete HALF WITS!!

Don't you just get sick of these cowboys ringing up and disturbing your peace and quiet so I have come up with a plan I just pick up the phone sound my very loud bugle horn at the phone replace the receiver and very often they never ring again try it what have you got to loose
