dont know why this number keeps calling me but havnt answered and after reading this lot on here im glad i havnt

This number called me today but as I wasn't able to answer it I don't know who it was, and if they phone again I won't answer it after what I've just read

Fed up with the constant calls from this automated service supposedly from EON

fed up with these calls why dont they get it when i say no thank you.

Yet another number that calls everyday, twice a day even, for a week and then nothing for a few weeks. Then the calls start again. And yes, I get the silent message treatment! I pay for 'caller display' so don't answer, but the point is I shouldn't HAVE TO PAY to see who's calling me, Ofcom should do more to stop these companies from invading our privacy!

5---6 times  i just let it ring but is a pain in the but.....

called with wrong name but my very old unused email!

These started ringing me around 2 years ago now, I bought a TrueCall unit & added there number so it tells them there number will not be connected to me as they are blocked! But they must either have an auto dialer which is now illegal or they employ stupid ppl & dont know what BLOCKED means lol, they always start trying to ring me when I get my elec/gas bills so they must know when i'm due to get them, I wouldnt trust E-on if they were the last supplyer on earth nor British Gas! Rip off merchants the both of them!

I got a call from this number but didn't answer the phone as I didn't recognise the number. Just checked my recent charges on my mobile and couldn't figure why I had additional call charges added. I now realise after reading some of the comments on here that call was from EON and I got charged when I picked up the answer phone message. The date and time I was suppose to have made the call didn't add up as I was off work and in bed asleep at the time which was 5.57 am. Why on gods earth would anyone with any sense be phoning EON at that time of the morning????? Like many of you I believe that this is a SCAM phone number.

Rang me lots of background noise said that we should be receiving a refund on electricity and could I confirm my postcode when I would not tell them and asked her to confirm my postcode as I dont know who i'm talking to they hung up.

rang me, i didnt know the number so i didnt answer it simple as!

this number rang me 6 times on a damn Saturday! I guess im not entitled to privacy in my OWN home! As they bombard me with calls Mon-Fri as well.↲

I have added there number to my true call unit so when they try to pester me it tells them there bocked & to sod off!
These cold callers are a pain I the a$$ & what they are doing is also Illegal!

they r calling me at least 3 times a day... saying it is EON and thet i have  won their competition ...mind you i have never entered any competition!!

They never speak, they only put the phone down as soon as answered.

E.on keeps ringing me on a daily basis first day i had this sarcastic idiot ring me and was soo rude it was untrue and now just random 'normal' people harrassing me from this number they never take u off there system wether you tell them you want them to or not x

Eh I think if you read the other posts it might be obvious. Doh!

I saved the number in my address book under IDIOTS. When they rang the last time I just answered, "Police Fraud Squad" They haven't rang back yet! Give that a try.
