I have saved the number under IGNORE.

This number has been ringing every single day. Always hang up when I answer. Phoned back number and found out it was E-On.

just got a call and they hung up when i answered.

Number 08451550228 has rung everyday now when you answer they hang up, if you phone back it asks you to hold if you no longer wish to receive phone calls, I did not ask for them in the first place (this is known as cold calling). If this happens to you just phone this free phone number: 0800 051 0760 it is eon sales desk tell them you are not happy with the 0845 number keep calling you and hanging up, if we jamg up their phone lines maybe they will get the message

this 08451550228 number belongs to e-on they have rang everyday since saturday, apparently i won a competition.......had I?
They rang again an hour ago I explained i didnt want them calling me again! in no uncertain terms!  his reply was " I will see if I can pull a few strings" so next call I Pretend to be drunk and shout F**K OFF.. had enough if its not junk mail its cold callers, and thats worse!

This all sounds so very familiar to me! This number calls me constantly and so far this week ive won an ipod!! :-D

Yes, this no. has called a couple of times. Really getting annoyed with it as they just hang up when I answer. Haven't bothered to call them back. Not wasting my money on them! Thing is, though, I'm not with E-On....???!!!!

caller rings but hangs up when you answer. I do not answer any more but just dump the calls as they come up.
I have been told that the calls are to prompt you to ring back and it turns out to be a premium rate No.
I have contacted vodafone and they say there is nothing they can do but change your No. for free.

OMG, This is really anoying, they keep ringing me and dont say anything?  2 days they have been trying to ring me, and everytime i have missed there calls, i thought that it was something important and was geting worried that i had missed my daughters eye operation opp, thank god i hadnt, i cant believe these pratts keep calling me.Havnt they anything BETTER to do!!!!! DO ONE...Is all im saying.

This Number 08451550228 belongs to a Company called E-on,they rent the number from virgin media NOT BT,so any complaints phone E-on 0845 300 6301 AND virgin media HEAD OFFICE complaints ON 01633 670000,AND ALSO phone bt nuisance calls on 0800411422.
I USED TO GET UPTO 15-20 CALLS A DAY AND THROUGH THE NIGHT UNTIL I DONE THE ABOVE.
FINNALLY STOPED AFTER 7 AND A HALF MONTHS

It rang my house telephone once then stopped.

I have been getting the same problem. Calls every day and no one answers when you pick up. I called EON today but the person I spoke to could not put me through to anyone who would remove my detaild from the database. very frustated

Keep on ringing my landline they are very rude they ask for somebody iv never heard of and when i say they have got wrong numer and not to ring here again they hang up and ring back a hour later!!

they call me about 7 times a day ive rejected the calls so they can only leave messages and the leave silent messages im soo annoyedd !!!! x

Called my mobile 10 times now.  If they can't be bothered leaving an answerphone message, I can't be bothered speaking to them.
