I have been in touch with you several times because you owe me £120 pounds. I did have a phone call from you saying you were going to pay back the money but as yet you have not .  I am in the process of seeing what I can do about it because I don`t want other people having the same problem as us.  I have become very ill over this matter my husband and myself are pensioners and disabled.

18-months ago I was receiving multiple calls from these b@st@rds and when I asked them to stop calling they started to ring every five minutes with the phone on their end on speaker/conference phone with several people laughing and joking and yelling insults down the phone at me.  I had to disconnect my phone.  As I work at home this was a massive inconvenience.  At the time they were using a blocked number so I asked my phone provider to switch on their service to block such calls and this worked for some of the scammers including them.

Now they are back.  I'm anticipating weeks of pain and harrassment because these c*nts don't take no for an answer.  I'm staggered that peopel can go to work everyday knowing they are commiting fraud.  How do they sleep at night?  

I hope they all die of a slow debilitating, painful illness.

Got called by this number offering me a free place on a lap dancing course in Latvia.

Imagine my surprise when the bloke3 hung up on me,when I told him that I was 93 years of age.

This company phoned and said I could lower my monthly payments to Sky protection services.
They gave me this number to ring in case of any queries.
They knew my address but wanted my bank details to change the DD over the phone.
I asked them to confirm my bank details but they kept on saying 4659 was the first 4 digits of it and I know this is the case anyway with HSBC.
I asked them to post me forms so that I could complete them at home in my leisure, but they insisted that the offer only applied over the phone.
I then told them I was not happy with the call and would hang up.
PS I do not currently have a monthly subscription to Sky protection services anyway.

been conned by satassist who made me think they were from sky protect saying the would reduce my payments. they took 120 pounds out of my account I only noticed when I got my statement that they were not sky protect as there was a payment a payment to sky protect too. when I phoned satassist to cancel they said I would not get a refund so I went to cab who noticed on the paperwork that you get a refund if you called them out but not if you hadn,t which did not seem right. cab sent a letter to them and lo and behold I got a refund. so anyone who has been conned with them should go to cab.

have been phoning these scamming [***] to cancel a policy they set up for an elderly relative of mine who already had insurance for her sky with an FCA registered insurance company who they pretended to be, she asked them if they were based where her current company is and she was told that they have moved wich is complete rubish as they were not the same company at all. To my delight when i called this number all i got was music and please hold  your call is important blah blah. I held the line for at least 45 mins with no answer so my only option is to go to the bank and file a charge back to get the money back wich they have wronfully taken. Anyone who wants something done about this company must report them to trading standards but most importantly the Financial Conduct Authority on 08001116768

Sky protect is provided by an independant insurance company called domestic and general, they pay sky to use there logo and name on thier paperwork. Yes they are the only reccomended company by sky but as i mentioned the only reason for that is that they pay sky for that privilege. There are many other companys out there that provide cover wich is equally as good if not better than domestic and general but at a cheaper rate so i wouldn't just go with them, the main thing is you make sure that the company you do take cover with are FCA registered you can check this by phoning the Financial Conduct Authority on 08001116768

i work for sky protect i have people ringing in saying you are a scam all the time

sky protect is the only company endorsed by sky to offer the protection. we use sky engineers and skys bookign system

Sky Protect is run by Domestic & General (Not Sky) they are also a third party provider which pay sky to use their name

They have done the same to my mother , took £120.00 out of her account and left her in financial difficulty , i am so angry with these people . i want to know where they got her phone number in the first place

When asked if they had taken over Sky protect was lead to believe they had.
Just doing underhand cold calling with false imformatio.

Had a call from 08452410885 today,  Young 'lady' launched straight into a sales patter about Sky Protect and how she was empowered to reduce my maintenance cover charge.  I explained we worked out the box is cheaper to re-buy if it breaks than pay out for yearly cover.  We canceled the genuine cover with Domestic & General years ago and they never call or hassle.  The caller tried to convince me she represented SKY but would not confirm my password I use when talking to SKY.  When I started I was not interested in the call going any further due to her inability to confirm who she was, I was called a few choice names and the phone was slammed down on me.   Temper... temper...

spoke to someone today from this company and took out a 2 year policy, what a remarkable product it turned out to be, my dish, box and LNB cables all covered and even my remote control I thought I was in dreamland! not only are there more engineers based in my postcode area the price is also lowered which had me feeling fuzzy!

Really helpful staff reduced my payment as stated over the moon with the service. Saved me £78 over the course of 2 years couldn't ask for any more really. I know a lot of these companies get bad press but this company is the real deal at the end of the day they all have a job to do and if we all spent time a little more time listening to them we could all benefit from the fantastic savings.

I had complained to this company about taking the whole payment for to insure my sky sat boxes so called an I thought id sorted it out an they said it would take 3-5 working days for the refund to get back to my bank well today is the fifth day an still no refund so i try to call but it says number can not be reached at this time so i double checked i had the right number so I logged onto this site and dont like wot I SEE

My mum was debited with 65 pounds on 24th May and after 5 calls to them advising that she does not have satellite equipment they still have not provided a refund. I have spoken to a very unprofessional rude person named David and cannot get anyone with a higher authority. I also am reprting them to trading standards and the police.
