I'm 16, I have no debts to anyone! So why are they calling me? I don't fit you're criteria of owing money to them and I think with this many complains you're wrong.

keep getting calls from this number and when i answer it there is no one there it happens about 4 times every day why dont these people get a life

keep harrassing me with phonecalls between 4-9 times every day for collection of 10.00 owed to 3 they say however my complaint with 3 is that the sim card did not work in my phone so i never received a service therefore should not pay for a service i did not receive!!!!

Keep getting messages left from this company on our switchboard at work.  We are a school, and do not have mobile phone accounts.  I've just deleted the messages and will be ignoring them.

I started getting calls from them before 3 ever told me there was a problem with my account. Getting a call from ATD every day and have told them twice if they keep it up I'll be reporting them for harassment.  After speaking to the finance team at 3 I was told that they would refuse ANY payment from me unless it came from ATD!! Crazy eh?!  Gets better - apparently they can't get the account back from ATD til it's paid in full!  (on phone to them just now btw!) - just been told that my new bill has charges on it!!! Amazing since they suspended my service over a month ago!!!

Oh - and sarcasm is wasted on them!!!!

Got bounced around 6 stroppy people at 3 who have all be told to make a note on my account that I will not be dealing with ATD. Called ATD and told them that if I received one more phone call from them I would be reporting them to my local police station for harassment - bloke couldn't remove my phone number fast enough!!!

They keep calling me too but I don't answer it. I cancelled my direct debit with them because broadband coverage was rubbish. I told them I was in dispute with them and had written to them but they have never answered that letter. I agree that 3 is the pits!! Would never recommend.

I have started getting calls from ATD, asking me to ring them back. The first time, I did; found that they were debt collectors, and as we don't have any debts, immediately put the phone down. Last time, I ignored it and replaced the phone. There are also silent calls - maybe from them, but I don't know. Having read all these complaints, I am concerned, as our family has no connection with 3 Three at all. We buy our phones sim-free and use Pay-as-you-Go. I have actually registered a complaint with the Police, who said if the haradssment continues get back to them, and also contact BT to have the nuisance calls stopped.

These low-life pond scum have started to call me atleast once a day, they even call at weekends (including Sundays) for an account owned by someone who once had my phone number at a completely different address.

Added to my phones blocklist along with other pond life who can't understand phone numbers change addresses along with users.

Report them to OFCOM and the Information Commissioner's Office as they are breaking the law.

These [***] started calling me too .Started 2 days ago. Tyeh call me 4 times a day at least asking to confirm my Postcode and Date of birth and talking about some kind of voucher... They know my name. Who are they???

This number has been calling me on my mobile at least twice a day (including weekends) for the past 2 weeks.  From the previous posts I see that they are linked with the Three network - I have never had any dealings with Three so why are they calling??? Haven't yet had the nerve to answer any of their calls but they never leave a message.

they would pretend they are from the collecting agency and take money out from your account after u give them your details ;/

I keep getting calls from this number, they keep asking me to verify my number and my postcide etc etc and wouldnt identify themselves..... I had a 3 dongle a year ago last June and only now I am recieving calls, I just cant understand it.....they are driving me bokers and I hate being rude to people who have to make those calls but it is getting to the point where I am going to fly at the next person who calls me...... I dont owe them any money - how can I sort this ?? PLease help, its driving me crazy............

This company are are pest and so annoying I have never had dealings with them, my broadband and mobile are with talk talk and so I haven't a clue where they get there information from!!

Got a message from these ******'* at 6:11 am this morning. the day before I contacted them and arranged to make a payment. I hope that I don't meet any of them in the street.

These ppl have been calling me so many times each day. I'm so sick and tired of it. I ordered on line ph deal from 3 and they delivered it to wrong hand. when I phoned up the assistant said I should go and chase it up from the person they delivered to. I ended up not having any phone with me and yet they sent me lots of bills and now the debt collections. I made many ph calls complaints and even sent the complaint letter. but they all said ! oh don't worry , we cancelled the contract for you blah blah..  now 3 passed my details over to debt collection for something I never received. Why should I pay for something I never used!! I'm thinking to get some legal advice soon. any suggestions ? 3 is a really rude and doggy company. never ever use them !!!
