We moved house 3 months ago and have been hounded by these people twice a day, normally in the evening when i put my children to bed. They will not believe i'm not Mr ??and will not take my number off their system unless i provide them with Mr ?? contact number. We were allocated this number and i don't know who they are looking for- and they wont believe that!. As a last resort I have just got in contact with my telephone provider and i'm paying for a call barring service and a withheld number block until this all stops. Also i have registered with the TPS and if they do continue to call then i can report them to Of com!.

I get calls from these people up to 3 times a day my answer machine is ramed with their voice messages. I refuse to answer my house phone now and missed important calls

These people have phoned me 27 times in 3 days. They never leave a message, I live in the UK but am unemployed. They are aware of the fact but continue to call even late at night on weekends.

Just had a call from ATD need to verify who is calling me as had a few of these nuisance calls

Been getting calls from these for over a month now, it started with calls claiming to be 3 and that I needed to ring them urgently because there is a problem with my account, now its voicemails saying iv been contacted by ATD, I have been in contact with 3 and they say they have not been contacting me, I do not owe money, and there is no problem with my account

If I get one more phone call from these horrible and vile excuses of human beings I will be seeking legal action. They phoned me 4 times during my mums chemo, 3 times during my dads funeral, they call me late at night, when im at work I am close to breaking point. My phone contract is paid by my brother (in his name but i pay him back) and my bill is paid on time and i'm not behind on payments but because my brothers other phone owes 20 pound they have been harrassing me non stop. I asked to change the contract to my name to stop this happening and they said they would need my card details and my brothers permission first bu they wanted my card number, issue number etc so alarm bells went and i hung up. I am beyond angry now, i just want to shout at them, i have blocked 4 different numbers they phone from but they keep finding ways. Surely this is against my human rights, against data protection and falls under harrassment as well.

IM in dispute with 3 as the r chargin me 25 pound for goin over my limit which i cant do as it cuts out automatically n this number has been callin me up to 4 times a day leavin a voicemail. Tellin me to call them back its terrible what 3 are doin.

This number ask  for me by my full name I always ask who is speaking?  They say adt. They ask when will I be home?  I say why? They say she will know its her business and will you give her thus number to call us back asap please?  I said she working.  (She being me. ) they   say what time she home.  I say oh around 10 pm ? Why.? They say just give her the number and tell her to ring us! Number  08453550306! Watch out there's a crook about.

I get along with three very well it wasn't until I was made redundant that I had hassle from ATD, but even now that's resolved because I paid my bill... no hassle :s

I am receving endless phone calls from ATD 08453550306 and I do not even know what this compan ydoes and this has got with me!?? My malbox is full of automated messages and I would like it to STOP! THIS IS HARRASSMENT!!!

I keep getting calls from unavailable out of area and a message saying call this number 08453550306 about 5 6 times a day even at stupid times in morning and evenings I never answer the phone

I've moved into my house six months ago, and this phone number rings me everyday leaving an answer message, sometimes there times a day. It's not even for me, and it's getting very annoying.

Nuisence call from debt collection company

Have received a 19 second call at 1342 today (1/5/14) from a female-type voice saying (after background chatter) "You have been contacted by A T D. Please call back on 0845 3550306 between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday as soon as possible. Thank you". Call ended.

Punchline: Call was received by a voicemail service. The Caller (A T D) pays £0.55 minimum to call my voicemail service. Recommendation: Sign up to a voicemail service, which is free, via the Internet. When asked for your number quote your voicemail number. Nothing in law requires you to give out your personal telephone number to any other person/Organisation. You will receive all voicemails/faxmails as attachments to emails sent to your nominated email address and you'll have the pleasure of knowing it cost the caller/sender not you.

Until recently, I had a good relationship with 3 but their attitude has soured that.

Cowardly hiding behind "unknown" shows how genuine atd is. A genuine company don't have to hide their number. That 3 is working with them , makes them  really untrustworthy.
ATD is behaving very rude and unprofessional.
