Is it safe to make the payment, I owe 15quid and I just can't be [***] with dealing with these people. But do ye think it is safe to pay with debit card over the phone to them?

Any advice would be appreciated.

These jokers keep calling me, in common with others when I'm in the progress of resolving a dispute with 3 in writing. Most recently they called and demanded my personal information, but would not reveal who they were apart from the name 'ATD'. Citing 'data protection' they wouldn't even tell me what ATD stands for! The manager called me back but again refused point blank to reveal who they were until I had supplied my own personal data. How dare they?

I'd like to add that I'm only in dispute with 3 thanks to their passing on of my details to an untrustworthy third party sales agency that has ripped me off so I have every right to know who I'm talking to.

I believe these continuous calls breach privacy laws (to name a few). I would suggest you try registering your details on TMS...make sure you put in YOUR telephone number when you register. Although, if your number has been passed on by '3 mobile' to ADT this won't stop the calls. Therefore I suggest buying something that makes a very loud noise and when you get another call from them, take great delight in setting off the noise down the phone!!

If they don't get the message then, then at least their call centre staff will start to refuse to make these calls to your phone anymore.

seems alot of us are in disputes with 3 over their contract as i am too for many many reasons including them stealing from me not refunding the money they had stolen from me, being rude and abusive to me over the phone calling me a lier, their internet speeds SUCK no where near what they tell you when you check the coverage the 3G doesnt work properly at all i have to wait till it flicks back to HSPDA before it will let me load ANYTHING i sent them an email telling them that i had been in talks with ofcom and that tye agree they have breached their own end of the contract and i am within my rights to cancel it without being charged further so i sent this to them in writing i have not heard anything back about it they completely ignored me and now im getting harassed by this number at least twice a day unlucky for them my house phone is being cut off soon and my 3 mobile is turned off as i now use my PAYG sim with another company lol but they seem to ignore everyones disputes and just try to collect via harrasnent i suggest people contact ofcom and chat with them they are very helpful some times :)

I got a sim card off 3 for my teenage son...canvassers came to my door and asked me if i wanted one, i said i wasn't sure, but they assured me that if i decided i didn't want it, to send it back unopened cancel the direct debit myself and i would owe a penny....
WRONG!!!! getting bills for £11.99 for 2 moths now....
Have spoken to 3 on a couple of occassions said that i sent it back...they say they haven't recieved it (how convienient)...they can see that the sim has never been used, yet they are saying i owe this money....Now this 0845 number has started giving me silent calls.....so i just leave the phone off the hook when they call...its their bill....not mine
they will NOT be getting a penny off me!

This number phoned me loads of times I dont bother calling back. I havent got 3g So they must be crooks EH?

The last time they phoned me was last week....as my number is ex directory, i asked them where they got my number from, as i hadn't given it to them, or given them permission to use it, and told them if they continued to use it, i would be the one taking legal action, and then put the phone down....haven't heard from the since.

Got a call from this number regarding a 3 account, but i dont actually have a 3 account because i used 02.
i rang them back and they said i had to wait on another phone call!!!!!

I get from them calls as well I just ignore them now that I know they from 3 I will never speak to them about my account just phone 333 and speak to them much nicer people.

Hi there don't pay over the to that number they crap sorry I just found they not not working for 3 they mean and love to harassed people that what they best to do don't even answe them.

Thanks for the info, I never answer 0845 numbers so I knew they were dodgy. Basically I owe Three a tenner from last month and they call me twice a day? As an unemployed person about to become homeles, I think they should just let it go for a bit, I'll pay 'em back when I get a job.

had a few calls from this number asking to speak to various people, as i have had my number over eight years, am finding this very annoying!!!

Hi pisst off with 3,had a letter bill from them that i own them £11:64 for a sim card i did not get it or had it send to my address or remember asking for one, when i had my phone upgrade with 02 CPW, now get load phone call from 3, Sunday they call me then hang up when i say hello, time was about 3:15pm.

I am fed up with stinking 3 or ATD, which ever they phone me all day bliming every day, its beyound a joke, isnt constant calls a form of harrassment? D*ckheads.

Have been harassed by these guys saying I owe 3 £10 for a Sim that has never been used. They
refuse to give me any information about their organisation but ask me disclose personal information, which I refused to do.
They say people nearly always agree to pay over the phone - I cannot imagine why anyone else should do that.

Keep getting calls from this number asking for a fictional person. Claim they are from ATP on behalf of 3. Interesting because I have never had dealings with either companies and my phone is not a 3 phone. Have explained that they have the wrong information but they persist in calling. Hopefully they will give up soon...
Needless to say I will never buy any of 3's products now due to their "marketing" ploys.

Do not be bullied by these people. Hang up. Ring customer services at 3 and tell them you have been harassed by this agency acting on their behalf. Also mention legal action. They suddenly bend over backwards for you. Not pleasant to go through. But do not give the debt collectors any info or even answer the phone. Deal with 3 direct and put your experiences in writing.

Keep getting called by this number, I do not answer 08 numbers I thought I would look up who they are.
I decided to get a new contract with Three as I had been with them for two years,and the offer with a new contract was better than upgrading, when I tried to close my existing account though they offered me a better deal on upgrade and sald to cancel my new contract  on 14 days return, three sent out return  bag and I returned straight away (they got it back in 7 days) I cut sim into pieces as told in three's return bag  (I had never used this sim or energised it or the dongle) I have return Number and recipt for recorded delivery, I am ignoring bills and phone calls as I have done everything right, Three have always been incompetent regarding internal communication,I used to be in retail selling Three back in 2001 and I new I would have bother with them, still as incompetant 11 years on.

I've had numerious amount of calls from this number, have picked up before and they hang up straight away, I'm on 3 as well, and I find this a form of harrassment, typed the number into google and here I am, with this many we should write to that tv company that deals with things like this and see if that works. This number is really annoying me and I'm NOT paying to ring them back. Will complain to 3 and so should you!
