These people continue to call me despite the fact that I have told them that I am resolving the issue but in writing; not over the phone. And yes they called me on Easter Sunday, Bank holiday Monday and have been calling me 2 to 3 times a day now for more than a week now. Please bock this Number from my phone.

i have had loads of calls from this person. i get about 4 a day and its really disrupting my school life because i dont like turning my phone on silent because i often need to text family for reasons. i tried answering it but instead of someone answering it started ringing?! i have no idea how to mkae it stop and 0845 numbers cost apparently...i dont want to run up a bill on my contract can anyone tell me how to get rid of them please?? thank you!!

Recently，get several calls from this number. they asked me to make payment to them. But I have already cancelled the contract.

like the rest of you i think he said he was from ATD for 3. I ve never had a problem with 3 when it comes to my phone account, but i previously had a broadband account that ended 2 years ago. i am still having trouble with 3 regarding this!! to be honest its getting really frustrating!! as soon as my phone contract runs out, im leaving 3 altogether!

Thanks for this info i have marked up there number on my phone as " Clowns do not answer " i keep my phone on silent at all times so there calls do not bother me, i never answer any unknown, private, withheld, international, or any numbers i do not reckognise, once a dodgy number like this is received i use this service to find out who the idiots are then log there number as not to answer.
IF ITS MY LANDLINE I USE THE LAST NUMBER BAR Facility which is also very good.

I am constantly being called by this number, they ring 3-4 times per day often after 5pm, i do not answer and they leave no message, my advice to others is that if you have a call barring setting on your phone place this number in

They are calling us many times every day asking for money that we supposedly owe Three. We do not owe Three any money. They owe us £50 as they have taken money out of our account even though we had cancelled contract within the cooling period and never received our phones. Not sure how we can stop these very upsetting calls.

We keep getting calls every day, several times a day from this number. They are looking for a person that we have never heard of. We have lived in our house for 5 years and although we have told them to stop phoning, they aren't. Today I got an automated phone message asking me to call them back on 0845 355 0306, and that was all they said. I phoned Virgin to see if I could get this number blocked and they said they can't block specific phone numbers. We are fed up with this.

I hadmy landline conected 4 days ago and have recieved 3 phonecalls asking for a Asim Latif who i have never heard of  When i started questioning them they are a company that work on behalf of 3 The call centre that contacted me was in Mumbai , India They said a dialling company phones the numbers and they answer the ones that conect When i asked for the telephone number of there dialling company they said they couldnt do that When i asked for a telephone number for there head office was told i can only contact 3 through the web site  I told them emails back an forth never get resolved When i told them about the complaints on the internet about them they hung up I phoned my telephone supplier who said that numbers are recycled and that is why this may have happened

My advice is if you get a call from these do any of the following
1 Tell them you are recording the call
2 Tell them about the complaints on the internet
3 Tell them you will be contacting a soliciter re : harrassment

Any of these comments will get them to hang up and can be a bit of a laugh too (sorry) They have said they hav deleted my number so we shall see I would like to thank other contributors for thier ideas on this website

this number keeps calling my mobile which i only use for emergencies so only my immediate family know the number.Now they have started leaving voice messages the caller is a scottish female asking me to ring her.IF THEY ARE USING RANDOM DIALLING HOW COME IT HAPPENS MORE THAN ONCE? BY THE WAY i AM NOT A 3 PHONE CUSTOMER OR A PERSON WHO HAS PPI ISSUES

Also number of calls asking for phillips family and then asking for post code to remove the calls

I keep getting these calls from 0845 355 0306 at least 4 times a day continually. When I phoned them it was 3, and asked why they were phoning. On giving them the mobile number (my daughters), they did not know why they were contacting me. I politely told them to stop phoning. 3 weeks on, still getting them.

This company are constantly calling me, I have spoken to them, could not understand the caller as his English left a lot to be disired.  Worked out it was from 3 chasing a phone bill that I have paid.

Suggest  anyone hassled by this caller use Marigold's link -- I have   and I have pasted it into an email sent to all my contacts asking them to subscribe to the petition and to forward the email and link to all their contacts.   If we all did this it could well go viral before the end date of the petition. I also have the same problem as you. This company is nothing but a bully who tries to collect money you dont owe on behalf of 3 mobile network, an absulotely "CON" company. I still get calls to my mobile from these people. I just ignore it. The best thing to do is to bar the number from your network if you can.

I've currently got a complaint processing with 3, been with them 6 years no problem, then I get a problem on my new contract and they dont listen.  Anyway ADT call me about 3/4 times a day so I have an app on my HTC called Call Control, it now immediately answers and hangs up whenever they call, now I dont get loads of voicemails.

Received an astonishing 22 calls from this number in 7 days!

I cancelled my 3 contract during the 14 day cooling off period and was told it was cancelled and I should destroy the SIM.
However 5 weeks later Three sent me a bill. I phoned them up to tell them I had cancelled but they said they have no record of me calling them and I can't cancel now. 2 days later I got 6 calls from this number.

I got a call from Devon working for ATP..... He wouldn't let me breathe... Pushiness Personified.... Extra charges, credit file, blacklist....he was on throughout....too much ego....cant take no for an answer..
