These people rang me up on my lunch break at work... and as i couldnt properly speak to them, i told them that i cant talk to them at the moment as im in work, she raised her voice and pestered me to make the payment now as "it will only take a moment of my time" so when i told her to ring back later she said ok then hung up. this is for a 3 day late bill of £49

They just rang up now.... and asked to speak to me, but cos i didnt want to speak to them at that moment i said i was someone else. so they said can i leave a message then. i said yes so he started mumbling on the phone and after a few times of me asking him to repeat himself. he asked me if im hard of hearing. and as i shouted back to him no, he just needs to speak and and say stuff clearly. he hung up on me

these people keep phoning me and not answering when i pick up the phone, sometimes the phone is rendered useless for 3-4 mins. i have a daughter who is ill and needs medical attention. if i ever need to phone ambulance and cant get through because they have been trying out their dirty tactics then i will HOUND the person/s responsible and i'll get results all right. if anything happens to my daughter coz of this i will make it my life intentions of getting justice!!

I had about 12 calls in past 3days from this number it is annoying me at work now too. Is there any way of blocking this call and can someone identify it please. I do feel i should report them too the police. I think they are probably fraudsters especially if u recieved calls asking for personal details. We should be careful with numbers we dont recognise and please never leave personal details with them ok

Another thing this is a scam i think as they are not really 3 at all. Make sure u dont pay them ok if asked. 3 has a prefix 01707 not 0845 as i called them using the 333 number and they gave me a number with a 01707 prefix to contact them on have a good xmas everyone

id hate to be controversial, but i have had quite a pleasant experience with ATD.

i received a letter from them and gave them a call. i had gotten myself into debt and explained my situation. the guy on the phone was understanding and helped me set up a plan that was managable and was very informative.

i havent received a call from them since this was set up.

Received calls from these people yesterday - both threatening and rude over a disputed sum of £58.  Refused to listen and although told them that I am in dispute with 3 they have told me that they will be blacklisting me etc - have tried to get hold of director of Customer Services but receptionist does not put calls through.

Amazing how a Company in the area of communication are completely uncommunicative!!!!  And these thugs need to be shut down

My wife has had loads of calls added to her November Bill including premium rate calls. She never made the calls. She called 3 who weren't interested. She paid what she felt she owed and ended up with ATD harrassing us for the balance. If you log onto www.OFT.gov.uk it cleary states that they need to listen to you if you have a dispute. They didn't with my wife, so I am contacting OFT to make a complaint about thier sharp practices.  Suggest anyone else does too.  Anyone else have issues over charges for calls you have not made?

when i got a call from atd , i found them very friendly, they helped me cancel my contract, they also helped with my enquiries, these people on here, i bet they have got outstanding bills.and they just complaining because they cant get their own way. happy customer

3G are the worst and most difficult company to deal with in the world.

Call me several times and refuse to listen when you say can't pay more than the minimum, favourite is can't someone pay it for you... why the hell should they it's my debt and i'm not trying to ignore it just request reasonable repayment terms. The best however is saying I defaulted on a payment when I was having an emergency c-section because my baby and I were in danger even though they were told I may be in hospital the date the payment was due & rung up immediately i was released to explain and pay the final instalment. They are a company of bigots and bullies who are deeply condescending and claim have no other contact no than 08455550306 despite 3 putting me through on 3's own number!! As for call us if you have trouble paying more response banging your head against wall they won't lower contracts if on 18mth until year & only if you "upgrade". DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH 3 EVER IS MY ADVICE.

I got the problem with "3" company and i just cancelled debit direct so now they put my name on credit debit company, they keeping me ring. Someone really think they can take me to court? or nothing they can do to me?

I had contract with "3" 4 years ago.
when my contract ended,
i chose another( o2 ) because i was no happy with 3.
ok = done&dusted.
but 1 year ago I started receive calls and letters from 3:

they have gave me
free credit for some time  .....

I DIDN'T HAD NO PHONE NO SIM ON THAT NUMBER ANY MORE !!!!!!!!!

JUST CANT GET RID OF THEM

I have been recieving calls from this company everyday and every night even had a call at 10pm they are bullies and can get very harassive, Last year I had a phone stolen from me, I was then in debt, and put through to the company, I had taken my case to the police and had a crime ref number which ATD should take, but they refused, I said could i pay the full amount which was impossible for me and they started to get very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told NO.....now every company has managers and supervisors!! I asked for the Address and i was also told NO!!!! what are they trying to hide!!!! Has anyone got any advice for me as im very concerned

Apparently "3" are also resurrecting old accounts which have been paid off and closed, and attempt to chase non-existent debts on them.

Bad enough not getting the service from them that they purport to give, let alone being chased by them when you have paid off your account.

My god I thought I was on my own....

Got 3 broadband and in 3 months no service and 3 still managed to over charge me 50 quid which I stupidly paid.  Tried to cancel my contract and give my stick thing back, no one wants to know so I cancelled my direct debit..... since then Ive been badgered by every 3 man and his dog. recently wrote to :-
