Keep getting phone calls from 0845-355-0306. When you pick up there is a recorded message from a scottish sounding woman saying "please call atd on...." They don't say who they are looking for, what they want or any other information which would be useful. These phone calls are coming about 8 times a day even on a Sunday!
Only found out who these people are by checking this site. I am also in dispute with 3 Mobile over the handsets that came with my contract for my 2 children - the deal was advertised as "one for the kids" and isnt due to end until December. The phones have fallen apart and the batteries wont hold charge for longer than 12 hours, the headsets disintergrated within weeks and now we only have 1 semi-usable charger between 2 phones. When I contacted 3 mobile about this I was told there was nothing wrong with the hand sets and all the problems I was experiencing was due to climate change! So apparently Global Warming is reponsible for the back of my teenage daughters phone falling off!

Countless calls from ATD on my answer machine asking me to call them back!
Why dont they give some explanation what its about? I wont call an unfamiliar number.

I too have a dispute with '3' and have refused to pay for a service I am not getting. They are harassing me for money under the contract, but they have been in breech of contract for almost a year. How can they justify making customers pay for a service they just don't receive? 3 tell me no-one else is making complaints about their network but by reading this page alone there are loads of unhappy customers all complaining. I contacted Watchdog about a month ago, but have had no response from them, so i agree with you that more people should report 3 to watchdog then maybe something will be done about them!

Received an astonishing 22 calls from this number in 7 days!
Caller: Somebody with too much time on their hands!

To complain you've had 22 calls from these guys is Moronic, what you actually mean is they've TRIED to make contact 22 times, have you actually spoken to somebody 22 times?... Well?, Mr intelligent, Obviously somebody will keep ringing your phone until it's answered, So why not use that brain, Answer the phone first time & simply say "ADD ME TO YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST".

Brainless.

keep getting calls from this number said they were from 3 re payment arrears, then asked for my dob. when i refused to give them my details they cut me off, i'm not even with 3!! they still keep calling but i just ignore the call.

Bunch of idiots, constantly calling, bored of them. No customer services

Owed 3 £12 for my final bill. Even though I kept my account in credit and felt I didn't owe £12 I paid it anyway. Now I'm being hounded with phonecalls telling me I owe a further £24 plus the £12 I've already paid.
They are extremely unhelpful, and rude. I asked for them to explain how I owe more money on a contact that ended 2 months ago and get told they can't tell me as the accounts closed.
In a dispute with 3 and it seems they don't care I've paid my final bill they sent me.

this company ring me persistently rudely asking me for money for a phone bill i do not have as the contract was cancelled the NEXT day as per the 7day cooling off period.  I have told the rude woman from her shack somewhere in india and she was outrightly rude to me.  I am so pissed off  I want to go over to her hole and kill her!! (joke) but seriously i asked her to speak to three and she said i have to speak with them, then speak with her as she cant talk to the company direct!!! WTF???? if she rings me again WATCH THIS SPACE!!

I am receiving dozens of calls from these people! This is harassment!! How can I stop these please?

Found them (adt)obnoxious and a lack and ability to listen/undestand/hear!!..what I am actually saying...by putting words in one's mouth...above all the service (or lack of it)..is less than adequote,unhelpful for customers needs/wants...and another thing wasn't able to get a geograhic number?.

This is 3 (Three) Mobile Network - can anything be done to stop them?

Three have no control over these calls as it is a company that 'claim' to be working on behalf of them.

I keep getting calls from this number I never answer the phone but i dail 1471 to check what number called me and it came up with this can't they leave us alone?

Keep getting calls from 0844 33801151 and 0845 3330306.  They ring me aprrox 5 timesa day telling me that are 3 my network provider.   I have spoken to Orange who have advised i do not respond to any of these calls as there appears to be sometype of scam going on.  think my messages need to be forwarded to the police.

I have never had any contract with 3, so why would this company be calling me and tell me that their my network provider.  I think 3 as a company should track down this company who are clearly harrassing individuals for no apparent reason.  If 3 does nothing about it then i thnk everyone should boycott 3 as a network provider for doing all about it.

These morons call 2 to 5 times a day for someone who used to have my phone number.  

Despite explaining to them very carefully (as you would to any "slow" person or mental deficient person) that the phone number is at a different address to one they have got and hence the person they are after doesn't live here, will (probably) never live here and is not known or ever likely to be known by anyone here they continue to call.

In less than 3 weeks they have called over 60 times, sure they would of twigged by now after 6+ explanations to them (they keep notes right?) and the fact they are now on my call barring system that my number is a dead end?!

I'm also in a bit of a money prob's with 3-pay,  over my smart phone account. Been getting  the: 08453550306, number, on my other mobile phone. Haven't answered, or replied back to them. Wasn't sure who they were. So I played back the answer phone messages, that they had let, and decided to find out online, who they were. By sheer luck I found this web page. Informing me about who these people are. Thanks guys for alerting me to this, just had another missed phone call message left by ADT, still not going to answer them. Going to seek legal advice. So my thanks again, and keep up the good work. Don't put up with any    B**l-S**t, from organisations like that
