    I have been receiving calls from this number but was unsure of who it was so havent answered as yet but will be now as soon as they ring again!!! I had a mobile broadband contract with three and cancelled it in february when it was due to end as i never used it because it was so rubbish. The guy at the call centre said the last payment was due in february, which may i add i have paid! Now, three are sending me letters and are apparently trying to call me with their debt collecting agency for something i dont even owe!! Three are a bad company and i will never use them again!! They need to sort out their customers that do actually owe them money instead of harrassing and being rude to the ones that dont!!! And they need to stop ripping people off!!!

    I have been receiving these calls from this company - at least one call every day - for two weeks or so.  They ask for my date of birth/ passwords/ postcode etc, none of which I provide.  They will not tell me why they are calling unless I give them my personal data.   They refuse to send me the details of why they are calling in writing.  Today I emailed 3 and asked them to stop what I consider to be a form of harrasment.  I repeated this to the caller I have just spoken to (at 8.20pm).  This is driving me crazy.  I had a mobile broadband contract which was not worth the paper the bill was printed on.  Service was very poor.  I cancelled it well after the minimum contract period.  Now they are calling me every day and won't explain what they want but tell me categorically that they will not stop calling.

    1."Before we begin I need your full name and call reference number."
    (Take written note, repeating back what they say)
    2."I have registered with the Telephone Preference Service and contacted the Office of Fair Trading.
    Under their advice I am recording this call to ensure my rights are upheld."

    3."Any violation of the Data Protection Act will be treated very seriously."

    It could be anyone on the other end of the phone, so don't give your details.
    Explain that,
    4."In order to prevent fraud it is necessary to conduct financial transactions through giro payments."

    Be polite and wish them a nice day.. you just kicked their butt!

    Got rthe phone call today and found out on thjis site that it is a DCA from Three.  The last bill I had from them prior to changing supplier showed that I was £26 in credit.  When speaking with Three on an earleir occasion I told them that I woudl not eb paying until i received a bill showing why I owed them £11.25.  I can't check online because I am blocked from my account.

    I keep getting calls from this number and everytime i answer it they put the phone down and if I don't answer the never leave a message. I'm getting sick of this now I'm going to start logging when i get these calls and build a harrassment case against them.

    I got a call from ATDCS yesterday claiming I owe £24 to 3 phone network, yet I never received the phone or SIM card from 3 and I'm being forced to pay for something I have never used or don't want.

    Got a call from that number at 2018 hours on 2 August 2010 saying they were calling on behalf of 3 which made sense because I had a dispute with 3 over mobile internet however this had been sorted through a debt collection agency that sent me a letter and i paid the balance.  The guy on the phone wouldn't give details about the company wouldn't even tell em what ATD stood for so I hung up.   I don't beleive this company is legal and will be conducting enquiries through 3 and moorfield ltd the original collection agency.

    Yes they keep on ringing me saying that I owe some money to some company I say who. They tell me but when I tell them can I pay installments. They say no. So it could be a conning [***] trickster. So be very careful not to give your credit account numbers and your bank or your [***].

    I do not answer the phone from unknown numbers.He came a letter to the address where he no longer live.Why should I pay a 12.50 ?????????????? and in general as I have to pay ??????????? where  ??
    There is not any leads.Please tell me how am I to do? and above all for what?

    Ive been having calls from these idiots for the last two weeks. I had a monthly PAYG mobile broadband contract with 3. I gave 2 months notice to them to cancel it but was left hanging on the line for 19 minutes while waiting for confirmation. I hung up as felt it must have been concluded and didnt want any more wasted time and phone bill. I have since had them constantly calling. After confirming who they were via the web I waited for a call and when answered I gave them my postcode and D.O.B. as requested only to be told that I was incorrect!!! So now we have a dilemma....... They obviously want something from me but need my details, my details according to them are incorrect, I know they are correct so I am unwilling to give them again as I cannot trust who I am talking to. I cannot get to speak to somebody at 3 and they are unable to get 3 to call me without my details. Well.... tough S**T ATD, there is not much I can do and even less that I am willing to do after your frequent and rude calls. Kiss my ringtone!

    Had an internet dongle with "3" (Huchinsontelecomm). It was great! Right up till they made service "improvements". I used my dongle only at home,fixed.Suddenly it was useless! I contacted tech services,a call centre  in India.Useless! so I gave them one month notice,goods not fit for purpose.Service not fit for purpose.Now I get four rings from this number several times a day,not long enough to answer and no voicemail.My advice is to ignore them,prats and scum!

    I answered the phone once they asked ME to identify  myself with  my  address and date of birth. I refused I asked them to identify themselves They said they were from 3 . I said but how do I know if you really are.  I said that if the were that they should write to me as I had never given them my phone number in my contact details. ( I have a 3 dongle but no phone)


    I asked what was the number attatched to the account they were phoning about. They couldn't tell me as I hadn't identified myself!!
    They have phoned 4 times a day ever  since that is for over 2 weeks now. I never answer it.

    Had a missed call from these clowns last week and another 8pm Sat evening. They asked to speak to James Irvine, and I told them that they had a wrong number. They then asked me to provide my name and address so that they could remove me from their system. I asked them to explain why they needed to know all this information given that a) they don't need my full details to remove an entry from a list, and b) they would be unable to verify my details against their system given that the name was wrong. A little bit of pointless to-ing and fro-ing, before I had to hang up on them.

    I'm getting calls from this # ....they ask for some really exotic name and I tell them they've the wrong number....I hang up. Then try to see who called by using 14 71...line hadn't cleared from me hanging up the 0845 number.

    Just started getting these calls, either saying they're from £ or asking for a fictitious person.  They seem to need my postcode to identify me.  As I've never had a 3 account I just refuse to answer their questions and put the phone down.
