I have been investigating BENSON all week & am in regular contact with South Yorks Police, trading standards, Action Fraud, BBC. I assure you I am an official PI and have set up fb page to expose her. I would really like to hear what evidence you also have because she is very soon going to be hit from all angles.

I want to get the parasite BENSON behind bars along with all her associates because it was my ill parents she scammed. I was working away at the time & they thought it was genuine. Now they are distraught. My mother has a heart problem awaiting a hip op & my father is disabled with severe rheumatoid arthritis. I will not rest until I see the whites of her eyes being sentenced at Crown Court

I have worked for ITV recently on Kyle Files & am now liaising with BBC re this. I am in contact with Action Fraud & Solicitors. Any info would be more evidence in getting BENSON & her associates jailed before there are too many other victims

Pse dont be surprized. I have been working all week on this case for free as it is my elderly parents who were scammed. Apart from contacting Trading Standards, Action Fraud, Lincolnshire Police, Nottingham Post, BBC, Law Society, Legal Gazette, Companies House, BENSON, local police, ITV, County Court in my area, completing numerous checks etc I have been dipping into this page so any help will be greatly appreciated. As I said, I am going to hit her from all angles & that is a promise

It's known KW are worth while in this course, they have helped vulnerable people get their money back, assisted in numerous news article creations, had a feature story on Rip off Britain, and most importantly, had some of these crooks locked up behind bars. It's all here in the public domain, what they have done and been doing all this time. Although, for someone as 'experienced' and 'professional' as a Private Eye, you seem to be saying a lot online and giving forewarning time to hide evidence etc ? What makes you think you can achieve where others have failed?

All these companies have scammed elderly persons out of hundreds of thousands BENSON is continuing to do so.  My major concern is that the fact they are listed with Company House provides them with integrity. I have today written to our HS pointing out the above, all being run by criminals committing fraud by misrepresentation, with no in depth checks being made by CH.

Police were sent to m house today for 2nd time from BENSON Indeed Law, seems she has written a statement of harassment against me!!! I showed my file of evidence I have to them & they left with a handshake. Best is, my parents received today a  `gagging` agreement to sign, for their money to be returned. I would never sell my soul to the devil & will continue to support you guys in getting her company & associated companies closed down for good Next stop is County Court on Mon, following a very fruitful meeting with BBC yesterday

We have received your letter and read your Settlement Agreement in growing disbelief. We most certainly will not sign a gagging order of this nature.

We have only spoken the truth so cannot withdraw what we have said  People we have spoken to to have taken a great interest.  Everything said has been backed up with evidence following a lengthy professional investigation.
