I sent you a formal letter of complaint by registered post on the 19th December so don't start lying again. In that letter was also a request for the copy of the recorded tape. You could not even be bothered to reply

Simon. Would a company who is not concerned about its customer service waste there time defending themselves on such a forum. £16 is what it costs to start a limited company. Think logically about what you are saying it makes no sense. I have no time whatsoever for Angela as I can tolerate almost anything however we employ people from all backgrounds and cannot in anyway tolerate racist behaviour. Take no notice looks like they want you off their case Angela lol. When they take you to court I think they should take us all to the same hearing, we could all go together and that way it would save them moneyas there so bothered about it.  Everyone on this forum knows that when you talk to them on the phone their just abusive and want money.  As for the threats A professional company would not respond like that , I suggest you print the page and show your solicitor,Also have you noticed there's still no name to the person that keeps writing this garbage from them!!!

if an error has been made or you did not understand what you got into then fair enough, but i think it's all getting rather tiresome and personal. Like you say there will not be alot of happier clients posting on this as they are satisfied, Val you sound a little happier than at the start sounds to me like issues can be resolved personally, i am currently dealing with them and came across this when doing my own research but i am in contact with them and to be fair they are being ok with myself thankfully, i have been watching this since monday out of curiosity.
