Yes Little shop.... I am such a lot happier now things have been sorted out...I did have a problem with Britannia Law Limited, but after a calm reasonable discussion with David White, I think its been resolved.
and so relieved that the huge bill has been wiped out. Mind you, this whole situation could have so easily been avoided if the staff at Britannia Law Limited had gone on a "how to speak nicely to people on the telephone" course! And I have to agree, the work they do cannot justify the price charged. But that was my stupidity.

"Laura" is not an employee of BRITANNIA LAW LTD.   She is a junior secretary employed by the Foxhall Road maildrop facility.  One of Laura's jobs is to sign for mail addressed to virtual tenants of the maildrop. Those tenants including BRITANNIA LAW LTD, and its elusive sole director, "Amy BAINBRIDGE" of18 Whittier Road NOTTINGHAM  NG2 4AS.


Foxhall Road Business Centres Ltd is the company that owns the maildrop premises used by this crooked outfit. The Business Centre receptionist seemed completely unfazed when told of the swindling that is facilitated through the Foxhall Road premises. Perhaps she is used to it?

It's Standard Operating Procedure for organised criminals to use maildrops. Operators of a reputable maildrop facility are vigilant for signs of criminal activities.  The maildrop has a variety of functions to gangsters.  As with the BRITANNIA LAW LTD scam, the maildrop can be used to swindle members of the public, or it can be used for large-scale identity thefts, or even for drug smuggling operations.

Often the maildrop owner is involved. He uses the maildrop as a cover for his own criminal activities.  The operator of a maildrop in Cambridge was recently busted for running a major identity theft ring. His maildrop was used for fraudulent passport applications in bogus names.  However, there is no suggestion of any criminal wrongdoing on the part of the Foxhall Road maildrop operators.

The directors of the Foxhall Road maildrop are Mr John O'NEILL, [home addresses removed]

O'NEILL and WILTON should explain what action they are taking, as businessmen of good repute, against their rogue virtual tenants, BRITANNIA LAW LTD.

I can confirm that im at Foxhall Lodge all day Mon - Fri so all of you irritating people can visit me today or any time you wish. I having the same problems with BRITANNIA LTD.I have 50 phoe calls a day with number with rude manner.

Just ignore them, don't pay regardless of what the idiots there threaten you with and offer to see them in court. That should be the end of the matter for you.

We were contacted by Brittania Law who we found to be very honest. They advised us we were entering into a distance contract and that they were going to record the call as the basis of the contract. They also told us we would receive the terms and conditions in the post and that the contract would become binding after the 7 day cooling off period elapsed. We called a couple of days into the 7 day period with a few questions and Brittania Law advised us of the answers in a professional and helpful manner, they also advised me that i was in my cooling period and if i wasnt happy i could cancel in writing and they would accept an email. They told us that there fee became applicable if they were to get a valid letter of acknowledgement for the valuation office agency which was again confirmed in the terms sent through the post. My case is still on going and I am receiving calls on a weekly basis keeping me updated of the progress of my case. i am shocked to read the posts on here as everything i was told was correct. I can only assume people on here misunderstood the contract and are looking at ways to not pay
