Not bad Patrick, but I'm paying good money for this Sasha trashing campaign and want to see a lot more indignation, hand-wringing and exclamation marks from you. We inherited an OE trashing forum and have transformed it into a Sasha and Optimax trashing forum. Good work.

But we do need some hard evidence up here. The more incriminating filth the better. I want you back in the field and digging. Hand the forum over to another gimp for a day or two. Remember we're playing to the idiots in government and regulation, not just the pig ignorant public. Get me the sort of filth have I have on you for Robertson, Ambrose and Sasha. I want you all by the balls and tits, screaming and under my control.

I'm not in this for eye-care or people, Pat. Abs is a pawn, to be played as we see fit. I am in this business for the profit margins. The people are expendable, my bank balance is not. Never forget that, Pat. Footfall and reputation are everything in this game. Our primary threat used to be competition. Now they are price, regulation, litigation and ridicule. See to it that you do not add to the latter. Your trip to Thailand to see your ladyboy is at stake.

Now get to bed you slacker, there's more work to be done tomorrow.

Optical Express dsiplayed IT skills last year by hacking Sasha’s computer but any good hacker knows the golden rule is DO NOT GET SEEN! If they’d stayed out of sight instead of running around so crudely she might still have been none the wiser.
They have now dispelled anyone’s doubts with names posted here that otherwise could only have come direct from OE & Optimax - Greg H & Mark M.
It was solely due to the actions of "poor Mark" that Mr Abs did not received his compensation from Optimax 8 months ago!
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKZlNWn5RN8
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8FYm9KUCKI
Sasha Rodoy is like an unstoppable steam train gathering speed - and passengers - on her way to a destination that will ultimately kill this industry. She & her team should take encouragement from the industry's heightened desperation visible on WCM with their unsuccessful attempt to stop ppl contacting her for help with lies and mud slinging.
Unfrotunately there are some good conscientious ophthalmic surgeons out there who will find themselves caught in the riptide when it happens - there are even a few good ones working for Optimax & OE but let themselves (& their collegues) down when they prostituted their services.
Two ruthless business men (Russell Ambrose & David Moulsdale) control at least 90% of the industry since RA (Optimax) bought Ultralase a few months ago ensuring he was able to compete with DM (Optical Express) by increasing his hold in the laser eye surgery market.
Profits were so bad for this industry last year (thanks to SR's endeavours) that Ambrose & Moulsdale are exteremely worried men! Ambrose especially must be awake nights as an UNlimited company.
What keeps Moulsdale awake is the worry of potential US style Class Action lawsuits when this hits the media as the numbers of px likely to surface & contact SR will be unmanageable!
It's going to happen in a way that won't be stopped by bribes or threats as has been the case since SR started her campaign.
If SR took down optimaxruinedmylife.co.uk as part of an Optimax settlement is of no importance because the campaign is against the LASER EYE SURGERY INDUSTRY not OE alone.
I don't think at the time Sasha realised the importance of winning the Nominet fight for http://www.opticalexpressruinedmylife.co.uk/ but OE sure did!
Hit the kingpin & the other skittles will fall!
The reason OE keeps posting details of one of the law firms representing many of SR's MBE patients is simply explained.
Contact Sasha for help @ http://www.mybeautifuleyes.co.uk/ & you'll find the process she follows is proving very costly to OE but helpful to the lawyers. Her route includes a paid referral to an independent surgeon for an initial report, then sent to be considered by a legal team.
This process saves lawyers ploughing through medical records they don't understand which could influence their decision not to take on a case if the client can't afford to pay for an independent report.
Many contacting SR for help had previously been turned down by lawyers who didn't understand this industry & their dirty games but thanks to Sasha now have represntation.
Patients wanting to sue should be aware that SR refers patients to one of 3 or 4 legal teams across the Uk.
Anyone new to this thread should read the true stories on OERML and ask Optical Express why they haven't had the site taken down & sued SR if it's all lies.
    http://www.opticalexpressruinedmylife.co.uk/
If SR receives a referral fee for all her hard work should be of less concern to anyone than the £500 referral fee paid by Optical express to post-op patients leading more lambs to the slaughter!
Optimax pay a considerably lower referral fee but both companys advertise on ebay – would you buy a £500 discount voucher for heart surgery on ebay?
Eyesight is not the cheap commodity cut price clinics have reduced it to & the sooner this is publicised the better!!
I won't tell you my connections but suffice to say I am not a surgeon, never had eye surgery of any description, but will tell you 100% Moulsdale DOES post here ;)

    @Nick (DCM)

Better.  6/10 for effort, but  only 2/10 for content.  Nice twist in freely admitting that the great campaigner played Mr Abs as a pawn in her settlement.  Hide a little bit of truth amongst the obvious lies and you might manage to taint that fact with the lies.  That's the only reason that you managed a 2.

There's plenty of "filth" on Optimax and Sasha.  No need to dig.  Sasha has upset too many people at Optimax and amongst her followers.  They know the truth, have been telling me and providing evidence. That's where the names came from Ashley - mainly followers who have seen through her. Neither name came to me via Optimax or Optical Express, though Optimax informants have privately supplied details of Mark M and Sasha's involvement in reducing his settlement.  I would like to know why you think that Mark's actions affected Mr Abs settlement, other than Sasha's involvement.  What fabrication have you been told?

Sasha is certainly unstoppable and heading for a crash with all her remaining followers still on board.  She may have made a minor dent in profits, but the main reason for the industry being in trouble is the recession and consequent reduction in non-essential purchases.  Ambrose may lose sleep over the possibility of US style class actions, but is certainly losing sleep over his dirty dealings and continuing association with Sasha.

This site and OERML could be very easily taken down if anyone with even a modicum of IT skills wanted to do so.  Even easier to hire a Botnet.

As to the reason why this site hasn't been taken down, I suggest that you read the terms and conditions of the site, which comes under US law, then Google Julia Forte, Joshua Lunsford, WhoCallsMe and 800notes.  The reason should then be obvious, even to Nick and Wondering.  Sasha has also been very careful in what she posts under her own name.  She uses multiple aliases and pawns like Nick and Ashley to post the contentious issues.

WHY WE ARE HERE replies to Anon (the original)
As I'll keep stating, we are here because a whole industry was allowed to be set up based on deliberately falsified information provided by the manufacturers and users of the equipment used in laser/refractive eye surgery.
It's interesting to note that the Boeing 787 got grounded due to adverse events, as safety was put 1st, but that the laser eye surgery industry hasn't been grounded despite having a huge number of adverse events itself. Something will be done about this scandal very soon! As with other medical scandals, people will be saying- "Why was nothing done about this years ago".

Posting in upper case decreases rather than increases any impact that your post may have. I assume that you are referring to Waxler and his failed petition?

There were obviously failings in the initial FDA submissions and evaluations.  Use older equipment and surgeons who are not specifically corneal specialists (like Optimax and OE) and that risk is much higher.

Good work Patrick, and I see you got up early. Obviously you value seeing your Thai ladyboy again as much as I enjoy counting my cash. I am just off for lunch and when I return I expect to see more filth up here about anyone who poses a threat to OE. I want all of these pests hung out to dry, Patrick. If you get stuck, give Max Clifford another ring. Oh and update www.patrickjamesgreen.com - the same phrases are used on it as here and I don't want our cover blown.

Patrick, I know Max rates red-herrings but this bickering is far too transparent. Get back on Sasha & Nick's case. I want to see their names derided in every post. Stay on message, man. You do want to see your Ladyboy again don't you?

I am in the laser industry as previously stated and I can tell you for a fact that the web sites and videos available are having an impact on our business.  I have noticed huge profit loses in the last 8 months especially and I will not say who I am but I have performed over 15000 procedures!
If anyone really thinks it is just the hard times hitting the industry think again, look in Costco and see all the shopping trolleys!

A patient told me last week that they have seen an increase of forums, web links, and videos which is very off putting and especially for anyone prospectively looking at laser eye surgery.  Sadly the internet works as a good sales tool and also a target for people who have had poorly corrected refractive eye surgery.

I just wonder how long it will take before Optical Express and Optimax wake up and realise that they need to address the problem patients one way or another.
Sasha Rodoy - is ruining what was once a thriving industry and I do not care who and how she is doing it and who she is using, she is not good news.  Optimax and OE must remove and deal with the problem patients and realise there is no way out, your responsible..  If they do not deal then we all take a hit on what is happening.  Optimax videos are top of the list on the internet, what next?

Optical Express - hard one but again address the patients listed, deal with them sort out their issues and pay them compensation.  There is no other way out, why drag this on?  We have business to build and I certainly will not accept the word "No" or it "Cannot" be sorted.  I know this forum is being watched so maybe this helps speak up for other surgeons who I know are also watching..

    Thanks

As long as salesman keeps surgeons and allied professionals on a short leash dictating the rules nothing will change for a better. Administration and management is thriving, professionals are whipping boys of the industry. Wake up guys, it's time to start working together.

I have been reading this forum for months. If your post is genuine it is a ray of hope for patients with eye problems. Why do surgeons continue to work for these companies though?

You do understand that O.E have performed nearly 2 million operations worldwide don't you?

People are aware of consequences of laser eye surgery, and are reminded by those performing it at every chance.

With 2,000,000 operations performed worldwide and lets say for the sake of instance 200 people have actually been at loss from these operations, that is only a tiny 0.01% of operations.

I think when the surgeries explain the consequences - that covers up the 0.01%!
