- Get a jobListen to yourselves? Do you really think that ranting for 100 pages about Optical Express when none of you have had the treatment is normal?
Sasha didn't even have it with Optical Express but with Optimax!
It is hilarious all you little plebs are saying "Sasha, Sasha, Sasha" Your leader is obsessed with a company she never had treatment with and clearly needs to get a job and a man!

- Former Employee Too replies to former employee| 1 replyCouldn't agree more. I worked there and was shocked at how the centre manager and her assistant spoke to the team members and team supervisors! I have worked in several call centres before and none of them were depressing to work in like Optical Expresses's. My view was that the senior management were unaware of the management style of the call centre management as it was counter productive. Either that or the whole company is incompetent! I saw glimmers of hope and [***] of what it could be like with a different centre manager, but I left before that happened. The staff there are pressurised into calling customers, so the outbound sales staff have no option other than to keep phoning. Only way to get it to stop is to ask for your details to be removed from their database. This can be done, but don't hold your breath.

I must say Senior Management are as bad as they come - all their intersted in is making money - to h**** with the eyes they operate on to get it - circumspectI was honoured to get one of their spam text messages yesterday. How they could think that this type of message would do anything other than destroy their credibility as a provider of medical services in the UK is beyond me ? Telling people they've won something when they haven't actually applied or paid an entry fee ranks them alongside Nigerian 419 scammers and, to be honest, that's what i thought it was. It was only after doing some research that I found this and other places where the list of complaints is quite extraordinary. I've reported it to my line service provider and hopefully, after the ICO's latest statements, the ICO will carry through with their action.
If I receive ANY more calls/texts from them I will submit a formal written complaint to the ICO.- Caller: OPTICAL EXPRESS

THEY'RE BREAKING THE LAW AND IT HAS TO STOP - Aaron Bastani| 18 replies1. Why does this person target Optical Express when it was Optimax that did her operation. Is it anything to do with the lucrative medical compensation contracts they have and by targeting the biggest, they are playing a numbers game?

2. 'Ruined' their life is a little bit melodramatic is it not? People fought for our country in far off lands and many came back with a multitude of disabilities. Having to wear different glasses or a bit of dry eye / poor vision is hardly comparable with our brave soldiers injured in duty. Possibly these people are just hypercondriacs or attention seekers?- Caller: Optimax Ruined Her Life?
- Timsonite replies to Aaron Bastani| 14 repliesWhy don't you make a FOI request directly to both these ambulance chasing firms and find out EXACTLY how many pieces of silver Sasha makes in commission? Just a thought...
- YNWA replies to Timsonite| 13 repliesIt's a shame that Ann Banks was cyber bullied off this campaign. In my opinion she would have been a more valuable, charismatic leader.
- NEMISIS replies to YNWA| 10 repliesI agree with you on that one. Ann Banks would unite the warring factions but it must only be a democratic appointment following a referendum. Not only should the names of Ann Banks & Sasha Rodey be on that ballot, but any other reasonable contenders.

Promoter: Optical Express (Westfield) Limited, 5 Deerdykes Road, Westfield, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G68 9HF (“Optical Express”). - Harald Brattbakk replies to NEMISIS| 4 repliesI agree that Ann Banks would make a more suitable convenor of the OERML / My Beautiful Eyes movement.
Sasha Rodoy in my opinion, appears from the outside to have financial motivation with her campaign; corporate partnerships with Digby Brown and Arnold Gold compensation firms. People also wonder why she targets optical express when DR HOE of Optimax destroyed her vision so this means people have doubts over her reasons of setting up a vendetta website against optical express and not the industry itself. Sasha also seems to aim personal attacks against individuals.
Ann Banks on the other hand gives 110% to her My Beautiful Eyes Are Ruined campaign (MBEAR) and has no commercial ties with ANY firm or individual.
For this reason I think it's only right that sasha rodoy moves upstairs and allows Ann Banks to head the OERML movement.
"Now I believe that there is a serious issue here and there is no room for pettiness, harassment and bullying because it detracts from the cause.
Grown men and women involved in the campaign should be capable of expressing themselves without having their strings pulled by a puppet master hell bent on personal glory. In the fullness of time all will be revealed..."
Ann Banks
As you can see from the great lady herself, Ann can lead the frontline and work with others within the group despite differing personal beliefs.
Please Sasha, do the right thing...Let Ann take control now, you've done a good job but Ann can take the campaign further. - Debs Molloy from Bristol| 1 replyWhich of the following sites is the most trustworthy?
