Just got a call. Was a lady on the other end, offering double glazing, sounded new as i've worked in telemarketing... let them do the spool then asked where they got my number from they hung up.

tried calling company back and just rings.. Would like to know how they got my number as it's new and only had it for 4 months, plus have not used it on any aplications when singing for stuff.

08708507619 called us every seconds that we have no telephone here and have checked display caller system via fax machine. Callers are so really so stupid themselves dishonestly, disgustedly and DISGRACEFULLY.

Calls to a business line, very disrupted, real pest, throught cold calling had been disallowd.?

Just had the phone call with them. How in earth they did know my name??
Man called and asked if I was Mrs.******* and I said yes and then he said that we had talked earlier and I said that I don't remember. Then I asked what does his company do and he said that windows etc. I said that we live in rented property and .... didn't have change to say anything else because he hung up!!

This isn't the first time I've had calls from this number.  Fortunately I looked the number up before calling the back.
Who are they?

This useless lot at Supremeoglaze keep calling me. This time they didn't withhold their number - and surprisingly held long enough to hear the "change of number" announcement I've put on my answering machine (to an 0870), but they didn't call it.

(The 0870 goes to my VoIP where I can do fancy stuff like caller ID blacklisting, so blacklisted callers get an earful of bad music instead of ringing my phone.)

They called me at 20:20 - no company should be cold-calling at that hour!  There should be some kind of telephone number database setup that filters out all these irritating calls, and a button on your phone so the filter can be switched on/off just in case you're expecting a call from an unknown number.  Or, something like that ...

This Number Keeps Calling Asking To Speak To The Home Owner As im Only A Child And ii Stupidly Said They Were Out.. They Then Rung Again LAter On And Asked The Same Question And i Asked Who Was Speaking And They Put the Phone Down... iim really Scareddd!

I have this number calling me and hanging up when I answer.  this is not the first time it has happened.  about 3 days after having a new phone line and number installed by BT i started getting double glazing calls and i had registered with TPS.  what i found out is that BT sell the numbers to companies.
i did contact watchdog about it but i never responded back.  maybe we should all contact watchdog about it and see what happens

rung my house and said they were a window company or something or the other, have been getting a lot of these scam calls recently, would like to know what can be done to stop them.

right let me say something, i work as a caller for supremoglaze yes im the one who phones your houses you people calling us sickos are just pathetic its called a job phoning your houses if you dont like it get tps yes occcasionaly it dont work but tps doesnt stop calls it jus reduces the amount you get all day i get abuse from you people calling me all the names under the sun if u simply say no sorry we will be polite and let u go if your continuley rude and abusive to us obviouly were going to do it to you to were there to continue the product not to be abused by people like you so do you know what to all you people who brand us as ..''sickos'' get over yourself coz ure the people who mke us get mad at u on the phone for the way u treat us give a little respect to get a little respect !!

i totaly agree with bboi89 hes right if your going to be rude to the people who phone you how can you expect them to be nice to you ? i find there callers charming and yes occasionally rude but thats only because of how people talk to them all day on the phone !

An unwated cold call, when pressed about the company they hung up.

I had a call from this number today. The line was very noisy and he was talking about double glazing no stop and asked how many? and used F*** word and cut the line. He may be upset about the line but doesn't have any manner. I rang 1471 to find out the number but didn't ring back as it may end up on premium rate to this number. How can we stop this type of people ringing?

Had call today, 11.12am - missed the call, no voicemail left.
Unsurprisingly I also entered into the competition to win £7000 worth of windows (had repeated calls a while back from Weatherseal about 'pricing up' if I were to win the competition, wanted to send a sales representative round even though I was continually saying no!)

Wouldn't mind them phoning back so I can tell them what I think.
And to the person that supposedly works for Supremoglaze - bboi89 - Well maybe if you don't cold call us, tell us who you are when we ask, and follow OfCom guidelines on unsolicited telephone calls we may be slightly nicer to you when you phone us. How about you give us your home phone number and we telephone that at 9pm and leave it silent when you pick up? Who knows, maybe it'll wake your children up like it has to many people you've phoned?

I just got the call too...only to get hanged up on straight away, so I dialed 1471, and was surprised that the number wasnt witheld, so I called them back only to get no answer. Is this definently Supremoglaze?

1.  Respect has to be earnt and shouldn't be expected as right.  

If you uninvitedly intrude in to peoples lives by making unsolicited cold calls, you must expect people to respond in an appropriate manner.

I suggest you both learn about life and get yourselves real work as opposed to playing on telephones and annoying ordinary people................ by the way, do you both work for SupremoGlaze !!!!!!

This company woke me up on Sunday morning, introduced themselves as company "Home ... something" and informed me that I was chosen to win £1500 to be spent on home improvements. They just need to take my name down and somebody else from the company will call back in 5 seconds to ask me few questions which will take about 5 mins. Yeah yeah yeah .... I'm going to report this 0870 8507619 number as I have been taken off the marketing list ages ago by BT.
