Got a call of these this morning, asian bloke could not even say my name right, he then started telling me all about the goverment scheme for debts, when i stopped him and told him i had no unsecure debts, credit cards, he then asked me if i'm sure i was like ergh yeah i do know what bills i pay out every month.

getting fed up with these times of calls now

this no 091502 doesnt exist ive tried it i threatened them with the police they soon put telephone down it is a scam to get your details DONT DO IT

Been receiving these calls for weeks now. All seemed to stop about 3 weeks ago after finally losing my rag with them and threatening to report them to TPS, OFCOM, Police etc.

Calls have just started again today after this 3 week break. They've called 4 times today already.

Latest company name they are using is "Credit Council Bureau". The guy I spoke to identified himself as Roy Miller, a Senior Customer Service Representative when I asked him.

For the third time today they have been told to remove our number from their systems and stop calling - Chances of that happening ? - Yeah - about zero!

I've had the same thing several times today trced it as Noble Finance but it's not them

Can you tell me which regulatory body is carrying out the investigations against Capital Finance in Leicester?

The reason why I would like to know is that I would like to get in touch with them myself and log my individual complaint with them.  If enough of us log complaints with the regulatory body that is investigating them, then there is a chance the investigations will be carried out quicker and action will be taken quicker.

I had a call from these people today.  Because I have just taken over this number I thought they were looking for someone but no they were quite happy to offer their services to anyone who answers the phone.  Whether you need it or not.  I am sick of be pestered by people who are looking for other people who owe money or trying to trick me into giving my details out.
I am on the privacy preference and it doesnt seem to matter when they are ringing from bloody Mumbai

this is a number wanting to give debt advice/help etc.when I told them I had no debts they hung up.foreign callers.just answer and when they ask for xyz just say you will get them.they are on comision and so really need the number of callers.

I just received a phone call off 091502 and they are claiming to be DEBT RELIEF BUREAU!! Now I looked it up on Google and there is a website www.debt-relief-bureau.com but can't access their website it keeps telling me that This domain has just been registered for one of our customers! I wonder when will this actually gonna stop cause I am getting pretty fed up of calling for people that don't exist at my address.

Got a call no one speaks

had 5 calls from  a phone number that just comes up as 091502 today. Each time I wait for ages and no-one speaks which is really annoying!! Im ex directory so how did they get my number??

had two calls in two days.somebody knows who it is.is it a real number,i rang back out of curiousity but number not recognised.

I got a call from this phone number and did some googling where I came across this forum. Someone said its Noble Finance so I tracked down their number and gave them a call. The bloke I spoke to was very helpful and said that they get a call from people complaining about it every so often but that its not linked to them in any way and they are quite concerned about it. The bloke told me that they are a small 3 man operation based in the UK and have no access to Indian call centres.

I also researched the name Galaxy Finance which was mentioned but found out that they are registered with companies house as being in liquidation so it seems unlikely that its them. I might approach the police and see what they have to say about it...

Also had calls, answered one and they asked for me by name and then asked for my husband who died 13 years ago, and then they hung up. Very annoyed, will have a few choice words for them next time.

Had a call at 7.59pm didnt answer as it was such an odd number!

091502 called on 16.09.10. Just hung up!!!

registering with T.P.S doesnt make any difference, i have complained and they still keep ringing.

this number claims to be called credit counsel beureau to help with debts and it doesnt matter what you say to them they just keep on ringing back

Keep getting this number phone, & when you pick it up it goes dead on the other end.
They ring at all times of day and night. Thinking of unplugging the phones in the evening to stop them wakeing my little ones AAARRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
How can i get them to stop, any help would be appreciated.
