    Can anyone tell me which games mobipay control?  I am livid to be charged $6.95 it seems per week and want to cancel the particular game.  Thought I was playing free games.  Obviously not.

    Can anyone tell me which games mobipay on this phone number control?  I will be ringing them tomorrow but don't believe I will get any satisfaction.  Why is Telstra condoning this marketing ploy?  I have a $34 extra amount on my bill.  Not funny!!

    I also have same thing.  Have been charged over $50 for nolimitsgames.  I can't find out what they are. I supposedly have cancelled the mobipay by calling them twice.  I won't know until next Telstra bill.  This is crap!  No one should have to pay for something that they do not know what it is!!!!!!

    I started getting billed about $5 a week and it took a while to work out what was happening, turned out it was these guys, my phone service provider iiNet told me how to stop the premium texts, I applied to turn it off and they set the credit to 0, but will not accept any responsibility for charging me for the service. They have a Customer Relations Agreement that businesses like this one can use to make their cash. I have no idea how they managed to hook us up but like everyone else dark on my service provider for taking my money. I complained to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, give it a go.

    Oh great, just found the same thing being charged to my son's mobile with Optus from 8Z Pty Ltd since 17th October @ $4.55 each time.  Why oh why is this still happening after YEARS of complaints!  Every single time this happens 8z are cashing in on money for jam and nothing is being done about it $.55 at a time.  Talk about the continuation of a get rich scheme!

    I agree, we have been billed and been told by Telstra that we are to pay the bill and get the refund from 1300 886 534. This is ridiculous!

    I did not in any way subscribe to this scam,yet I was being charged $6.99 per week for several months. I queried the high bill with Optus, it is being investigated. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. Will be taking this further- we need a whistleblower.Their website supports this! try 8z.com

    My wife's last optus bill has 4 charges, one per week during march. It was mystery until I saw this thread. My wife has never knowingly or willingly subscribed to any mobile content service, and never heard of this company, 8Z Pty Ltd.

    I then found  she had been receiving weekly SMS's on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 29th March which she had been ignoring as they looked like spam, and made no sense to her. The SMS's say " FreeMsg: Play Awesome games NOW! http://ffun.mobi/UMwLco Ur subscribed to NoLimitsGames $6.95/wk ph:1300886534 txt stop to 19772665".

    Contacted Optus and they dropped the charges and blocked her premium services which was appreciated, but there was little other concern for what may or has occurred to others by this same company. As indicated by this thread, this company and Optus are profiting from unethical, if not criminal, behaviour over many years - how can such behaviour be tolerated?

    I lodged feedback with Optus, and separately notified Optus of the spam (abuse@optusnet.com.au), and the TIO and scam watch, lets see what comes of it all.

    I have never subscribed to this 'gaming' company....they have been charging me numerous times a week for no service. Each time they texted I just deleted the message. I NEVER subscribe to this rubbish. Optus has known that I was being charged and I asked them to make sure I was unsubscribed. This is a scam and I should be refunded if Optus are getting a cut for something I never subscribed to. So unethical.

    It is a scam because when you call the number and they tell you that they have removed you from the subscription but the texts and invoices still come then all they are doing is trying to keep the TIO off their back.
    When you call back and claim that they claim have evidence that you did sign up and use the service but are unwilling to to provide that evidence to you, then that tells me that they are unethical lying scum who make their money through deception. I know they lie because the time and date that they told me over the phone that the service was accessed could not be possible as  I was on a flight at the time and the phone was turned off.

    got as call from this number didn't answer it but then found 2 charges last bill and now this bill I have 5 purchases totally $34.75 of which I have not asked for

    Just got my Telstra bill for April 2016 and it includes four $5 call charges to a company called Mobipay which I know nothing about. The charges are made around the same time each week. Can anybody tell me how to stop these fraudulent charges????

    I'm not happy with Optus, I will send to trading Adair because they took money from my account every month$22.75 for 8 Z ptyltd. But I didn't do any contract with there company Optus took money from my account to them, it's unfair for customer

    I had a bad phone with bad service in Dubbo, but I told optus staff they say they not reposible for that. I have to used bad service and phone over year

    I was charged $6.32 at 3.19am by 8Z Pty Ltd. I called Optus to state that I never subscribed and told them about this blog that hundreds of customers were saying the same thing "we never subscribed to this". Optus gave me a refund on the amount charged and called the company 8Z Pty Ltd and had them blocked for future charges. Apparently it was an ongoing subscription and they were going to charge me every week.

    I just received my bill today and surprised to find this thread  . 8z stating they are associated with Optus however Optus is denying it . no one is willing to take responsible although optus said they have lodged a complaint. I am so angry with this and I was yelling on the phone with this call centre in Philippines that keep blaming me for clicking a link and said after the link, they also asked for authorisation, that's when the the subscription started.
    Not sure will it make a difference if i report to the TIO.
