got a few calls from this number, whitepages.com says the call is coming from near the Washington Mall. I'm in the midwest, didn't answer & won't.

I'm on Rogers too.  Living in TO.  I'm getting annoyed with this number.  They have called 4 times already and there's virtually no way of getting them to stop... is there?

Just got a call from this number again.  I Think it is time to call my MP and get them to do something about this. This is BS!  Maybe they can have these pricks nuked.

Keep getting calls with female voice talking about the expired car insurance.
However, there was an option to press 2 to be removed from the calling list. BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE. I did press it in a hurry and now I keep getting even more fkn call from telemarketing. DO NOT EVER SHOOSE TO REMOVE FROM THE CALLING LIST. TRUST ME.

Yes, I got a call from them too -- the woman was super nasty...she hung up on me when I asked her to remove me from their telemarketing list...

Just received a call from this number on my Rogers Blackberry.  Didn't answer since I didn't recognize the area code.  I don't hand the phone number out to anyone, so I don't know how they got hold of it.  Based on comments from other posters, it seems like it's cell phones that are mostly being called (and Canadian ones at that).  How do these guys know?

me too - getting lots of these lately - is there no way to set ignore for a given number so at least repeat offenders are just ignored by your phone?

Called me today...Telus cell. I am getting tired of this constant long distance telemarketing scam [***]. Calling Telus.

Got the call today @ 11am at work, with Telus.  Have been getting more and more calls from telemarketers lately from the States.

I am going to start billing telemarketers who call my cell phone and waste my minutes.  The average cost per minute is 0.30 CDN, as per their call to me I should have the right to charge them for contacting me, like a lawyer or pay to call service.

Answered and it was an automated message from un-named creditors.

Both myself and a co-worker (who has a cubicle right next to me) received a call from them 10 minutes aprt. He answered, I did not, but they asked him if he was more than $4000 in debt, when he said no they hung up. We are in Everett, Washington but the area code for the call is Washington, DC.

I saw this number on my caller id. I don't know where it is from so I did not answer. I am going to call Rogers and see if they can do anything about it.

Same as the poster above...Received a call on my cell ...202-495-7170.  I listened only long enough to hear "Hello, I'm Julie from card services department..."  I just hang up...but annoying ...I"m on Virgin Mobile.
