- Crusader of IntelligenceDONT GET ME WRONG IM ALL FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH. JUST BE TRUE TO YOURSELF.. THINK OF IT THIS WAY WHAT DID WE DO BEFORE THE INTERNET?
- JadeYes, I got caught into the scam with my kids. After the phote shoot, I've never heard a thing or received any email from them. First time I called, they told me emails regarding their online accounts would be sent out soon; So I waited. 2 weeks later I called again, was told emails were sent out to my address, very likely they got filtered into scam emails (which they SHOULD). 2 more weeks later, called again, and was told on the phone about username and password for each kid - my daughter's i was able to log in, for my son, it didn't work. After that, I called numerous times, was given the same information about my son, but still never worked. Finally today I reached them again, they took a while got the account working, but besides
my son's pictures, there were no other information about him there. None! How can they get you work when there's no information!!! When you call them up, they only direct to one person, it seems like he handles all the complains, and believe me, he is the dead end.
You know what, thank god for internet! So scam like this can be spread out quickly. Yes, do a little dig, check the facts about this InterFaKe, and think for yourself! There are many many talent agencies out there, none has this amount of complains.- Caller: Interfact Talenent Network
- R.BI was approached by this company. Since a good friend owns an agency in NYC, I told him about it. He immediately alerted me, for one, an agency never asks you to pay in front, second, he never ever heard about it. If he is one of the agencies they claim they send information to, well, it's news to him!
- i used to work for this company.| 1 replyok...so heres the deal. I used to work for this company...I was only a scout. Now before anyone says I am just trash talking the company because i got fired I would like to say that i quite after working there for a year. I watched numerous people get fired every week for really stupid reasons. Yes, the scouts ask everybody that goes by. every single person. Its not their fault...they only care about getting people to fill out cards so they can keep their jobs. because every hour there is someone calling the kiosks using the same high pressure tactics on their employees. Also, i was at the mall the other day at the kiosk because i know people who still work there. This guy was standing there looking at the kiosk and they started asking if he had kids interested in modeling or whatever.he said no. he said he currently works in the marketing department down at the main head quarters. he didnt say his name. he still works there. he said the company does abolutely nothing to market anybody.he told us the photo shoot is fake. he told us the books of success stories at the kiosks are a bunch of pepole pictures with advertisements posted above them. he showed us two babies in the book of success stories that he has seen down at the office. he told us that both of those babies have down syndrome. he said that the rip off their employees. he says that for example if someone worked at 10 hour day they will pay you for 5 hours but you have no proof that they are doing this because the hours and pay rate are not listed on your pay check. they print out out this stupid sheet at each kiosk with everyones info on it. like their hours worked , pay rate, appointment ratio, show ratio, ect...its all fake and is put there just to appease their employees. Im pretty sure that if they put the hours that they say you worked and your pay rate on your check it wouldnt make sense with the taxes that are taken out so im pretty sure thats why they dont do it. this company is so messed up. and he also told us that the CEO is a coke head. this company is so screwed up. this person came to the mall to tell everyone what he knows about the company. i dont think he would be lying...because what reason would he have to? he still works there. the people who work there know nothing about talent or whatever...they are just young people who need a part time job. actually most of them just make fake leads anyways to keep their jobs because they feel to bad to ask anyone seriously because they know its wrong.

- ohhhhh interface!Damn...I'm surprised that they are still open and in business. I worked for this company when they opened in the beginning and stayed for all of 9 months until i made a comment about the supervisors and was let go.... At any rate....The directors are the ones to blame in the situation..... For starters, I was recruited by Paul Dowling at Norwalk Community College.... $12.00 an hour was a bit enticing at the time.... Anyway... they get mostly students to work at the kiosks as well as in the call center in norwalk tom call leads on the card and get them to come in... as appt. setters, we are fed the b.s to tell people tom get them in the door, and then it's up to the "directors" to reel them in, and mind you... anyone can be a director...as long as they have the ability to sale you...so anyway, working as an appt setter.. was kinda cool.... you find the right words to say, without lying... get your appts in and thats that....the directors do all the dirty work.. But for those of you who don't know.... it is a scam.... they have a company in Jersey as well...mention it.. and they will say they are not affiliated.. if you see the initials j.h posted up here... that's jason.... he is a supervisor for the call center.... the coke heads are paul and eric.... oh yeah, eric is the one under the owner of the company, Roman.... they are all clowns tryin to make a quick dollar.... anyway, dnt waste your time or energy... after being in the call center fora while, you learn what and what not to say to people to get them in the door, so be aware of the slick talkers....trustme.. i know.. before i got fired, my show ratio was 90%..meaning that every 10 people i scheduled appts for 9 showed
- ????THIS IS A SCAM AND I FEEL BAD FOR THE PEOPLES MONEY THAT I TOOK. I WAS A DIRECTOR THERE, THE PERSON THAT WOULDN'T LET YOU LEAVE THE OFFICE UNLESS YOU SIGNED UP. WE HAVE SHOWN THE SAME BOOKS OF EXAMPLE SINCE INTERFACE HAS OPPENED AND THE 80% SUCCESS RATE THAT WE DO IS COMPLETE [***]! I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THEY WILL SIGN UP ANYBODY THAT HAS MONEY, JUST TO MAKE THERES. THEY DONT GIVE A [***] ABOUT YOU OR YOUR KIDS AND I CANT LOOK YOU GUYS IN THE EYES ANYMORE AND LIE TO YOU. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM...BELIEVE ME I WORK THERE...
- meI was approached at the mall and so I am interested in get my daughter into modeling so I filled out the card and sure enough they called 2 days later, So I made the appt for Sat. They called again on wed to confirm and then again on friday night and then on sat before the appt. They stress don't be late and that the director was here and looking forward to meeting my kids. My appt was at 2 and we didn't get seen until 3:00 which pissed me off right then. She talked a good talk and when it came down to the cost of pictures, I told her I needed to talk to my husband first and she used everything to pressure me into giving her a credit card or at least a deposit. NOT i wasn't going to give in and then she tried to use my daughter saying how beutiful she is and that she will not have a problem getting jobs. She also stressed that if I change my mind I do have 3 days to cancel but never said how it needed to be cancelled. But we left and didn't give her a dime and told her I felt pressured and felt it was a scam. She like what do I have to gain if you don't sign her up. My sister and I decided to play with the director telling her we are really interesting and ready to sign but wanted to know more about the cost after the pictures and she said you have to paid the copyright for the pictures plus the composite card. She kept calling and said give me your credit card and when you come for the pictures you can read the contract. Thanks for all the stories, that really helped in making the decision to walk away and not give the a dime but I will give the town of Norwalk $25.00 for being late on the meter because of them. LOL
- Wouldn't you like to knowI am glad that every one is starting to realize what a [***] company interface is. and all the sister companys. For you all in boca FL watch out because they are opening one there as well. Something needs to be done to stop them. They will do anything to take your money, they talk a good game. When it comes to jobs though GOOD LUCK! I should know i used to work there. Eric...you are a coke head and your top director mike is the one who thinks so...you might want to wipe your noes from time to time, and stop locking the door in the 180 room...thats the camera room where they listen and watch all the interviews with the directors...not only that, but during interviews he encourages the directors to down beers! Its one thing to talk a good game, but its another to step up to the plate! i think that we should get a group of people together and protest in front so no one else gets scammed. if any one agrees post your comment and we will get this going...inside edition was all over the sister company in NJ with a hidden camera and all which appeared all over the news. People stand up for what you believe in and make a differece....
- Burned!Saw the Inside Edition piece on TV last week. Roman Vintfield is the owner of both companies - the one in NJ that the Inside Edition crew visited with hidden cameras and also InterFake in SoNo. Stay far, far away! I, too, am surprised they haven't been shut down!
- PROTESTYes, let's protest these [***]!!! How dare they! Put them out of business!!!!!!!!!
- PROTESTPROTEST PROTEST PROTEST PROTEST
F* Roman, F* Eric, F* Paul, F* them all!!! - maryMy daughter had a completely different experience. She was offered a $550 package as well as the more expensive ones (which are all for the photos only). It was made absolutely clear that there were no guarantees, and when I asked what 80% meant, I was told outright that it represented the percentage of offers that came as a result of their marketing the photos. I did not ask how many requests they receive or contacts they make, but it wasn’t important to me at the time. They applied zero pressure and did not push the sale – merely presented an easily understandable offer with no deadline.
- RichI had a weird call from them on my cell phone. They said they were calling about a $500 balance for my son 'Chris'. I told her I don't have a son named Chris and never heard of Interface. She said well your last name is xxxxxxxx which was correct, I don't know how she knew my last name because I have a company phone. It was very strange, I hung up on her and then did a search and found this site.
- ConfuseI have an interview for a job at their Customer Service dept. Should I go?

- DavidI was at the palisades mall in Nyack New York and this woman came up to me and told me I looked like a singer, and how she really liked my look. I replied thank you and she asked me if I was ever interested in acting or modeling, and I lied and told her no. She started to tell me about her company, she told me they are the same company that founded Angelina Jolie and a few other successful actors and actress. She was telling me how she really thinks her director would really love my look, and she thinks I could make it. I knew the chances of me being discovered in the middle of a mall were 0 to none. Everything she was telling me was too good to be true. She took down my information on this card and gave me the other half and told me that I would hear from them in a few days. They called me the next day and there was a lot of noise in the background. I could hear other people on the phone trying to get other people to come in for this so called interview. They wanted me to come in this week but I told them I couldn’t make it. The woman on the phone told me I should expect another phone call and asked for the best number they can reach me from. I gave them my agent’s number, and I told my agent and he told me it’s all a scam. A legit company would not have a set up in the middle of a mall unless it was pre planed and there were open casting calls. So the next time they call me they will speak to a legit agent and he will have many questions to ask.
- MBDThank you sooooo much everyone for your comments. I have an interview this coming Saturday for my two little girls. I am not planning to show up thanks to you all. I was already scanned once before by “New Faces” also out of CT. You spend a lot of money in pictures and the jobs they get you don't pay nothing specially after they take 15% as their cut. I was worry about wasting time and I asked how long this interview would take because I had the feeling I was going to wait my time. The girl on the phone told me 30 minutes to an hour “you right’. I had a feeling this was a scan and I am so glad I google the company and found this site. I am also so sorry for some of you who have spent thousands of dollars. I thank you for thinking about other parents such as me. This is a SCAM!!!! PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!

- TedGotta love Google: My wife and I just got schmoozed 30 minutes ago into making an appointment in Norwark. A woman called today after a scout tagged my wife Monday when she took the kids to see Santa. We are supposed to go there from here in central CT next Sat at 10:00 AM and be out by 11:00. We had planned to do this prior to ur trip to Rockefeller Ctr. to see the XMAS tree. Looks like we would have had a really rotten day and left our kids with broken hearts. Going to nip this in the bud.
For an Internet Company, they have not figured out that search engines are natures way of saying "do business properly." Either that, or they play the numbers game; They pick off people who don't search for "{name} complaints" before they turn the key in their cars. Gotta love Google.- Caller: Interface Talent Network
