Report a phone call from 203-391-5860 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Concerned MomThis number called my house today and didn't leave a message. My son was approached at the mall in Manchester yesterday and broght home a business card from Interface. What bothers me is, if they are legit why not leave a message?
- another teen girl| 1 replyi was at the mall with my sister the other day in danbury and this woman came up to us and would not leave us alone. i told her i wasnt interested and that my parents werent here so i wasnt gonna leave anything. however she wouldnt leave us alone so we filled out the stupid cards, cause it was your name & number. they have since been calling my cellphone & my house phone for 3 days. on my house phone, i click a button that says "we're sorry, this number does not accept this type of call" and they keep calling.
something is not right with this "company" at all,and even though im a teen they should not allow people under the age of 18 to fill out these forms without a parent present.
p.s. they use numerous numbers, first one "203-391-5860" and the other being "203-653-6831" ...there is no doubt that they have a lot more out there that they use
does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get them to leave me alone?? - VanessaThank you so much for these comments you have save my family gas money and time i was suppose to go to a meeting tommorow and wasnt to sure about them so i decided to do some research and discovered this site i had once been stupped before by a modeling agency models productions. When the woman at the mall stopped me twice and told me i had the picture perfect body for modeling and skin color and eyes etc i truely believed that this time i'd have a shoot for a 15 yr old gurl no thanx ill try to make it to the top on my own no thanx to this modeling scam

- MFMy daughter was scouted at a manchester mall this past weekend. After much insisting In her part i made the appointment and my husband and I made the 1 1/2 hour trip. Long story-short I told the appointmet setter i didn't want my time wasted if this was going to cost me any money in any way...He said NO. That the appt is Free...It is a Free eval..Just bring Three Pics to start a portfolio.. with different poses and the director will take it from there and will tell u what will need to be done-that if you're daughter really has what there looking for you shouldn't have to put out any money. At any point in time did he mention that (Kevin) my daughter would have to pay a professional photographer between 550 to 3000 dollars for pics I told him I didn't want my time wasted and I made this clear more than once. This caused an argument between myself my daughter and my husband, even tension my daughter even wanting to put money out of her savings for this scam. I eventually had to walk out because the evaluator started raising her voice and trying to make me see it her way and no other way and trying to persuade my daughter as her only hope. Im only glad it was only $90 dollars for gas on not $550. Interface is a SCAMMER and Liars!!!

- Burned! My son was scammed out of $650 by this company. Fortunately he paid with a credit card and the credit card company was able to recover the money after the charge was disputed. He canceled his contract within the three days by certified mail but when a refund didn't come from InterFace, he got Connecticut's Attorney General and the Department of Consumer Protection involved. An important lesson was learned. If you feel you've been scammed by any disreputable company, don't hesitate to call or write the AG's office - they are there for you!

http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/products/pro23.shtm - Bailey25I haven't received a call from InterFace. But I am a resident of SoNo and see what is going on, on my block. Their horrible dressed, dread-locked photographer was taking photos of 3 12 year old looking girls on MY PROPERTY. I live in a building that has private parking, no gate, unfortunately, and my first thought was, people drive very fast around this parking lot, my dog and i have almost gotten hit a couple of times by tenants, it's pretty dangerous to have children posing for photography in the driveway. When i saw the photographer again with a different group of children, i confronted them. I asked if they had permission from the landlord to use the premises for their business. I also mentioned that i am a resident and pay for use of the parking lots/driveways and building and they clearly were not. The slick/rude photographer asked me if i had a problem with them being there and i said yes! please keep their practice to the public areas. And the mother looked horrified and they trudged down the driveway. I gotta tell you, i run down by the river, past their office a couple times a week at various hours of the day and i see countless parents and children of all ages loading strollers and baby bags into their office. PLEASE DON'T PAWN YOUR KIDS OFF TO THEM! They are rude to the residents in the area and have no consideration for the public, they should get a studio if they want to conduct photoshoots in the area and leave the residents and visitors of SoNo to their private activities and lives. If anyone knows more about how to get a company like this removed from the community, like i've heard they did in NJ. Please let me know. Lets do something about this, i feel bad for the residents in this area with children that probably get approached daily. do you think it was a coincidence that they bought up a shop right across from an aquarium?
disrespectful, disgusting and rude. - dedewell i also received a phone call from interface. Me and my husband actually did not answer but they kept calling anyways. They finally stopped. THen just a few days ago i decided to call interface because i've always wanted to put my son into modeling. So when i called i spoke to a girl that her name was TRUDY she was nice but when i tried to ask her questions she wouldnt try to answer them. She then scheduled me for saturday at one oçlock which was today. When i went to work i told one of my co workers about this business. she told me not to do it because it is a scam. she said that they charged her 500 and they didnt even give her the pictures. she didnt really get into details about it. all she told me was that it took her six months to receive her pictures. so i went on the website of interface and starting looking at testimonials from different types of agencies. So i decided to look up each and every agency that gave them a testimony. i started to call them and wanted to talk to the people that were listed in interfaces testomonies. one of the people were on vacation so i spoke to another manager they told me that they have never heard of them before. i've called a few they all told me the same thing. but i wanted to talk to the people that said the comments so i decided to write to them. i just emailed them yesterday hopefully i will get a response soon. the thing is that i've got ripped off before and i dont want to get conned again. but from all the comments that i've been seeing not just from this website but also from another especially from someone that works there even said that it is a scam. now picture that. imagine if someone tells you something like that what would you think it is a scam. well now i think i heard and seen enough i've decided that it is all a scam. everyone comes out losing so if i were u i would definitly look into it before putting any money down.

- Andresthis company is a scam. These guys are shameful. they give families false hopes and take money from hard working folks. 1000 dollars is outrageous for photos of babies.
- dedewell people i just got back emails from the people that supposingly interface worked with. Two of them said that they are familiar with them. That they worked with interface before. Then another one said that they heard of them but never worked with them. Isn't it funny how they have comments of agencies that never worked with them before saying that they are a good source of being exposed by these agencies. THE AGENCIES that are saying that they worked with them before they probably got paid for saying something like that which isn't very nice because lots of ppl loses the money that they worked hard for. Just for a B.s like interface talent network. Save your money and go get a legit agency for yourself or your kids if you want to get exposed.
- Burned!Forgot to mention in my previous post that when we got the Attorney General's Office involved, they had to request InterFace to cease and desist from calling our home and cell phones. We also received a copy of a harsh letter from their NYC attorney sent to the Connecticut Attorney General's Office. It was an eye-opener for sure! Always remember that anything that "sounds too good to be true" usually isn't!
- Burned!Oops...meant to say "anything that sounds to good to be true, usually is". Basically, what they say isn't what they deliver. Beware!
- Concerned ParentThey keep calling me also. Check with you children.
They are set up in local malls, and ask minors for their info -
then they proceed to harras you. I have told them may times to stop calling me. They called almost every hour while I was on vacation in CA. - ScamI do know what I'm talking about. and this is scam. I'm a member of SAG/AFTRA and I see this often. They set up in mall and they lure kids into filling out forms for acting and modeling gigs. You could have three eyes and they would still tell you how great you are. It's all rubbish! The game is to sell headshots(photo's) for a lot of money. Contact a legitimate agency. By the way, this is a brutal business with a very very small percentage of success stories.

- paper chaserif it sounds to good to be true then you all know it is!! My daughter works for Model Club in Boston and has gotten lots of jobs since she was 10 and she is now 15. A little advice for you parents out there is, any type of real agency modeling or otherwise will not ask you for any money up front "EVER" if they believe you have the look and potential to make them money, they will be all over your children in a good way of course. So I urge you not to waste your money with interface talent, because what they are doing is actually legal, however the wording they use makes you believe that they are going to get your kids modeling jobs but that's not so. If you want to get your children into modeling, simply go directly to the modeling websites, such as Whilimena, Ford, Model Club etc; they will give you instructions on submitting photos of your child etc; they may like what they see and they may not but guess what...it's free! We got into modeling by attending a proscout convention check out their site and find out when they will be in CT. And check it out. By the way I don't know how inyourface talent got our info either. Hope this was helpful.

- Almost TakenI filed a complaint with the BBB about Interface Talent. Two days ago I got a call from an investigator from the BBB and they asked me a couple of questions about Interface talent. They have been bombarded with complaints and are putting a case together to shut them down. Just contact the CT BBB if you have any questions about this company. Then you will get an honest answer.
- ENIGMAI HAVE RECEIVE a call also from this place i called back and asked what kind of company was they told me " UNIVERSAL (meeting company)" i did not asked anything else as i was at work but i will and will let you know people :)
