These morons have sales beggars out at the mall, reaching out to scape goats praising their kids.. I met one such sales beggar at the danbury mall.. She ruined my 10 mins time praising at my little daughter who is 3 months now.. I told her upfront, if this is a marketing thing, i dont want to waste time.. Still she insisted that i fill out the card with my contact details.. the next couple days the morons started calling in.. fixed an appointment to meet with a cheapstake director. thankfully i read all this material posted here, and cancelled off. Are people so heartless and shameless to do such job? Shameless sales beggars and goonda morons. Dont get trapped.

    Almost Fooled
I got a call on 9/4/09 from 203-391-5860 from a man named Ricky who said he was from Human Resources and that I had applied for a Marketing Assistant position with their company.  I have been using Craigs List and thought it was through them. When I checked the company name InterFace Talent Network, I was shocked to find these comments and a Better Business Bureau bulletin about them!  I called Ricky back right away and he said sales would be involved.  I told him about the scams bulletin and he said, "we just do our job".  I cancelled the appointment!

I was also stopped at the danbury mall several times. once i called them a year ago, they called a few times from a different number eveytime. so i decided to go to the appointment with my husband. and usually he is a very good judge of character, he can see right through people right away. this woman seemed sincere when pitching us. she wasnt perky or too obvious, so we believed her. we kept saying we didnt have the money so she kept dropping the price. then she said to put it on a credit card. even get it from family or friends. it just felt like i was being rushed to make such a commitment that it made me feel suspect. so i researched it, and the better business bureau has received more than enough complaints. look it up http://www.1888pressrelease.com/connecticut-b ... t-pr-73649.html

    Interface Talent
I haven't received a call from InterFace. But I am a resident of SoNo and see what is going on, on my block. Their horrible dressed, dread-locked photographer was taking photos of 3 12 year old looking girls on MY PROPERTY. I live in a building that has private parking, no gate, unfortunately, and my first thought was, people drive very fast around this parking lot, my dog and i have almost gotten hit a couple of times by tenants, it's pretty dangerous to have children posing for photography in the driveway. When i saw the photographer again with a different group of children, i confronted them. I asked if they had permission from the landlord to use the premises for their business. I also mentioned that i am a resident and pay for use of the parking lots/driveways and building and they clearly were not. The slick/rude photographer asked me if i had a problem with them being there and i said yes! please keep their practice to the public areas. And the mother looked horrified and they trudged down the driveway. I gotta tell you, i run down by the river, past their office a couple times a week at various hours of the day and i see countless parents and children of all ages loading strollers and baby bags into their office. PLEASE DON'T PAWN YOUR KIDS OFF TO THEM! They are rude to the residents in the area and have no consideration for the public, they should get a studio if they want to conduct photoshoots in the area and leave the residents and visitors of SoNo to their private activities and lives. If anyone knows more about how to get a company like this removed from the community, like i've heard they did in NJ. Please let me know. Lets do something about this, i feel bad for the residents in this area with children that probably get approached daily. do you think it was a coincidence that they bought up a shop right across from an aquarium?
    disrespectful, disgusting and rude.

    Report Interface Talent to BBB!!!
I spoke personally with Richard Blumenthal, Connecticut’s Attorney General who called my home to speak with us because he was very concerned about my son’s experience.  My biggest concern was that in the InterFace contract it states that they “own” your photos and you can “buy” copies.  It also states that since they “own” your photos they can use them any way they want.  I was worried they’d “photo-shop” my son’s image onto another person’s body or something….or even have his image end up on a porn site or something!  Why should they “own” your images when you pay so much $$$ for them!!! An investigator from the Better Business Bureau also called and needed additional information about our experience.  An important lesson was learned. If you feel you've been scammed by any disreputable company, don't hesitate to call or write the AG's office - they are there for you!

You can click on the links to the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau where you'll find phone numbers, addresses, etc.  I believe you can even e-mail them with your concern.
To save you time, here they are again - good luck!

    Interface CARS!
While I was there I was constantly threatened to be fired if I didnt work longer hours and not take my 30 minute lunches. Everything written is true these people will get shut down as they cant keep getting new folks through the door if everyone knows its a scam.

    Jason's license plate # = 168xdn [ blue 4 door bmw 325xi ]
    Paul's License plate # = 204xez [ black 4 door VW jetta ]

If anyone sees these cars tell them how disgusted you are with their practices. I'm glad I got out of there.

Jason Hoffman and his supervisor Paul
Let me say that when I worked there we were not told the whole story but it was obvious that this place was bull. Jason Hoffman and his supervisor Paul are two real pieces of s**t. They treat their employees with as little dignity as the people who come through the door. They work most days until closing and park in the parking lot behind the building if you want to confront them on their lying policies. The people who work there are threatened to be fired all the time and are basically working to get money and get out asap. This place should be shut down and will eventually loose out cause smart folks like you guys are letting Connecticut residents know its a bs scam!

I too seemed to get partially sucked into this scam, and had SEVERAL members of this company call about my children.  I finally gave in today and accepted making an appointment with them.  The person I spoke to told me all the same things as everyone here, be at the appointment on time, 2 forms of ID, etc.  I did ask if there was an obligation to buy anything and she said that it was all free, but be aware that the "director" would offer to have photos taken that most parents choose to purchase (yeah right).  The phone call seemed strange, she seemed flustered by my not being able to work around her schedule or wanting to answer some of my questions, and after making the appointment I decided to look it up with the BBB, who has stated hundreds of complaints about the agency and several of its affiliates.  I am glad that I looked up what others have written and plan on calling tomorrow to cancel our appointment and ask them to take our names off of their calling list, hopefully this will help someone else who seems to get sucked into the same thing.

    Thankfull
I have to say I was surprised at all these posts, and thankfull that I read them first. We were "sucked in" at Six Flags telling us that our 13mo daughter was beautiful, etc, etc. So yea..I filled out the little paper.....This # has been calling about twice a day for a week now and I always screen my calls. I didn't recognize the # so I waited for them to leave a msg.....nothing...ever. You would think they would leave a msg if it really was a reputable company. They called twice today and called my husbands cell phone at work. Thats when I decided to see who was calling so frequently and not leaving a msg, and now I know. :o)
Thank you for posting about this because I will not be taking it any further, and if they continue to 'harrass' me I will be taking it in a completely different direction and they wont be happy.

I have posted the contact information from the actual sites of the people that have given testimonials on the INterface site.  Now notice the difference. First, FRM is in Australia and Interface has the contact name listed as   - FRM Model Management, Stephen Buokinall, Director.. Just another reminder, there are no children even on this site, so why would they even acknowledge Interface as a company to comment on?

This company was listed on the testimonials. However, this is not a real company. Look this up in any search engine.  It only comes up on Interface website.

    Cassiopeia Productions, INC
This company can only be found on two webpages, and they do not seem to have their own company website.  How ironic.  http://www.pratt.edu/about_pratt/mission_and_governance/trustees/

This Company does not have a website.  It has a normal directive map, to a company that is stated Gladys Fashion, but there is no telling if this is the same one.  When I put the owner into the google with the company, it only comes up with InterFace. This is starting to get redundant.

i am a past employee of interface talent network. one word, SCAM!

I should have read all of these comments before i got sucked into this SCAM! Just like the comment above, they approached me in Westfield shopping mall and persisted that i fill out a card. Saying things like "you're so pretty," over and over. They were so pushy that i just did it for them to leave me alone. That should have been my first sign. I gave my phone number not knowing that they would CALL EVERYDAY, multiple times a day!

So i finally made an appt. after weeks of them calling just so they could leave me alone. And i said to myself "what do i have to lose?" (apparently a lot). And mind you my father had called them telling them to stop calling, but they continued to call. They were VERY pushy.

Arriving at my appt. for 1:00, i filled out some paperwork, meanwhile, there were little kids and parents everywhere. To make it even worse i waited for 45 min to be seen! i should have known then! I finally was seen, and Michael Martone, the guy i had interviewed with was extremely persuasive and seemed to know what he was talking about. After he talked about the agency he showed me prices of the photo shoot. They were outrageous! But he lured me in by saying that he’d put $300 toward my photo package. It seemed too good too be true. SO, feeling the pressure, but thought it was a good deal i agreed to it. When i got home i was hearing from everyone that this was a SCAM. I was like no it couldn’t be, they seem so legit. But my boyfriend had looked them up online and found that they were definitely SCAMMING people!

So $850 later, i find myself going through their RIDICULOUS cancelation policy just to get my money back. And not to mention dealing with the most rude customer service person (Greg, he's a total JERK) i had ever dealt with in my life. I cant believe i got sucked into such a SCAM, i never thought i would be dealing with such [***]!!!

Hi all, this company is just a high pressure con scam. My wife was in the Palisades mall in north Jersey they approached her about our 2 year old daughter saying she needs to get into modeling she has the look everybody is looking for. After getting my wife's name we started receiving calls the next day from the 203-391-5860 number. Calls came twice a day for a month making my wife think "oh they really want our daughter" so I agreed to let her go for an appointment. To make a long story short they got my wife to commit to  photo shoot, sign some [***] contract. Ends up costing me $700.00. And you know I went with her to the shoot they spent all of 15 min for photos and said for us to get our daughters photos we have to pay a 45$ copyright fee and and additional 500-1500$ to have a head shot and a 4shot 2 outfit composite card made up or be on their website such [***] almost reached over the desk an slapped the market manger. I said no thanks twice and tried to walk out and the market manger kept on trying to sell me. I want this to be a warning to those who have kids watch your step around these people the twist words and will make you feel as if they will do anything for you until they get your money.. after that your a sucker and they give you the run around .. have done some research on my own found out they are high risk on the BBB web site also found out they have changed their name several times...I guess to prevent sued for fraud also have found they own the building next door to them, sounds to much like the movie Boiler Room to me. so be careful

Im so glad that people cant make decisions on their own anymore. Here I thought it was the media that lead us to the determinant.  But after reading this I have realized that you are all sheep. Not that I have a positive point to report but more that I am appauled at the ignorance of this site. People if you are concerned about a service or company then go with your gut, but dont let people sway you into a decision that isn't yours.  Have a backbone and make your own decisions in life don't reley on the internet to guide you.  Otherwise your are just as bad as the lemmings who fell of the cliff.  LIVE YOUR LIFE!!! NOT SOMEONE ELSE'S!!!
