I get calls from this number 3,4,5 times a day.  They never leave a message. I do not wish to receive calls from this number.

It is a fund raising telemarketer call Telefund, INC.  I purchased a cordless phone system that has a call block feature.  Its from Panasonic...comes in real handy. I enter all numbers who call me and leave no message.  It rings once then is blocked...the caller hears a series of beeps on their end then disconnect.

PLEASE DIAL 304, NOT 303 (as others have written). 304 is to be removed from their call list. 303 is about seeking employment as a telephone solicitor!

Charities may call and not violate the law. This is a gray area to beat all. Telefund is a "for-profit" company and the reason 9 charities did not get a check for the last three years. Pass it on.

They use different numbers from all their offices. This is just one.

Yes, they are calling to raise funds for the Democratic Congressional Committee.  If you call the number back you're given the option to be put on their Do Not Call list by dialing 304 and leaving your phone number.

This group calls several times a day. I'm glad I have caller ID.

I get this call 1-2 times a day.  Ironically, I believe that they got my number from the ACLU because that is the ONLY organization that I've donated to in the past which had my phone number.  This is a FOR-PROFIT fundraising marketing group!

They call me morning, noon and night (after 8:30pm every night this week!).  Its getting really old!

I get calls from this number twice a day EVERY day. It is beyond annoying to the point of harrassment.  STOP IT.

They call every day (I do not answer when Telefund Inc. appears on my caller ID) and sometimes more than once a day.  They may be fundraisers exempt from the "Do Not Call" list, but I feel that they are intruding on my privacy.  How many days, how many unanswered calls before they give up.

After receiving 1-2 calls a day from them for a week, always around 3-4 PM EST, I called back. When you call (213) 487-9500, you get a polite recorded message saying "You have reached the offices of Telefund, Inc. on Wiltshire Boulevard. […] If you would like your number placed on our Do Not Call list, please dial 304." When I dialed 304, I got another polite recorded message apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to please give my phone number after the tone, and to please repeat the number twice. I left a message asking them to please place [here I gave my phone number] on their Do Not Call list, and then repeated the number.

We'll see if this stops the calls. I have given money to some of their clients (listed in another post here), but as a personal policy I do not donate money (or buy anything) over the phone unless I placed the call, so they're wasting their time calling me. And I don't appreciate being interrupted by phone solicitations, even from causes I agree with.

But yes. If you're getting unwanted calls from (213) 487-9500, call that number back, dial 304, and leave a message including your phone number, asking them to put it on their Do Not Call list.

Telefund Inc has been persistent, calling every day and not leaving any message on my answering machine.  I reported them to the Do Not Call Registry, and I wish that they would cease and desist immediately.

For the past two weeks I have been getting calls from this number everyday.  I finally called the number back, listened to a recorded message that says if you dial 304 and follow the instructions you will be removed from the automated calling system.  I hope it works because these calls are irritating.

They call daily! This will stop! Tried option #303 0r 4 but mailbox was full. Did get a message that they are hiring! Would love to get in & destroy the phone list Ha ha

I've NEVER given money to ANY of the organizations Telefund has called me on behalf of. Yes, I am absolutely certain of that fact. So when you say Telefund doesn't call people except for those who have given money in the past you are either a fool or a liar.

I have also repeatedly told Telefund to not call me on behalf of ANY or ALL clients. I have contacted them by phone and by email, numerous times. This has been going on for years and they simply choose to ignore all my requests and instructions, which is illegal. And it's happening again.

I have decided to take Telefund's effing client list and contact each and every one with a complaint about Telefund's disregard of people's rights.
