I too answered this call and it was a taped message for carpet cleaning, asking me to press 1 if I wanted my carpets cleaned. But it also said press 8 if I wanted to be removed from the list.  I was connected to something that just ended up being minutes of techno music.  I got bored and hung up.  So I called the number right back and a computer on the other end picked up and repeated my phone number and told me to hold.  The odd thing is that my number is unlisted so when I call others with caller ID, it comes up "private" and my # is never displayed.  How the heck did this thing pick up my # then.

I just recieved a call from 214-586-0999 "International". I missed the call but she left a message.  I currently have my business for sale in the local paper and that is what she was inquiring about.  She left her name (Leslie) and a local phone # but when I returned the call a very elderly lady did not seem to know what I was talking about.  I think this is really wierd!!!  I also tried to call the number back and got the same recording and strange music.  HELP!

Got a call from 214-586-0999, I missed the call and then decided to give the number a call back. A computerized voice said please wait to be connected and then it went to some sort of techno music for a while before I hung up?!?! Whats the deal?

Received a call from 214-586-099 at about 3am on the 24th of October, 2007.  No answer when I dragged myself out of bed to answer it.  Called back the following day at 4:30 pm and got a computer that told me to wait and they would connect me, then a bunch of technomusic.  Hung up.  I am on the Do Not Call list.

I got a call from this number but it was my husband calling me from a payphone in france and than I got a call with the same number two months later when my husband called from Tunisia, he was using his cell phone this time.

I got a call from this 214-586-0999 number but no body was at home at that time 12:12 pm so I missed that call. I checked my message from that call and there was a spanish woman voice that said "it's a recorded speaking in english" then she got quiet. I called back to that number and a recorded voice answer "please wait while your call is connected"   and then the techno music for a while and I hung up.

I got couple phone calls from that number today. Didn't answer!

A call came into my home phone which is an unlisted number the call was from the number mentioned above and the ID showed international. Since my husband is in Iraq i immediatly called it and a recording came on and said'"please wait while I connect your call." I then hung up and started searchinbg the net and found this

We received a couple of calls in the middle of the night.  We have also been receiving international calls.  The phone rings and no one is there.  We're also on the "do not call" list.  Sure seems like international scam artists from reading this list.

I keep getting a call from 214-586-0999.  Whe I answer they hang up and now they are sending text messages.  I am getting ready to file a complaint with the police, but am not sure if that will help

I keep getting these phone calls and no voice mail is left I was at work but i actually picked up while it was calling but being that I was at work I didn't get to hear who it was they called me back 4 times no voice mail.I called it back and just as before it was trans house music.Then it just plays forever no one ever picked up and I didn't have time for this it's the second time this has happened the number called me earlier this year same thing happened

I got one, too - seems very strange.  Any ideas who or why they were calling - something seems fishy.

I received a call this morning and the caller ID said, "International" and displayed the number (214) 586-0999. When I picked it up and said hello, there was only a muffled male grunting sound and the caller hung up his phone receiver rather roughly. I am surprised to turn up this website as I thought this was just another junk phone call. By the way, the area code is for Dallas, Texas so I puzzled a bit over why the readout said, "international." I am in the USA.

i got a call from this number today they said they were with the government and that i was to recieve a refund....then later went on to ask for my banking acct numbers....i dont think so...i called the number back and all i got was music then the line went dead

i recieved this call at 3:30 am. caller id said international 214-586-0999 of course i missed the call and no message was left.

I got a call from this number today, said INTERNATIONAL. I called back, got the techno music and ended up dancing for a half an hour.

got the call 2x today - silly music (then googled and ended here).  Scam time i believe. Especially on Thanksgiving
