got a call from this number...it was actually my brother calling collect from a pay phone at a drug rehab in Illinois.  It appears that collect calls from pay phones may be routing their calls through a server in dallas

This number is either a pay phone or the service that contacts for collect calls. The number called for a collect call, it costs 14.99 for 6 minutes.  So if you get a call from this number it is probablysomeone you know who needs to contact you and does not have the money for the call.  cell phones are not able to recieve collect calls that is why the caller has to use this service.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone and they never say anything they just sit and listen they have called me about 20 times i LIVE IN VIRGINIA AN DO NOT KNOW EHO  THEIS IS CALLING ME.

I recieved SEVERAL calls from this number about four months back, I think I counted up to 26 calls per day. Blocked the number, but apparently my cell provider only blocks numbers for so long.  The calls started again a couple of days ago.  The call does say that it's IRS and asks for a credit card number or home address for billing. But this one very odd time tonight it simply said press 1 to accept.  My husband had answered the phone and accepted the call in order to tell this person (whom we can't understand, but it sounds like a woman who might be saying the name Rosetta Dumonte) to stop calling us.  He didn't have a chance to say anything.  He couldn't understand the first thing she said but it ended with "I ain't playing games with you I got a liscense to kill" and hung up.  The call came through again not two minutes later asking for a credit card number.  WTF???

I am pretty sure this is a payphone somewhere north of north carolina.  I got a legit call from this number from my x, he said it was a pay phone..but i don't know where he is exactly

I recevied a call from this numb saying it was collect call and needed credit card numb. cause i  have vontage. It was a real collect call from my neice.

Ashleigh had an ex boyfriend that went to jail...and he kept trying to get ahold of her, then she got this call from that number saying it was Justin calling collect from Dallas Texas... but she didn't accept it. Maybe someone is hacking into the collect call company's account.

the phone rang this morning at 10:07 a.m...I answered and a woman asked for my Aunt Susie...I told here she wasn't here and asked if she would like to leave a message and she said no and hung up...I tried calling the number back and it just kept ringing...I live in Hephzibah, Georgia and the number is from somewhere in Texas...maybe a generator line or something...just found it odd that someone would choose not to leave a message...even telemarketers leave messages nowadays

Realized i missed a call from this number. I googled it to see if i can figure out who the call came from. Everyone on this list says it's from Texas. I wouldn't think anything of it because I dont usually answer numbers i dont know. But I recently had fraud charges on my credit card in Texas. I'm in New York. I never give out my information so i dont know if it's connected or not.

This number is a payphone. It has been assigned to many different payphones around the US from IDL Communications. Right now, it is assigned to a payphone in a Halfway house in Louisville Kentucky. This is the number by brother calls me off of all of the time.

I just got a call from it at 1840PST on 21.12.2009... Didn't answer, but from the information here, it looks to be some kind of scam.

Received call from this number and he said that his name is Faisal.  He said he was a wealthy man in California that needed a personal trainer and would pay very well.  I said I could do it but when i tried to call back all I got was a busy signal.  I decided to google the phone Number and noticed that two years ago people were getting calls from all over the country from this idiot.  So if you receive a call from this number hang up because it is a prank call from some bored sob that doesn't have anything better to do with his life.

I thought it was someone in my fam. in the US, but I called back and it was busy. They asked 4 my card's number. I just called the police and they are on their way here. The person who's doing this needs to be stop!!!!!

Just received a call from this number. The first time it was supposedly from the IRS so I hung up. The second time it was my some trying to call me collect from a pay phone just outside his cell coverage area to let me know he was all right. Sound wired but it may be a calling service that collectes very high fees for collect calls.

I recieved a call from this number, on my cell phone. I missed the call, was working at the time of the call. A friend of mine recieved a call from the same number around tha same time I had. The number is a Dallas, TX exchange. However, we believe the call came from a Correctional Facility in Bridgewater, Mass. I have a friend that is a Correction Officer in said facility, they state that it's an untraceible pay phone that immates as well as guards use.
