We have received too many calls from this #)%*)&%)_*# company to report here.  (On 2 private phone lines in Toronto ON Canada.)  No amount of pressing 1 and speaking to an operator nets anything other than a hang-up on the caller's end of the line.

We've been registered with every possible Do Not Call list for decades.

We have now announced to all Telemarketing organizations (and Survey associations) that if we receive any more unsolicited calls we're going to do our best to deafen those who intrude, uninvited, into our home.

We have purchased a telephone with caller display, and now have a Fox 40 whistle hanging by our phone.  We use it.  Polite courtesy hasn't worked for these scumbags, so maybe a stronger, painful deterrent might...  At the very least it may reduce the productivity of their workers, and thereby skew the owners' profit rates...

Quick query:  Has anyone initiated action with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or relative American agency?

I pressed 1 to speak to an agent.  When she came on the line, I asked what she was wearing. I guess she didn't want to discuss that so she hung up on me, hopefully removing me from the list.  If not, next time I'll ask her if she's naked.  :)

They called, our answering machine picked up.  The "voice" had already started speeking and then abruptly stopped mid-sentence.  All I have are a couple of words on the machine.

Got a call from Surrey, BC Canada. No message left.

i tried calling both 1-800 nmbers that Annoyedm posted the first one just rang and rang the second one I reached a recording where I was able to leave a Voice mail, I requested that my number be removed from their list..... we'll see.

I noticed quite a few calls to Canada. What the hell is the national do not call line good for?

Anyways, this number has come up a few times in the past week. I finally answered it and asked to speak to someone about taking my number off the list, Brent hung up on me. Fine. 30 Seconds later Brent called me back. I picked up, and he hung up on me again.

Now I'm pissed

I live in Ontario and I called Bell Canada to complain.  I am on the CRTC's do not call list.  Bell advised me to file a complaint with the CRTC which I did.  I would encourgae all other to complain to their local regulators.  If enough people complain they will eventually close the loopholes that allow this to happen.

Same thing here.  I am on Ontario Canada.  I noticed a pattern. No one from Quebec has complained in a few weeks, but they seem to be concentrating in harassing Ontario for now.  Why is no one stopping them?  I have already complained to the DNC list but it does not seem to work.

Now I am pissed as well!

Same thing caller wanted to talk about lowering my interest rate, asked to be removed from their calling list then they hung up, so next time I will be telling them that I am $90,000 in debet keep them on the line as long as possible then hang up on them...I will waist their time and tell them at the end to have a nice day.....

Another automated call from "Rachel of Cardholder Services."   I pressed "1" to speak with someone and got a man. He asked me if was intrested in lowering my credit card rates and in turn asked him what bank he represented.  He hung up on me. Sure sign of a scam. Tried to call the above number twice... according to the phone company, it does not exist. Sure sign of a scam #2.

That's it. No more Mr. Nice Guy for me.  Enough is enough.

Also please note the compliance Officer Christopher Trescothick (as per link http://www.mcsdnc.com/pages/dnc_notice/ ) is not even his real name!!! What kinf of crap is that???  His name is actually Kevin Hulbert.  I guess he lives somewhere in Tacoma, Washington. Please someone from Tacoma track him down and explain to him that what they are doing is illegal!!!

Please keep complaining, especially those who had fraudulent changes on their credit card.  This is not only limited to those who had fraud on their credit card but you can also complain about dishonest sales practice (they claim they are from your credit card company).  Please make sure you answer “no” to the 5 first questions otherwise they refer you to other agencies.

“BBB processed a total of 92 complaints about this company in the last 36 months”  hmmmm...   how about that.  


Let’s make that number increase from 92 to over 100 complaints, to over 1000 complaints!  Time to get back at them.  These bottom feeders will be exposed for what they are.   Scammers.
