J'ai reçu cet appel et il parlait seulement en anglais j'ai tout simplement raccroché Québec Canada

J'ai reçu cet appel il y a quelques minutes et il ne parlait qu'en anglais... je ne suis pas bilingue, mais j'ai cru comprendre qu'en appuyant sur 1, j'allais parler à un représentant.... mais une fois fait, ça raccroché.... bon ou mauvais???? Terrebonne, Canada

this number and another that starts the same way keep calling me. when i answer they mumble something and hung-up. what the hell is going on? once they left a message but i couldn't understand what they tried to say. this has been going on for nearly a year, couple times a month. what im i supposed to do about it?

I recieved this call a lot of time from past 2-3 weeks and theirs nothing to do just hang off

I receive their call regularly since this summer.  They use to call from different numbers, but still the same "Rachel" that offers me to lower my interest rates...  At one point, the number on caller ID was 000-000-0000.  When they call, you have the option to press 3 to remove your number from their calling list.  I did a few times, but they still call me.

In Canada, we have a "Do not call list" that we can register.  31 days after registration, if telemarketers still call, we can make a complaint and they will pursue the company, up to 15 000$ per infraction.  I just registered, so we'll see...

I got this call twice today at 2 different numbers. The first one was at work(I work in a store)so I hung up. When I got home I had a message on the answering machine....it was the same recording! At work we don't have caller ID but I have it at home. I am also in Quebec. I'll do as Mireille wrote in one of the messages and I'll go register in the do no call list......I hope it works! the worst part is that my husband works nights so these callers may wake him up for nothing.......

I got the same call.....a little annoying, now the worst thing is that they are calling my parents house.  I live in Ontario, Canada

I'm from Quebec city (Canada) and I received this phone call every week on my vocal box. I'm realy tired of it and since 2 day we received this same call in my job. This company said that we have a big problem with our credit card and it' s urgent to press 1 or 3 and all this. I did not hear this. I'm hang off..

they called at home and on my cell. first time it was for credit card questions and second time they did not talk but on the screen the same phone number was showing up. bull [***]

Mireille  Do not call list works in Canada. There are also exceptions that are exempt,ie non profit groups.

I should have mentioned that there is a card available that will show any number they choose to display,ANY NUMBER. Do not be rude to caller as I did ...I got bombarded with calls from the same number 9 times in one day.Honest telemarketers, if there is such a thing, will be  added to the list of unemployed.DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO ANY CALLER NO CREDIT CARD # AND NEVER A PIN #.Email to all on your email list.

Just got a phone call from this number for the first time.  I did not answer.  Too many calls of this type in the last 3 months.  How can we stop this crap ?

They asked if I would be interested to be a translator for the middle east.

They keep calling me as well here in montreal, and keep filling up my voice mail. My voicemail cannot press 1 to speak to a live operator.  No use leaving a message (from another answering machine!!!).

I have found out these [***] are MCS (Mutual Consolidated Services).  

Please flood their emails (savemoney@mcsprograms.com, compliance@mcsprograms.com) with complaints.

I also found out their phone numbers: 1-877-891-1348, or 1-800-943-3250 please flood them as well with complaints maybe this will help them understand.  See web page below.
