Same story here... wrote these wonderful and long emails about wanting to spend the rest of his days playing bingo with his "soulmate", about me being "the queen of his heart".  He even sent me flowers, teddy bear and chocolates.  I have to admit that even though I thought he was too good to be true, I kept second guessing myself and ignored the red flags.  I am a single mom and really WANTED him to be real.  He even had a story about his young child named Eric who died and his ex wife being in Scotland somewhere for some kind of addiction.  He has no family other than his daughter named Marilynn.  He was traveling to the Philippines for a job.  

First he ran out of money because of exchange rates, then he ran out of money because he had travelers checks and could not cash them in Manila to finish his job, then he had to pay $10,000 tax in order to get the million dollars that he had.  Then he was in the hospital, then his daughter was in the hospital.  Suddenly he entered a "raffle" at the grocery store in Manila and won tickets to Africa... He who was broke and could not go anywhere before paying $2000 for the hospital bill was fine going to Africa (Nigeria) with the tickets he "won".  I did send him money... thankfully not too much..... I fell for him and feel so STUPID... but at least I "wisened up" before any more stupid moves on my side.

He only had 4 pictures of himself to send me (probably not even his pics) because his daughter had lost their smart phone and camera and they did not have any other pictures.  His voice definitely did NOT match his appearance.

I reported him to match.com.... but he will probably be back under a new name for a new victim.

Well - my fella's name is Nick Dutch Diego and he lives in CO. Currently in UK doing business as a senior Funds Manager with Shell International Investments. He actually is in Italy at the moment b/c his MUM died and he just had the funeral yesterday.  His daughter lives in Italy  - going to be a pilot. He's getting ready to go to Dubai to finish his contract commitment to Shell. He will then fly TO ME so we can be together forever.  LOL LOL LOL I am soooooo glad I found this website!!! I just sent an email to one of the addresses he used to someone on here - at end of email I apologized for sending to the wrong email and that I would just wait to hear from him from the OTHER email address. Wish I had just waited him out - curious to what story he would use to ask for $.  I have gotten the same exact word-for-word emails that I've seen on here - just from a different name. Geez.  How sick.

Word for word were his emails and those posted here.  I was suspicious for several reasons.  First of all he would never call me.  We exchanged emails for two weeks.  I found that to be odd.  Also he said he was from my town which, if he were truly a rich fund manager, he wouldn't live here.  I would ask him questions about his life---he said he had a dog but when I asked him what kind, what was its name--he didn't answer.  Come on, us pet owners love to talk about our pets.  When I pressed him about living here he wrote back a long loving email word for word what others have submitted here.  Oh this time he's going by Nick Marino.  I had googled and googled and could find NOTHING and that is highly suspect because EVERYONE is google-able.  He latched onto me through match.com

Well how are we going to report this person, first of all it's not his real name and probably using different photos. All his number that he gave me is still active. Try to phone him, no response.
I just wished he will be caught and suffer for all the scamming he did.
And who know he maybe a member of a syndicate that scam people all over the world.

Sometimes I doubted about match. Com it's so strange that with a this scammers that came from their site, it's just unbelievable that they don't know about the identity of this people, because we have to pay to register so sometimes I thought its like an inside job!!!
I did report my scammer but no reply.
So please,match. Com  do something. Please have pity on those people like me who were scammed big time !!!

I was also contacted by Nick Dutch Diego a few weeks back.  He said he lived in WV, but was in CO on business.  He had lived in Denver, CO with his late wife, Lee Diego, who had died around 10 years ago.  I actually spoke to him on the phone several times, and he told me he had to fly to the UK to finish his business as Fund Manager for Shell International Investments.  He wrote me an almost identical email to another I read here about dreaming on the plane that he was flying to see me, but woke up to find he was landing in England.  Since I am from the UK, and asked him some very specific questions about where he was, he had to get a little inventive with his answers.  Then, he called me (from a Denver phone # 720-509-9137) to say he had a call from his aunt in Italy that his Mum was very sick in the hospital and he had to go there.  He then wrote me an email, supposedly, from an internet café in Italy telling me that his Mum was so happy when he showed her my photo, and that now she could die in peace because she knew her beloved Nick would be happy with this wonderful woman!!  I traced that email from the header, and found it was sent from Cheboygan, MI!!  His father and son had died in an auto accident after his wife died, and his daughter, Angela, is living in Italy with his Mum and Aunt and is studying to be a pilot in Milan.

His Match.com handle was lvysfnick61, and his personal email address nicklove20144@yahoo.com.  He even gave me a number in the UK, but that was supposedly his Shell office number in the UK, but it didn't seem to be viable.  What can we do to stop this scumbag?

I need to see pictures of this magdaleno frost that he goes by.I'm in contact with him and I need to verify before I go to FBI with some information,think I've got enough info to catch him and save a lot of women from losing any more moneyI've been trying to catch him for months.I've woven a trail to him..

I have contacted the San Jose Police Department,  the FBI and Vanguard International Investments {as he claimed to be one of their financial advisors.  I felt they would have a reason and the where withal to follow through and tack this criminal down).

If there is anything I can do to help let me know.  I reported him to the San Jose Police who almost laughed at me.  I also contacted  Vanguard International Investments and they are reporting it to their fraud depart.  I gave them this web site.  And I have reported this to the FBI.  If we all reported it to them maybe he/they will be caught.  I have all my emails and his pictures.

I have read all 35 pages on this man.  He emailed me four days ago and oh so sweet.  I think I read in an email on this site he changed his  picture to a woman's picture.  Is this true?  .Also, I would like to hear from some of you that has heard from this man.

I've been following this saga for a long time now, and can't believe that this excuse of a man is still at large. Match.com has a lot to answer to. In the meantime, if any normal lady, who is looking for someone special, is not a scammer, and loves the idea of walking on a wet and windy beach in Broadstairs, Kent, would like to chat, then get in touch!
