It's a Ft. Myers number so and I'm in Florida so I just don't answer or if if I'm in a joking mood, I act like I'm from India or China and give them responses that make no sense whatsoever...I never get a call back.

Once I told the guy I wanted to tea-bag his wife and asked him to have her call me so he could watch...he just hung up the phone!

Just don't answer or play games with them...stupid, purposeful backwards data messes with their marketing data...!!

Have been receiving calls from this number, most annoying  Do not answer, don't know the company.  We are on the DNC list.  How do they get our number?????  Who are these jerks???

This number & "abt srbi" pops up on my caller I'd for the past two days. They have not left a message. I really hope these people get a life or go to jail. Karma!!!!!

Got a call about 8:45pm.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message, so I googled the #.  They called a number I recently added as a 2nd line for my freelance business, and I have posted that number in ads on craigslist.  I assume from comments here that they are out-of-country scammers who got the number that way.

These people have been calling my home for three months now every single day. This is crazy! They love to call whenever we are eating dinner. I am so so sick and tired of getting calls from them. Whenever they call they get cursed at and hung up on. Seems like they would take a hint that we are not interested!

Here's how you stop the calls!

Go to the website: SRBI.COM and then find the email address where you can complain: it's: INFO@SRBI.COM; then, complain! Done~

BTW, they use diff PH #'s from NY and FL.......Good luck

My system, so according to you as so call illiterate spammar has the knowledge to program the computer to call respondents over and over again. Just so the Telephone Interviewer can get yelled at for inturrupting your Lean Cusine and diet coke dinner. Thank you sweetie. Well said. Of course they still can't be bothered to read information given to them freely on the why and how of Telephone Survey calls because complaining and malining people is so much more fun than taking a gdarn Survey. Sigh!

Hey I don't know about S.R.B.I but other Telephone Survey Firms do not sell info. Hate to burst so many bubbles of the hateful, mean, clueless but there it is. Meanwhile I guess that's just one Telephone Interviewing Firm I'm not going to work for.

Obviously, "stop calling", you're either too stupid or too lazy to read any of the other pasts here. If you had, you would have already learned that the DNC list doesn't apply to surveys or research and that your number is either randomly dialed or obtained through someone you have business with - thus making your post immaterial and irrelevant.

That is fine if you have a job to do. The time zones should be considered based on states (I am in Dallas) and the guy said he was doing a medical survey. When I said I didn't have time, that should have been the end of it. I don't care what your protocol is. If I said no don't ask for someone else in the house or when to call me back.

If youre just rude & hangup you WILL get called back. Use logical thinking.

I've received about 5 calls a day from this number. No massage left.After i made my research i realize that it has many complains.

Received multiple calls today from this number.  Woman said she represented the National Guard.   Woman tried to get someone's name and mailing address.   Refused and terminated call but she called back repeatedly.  Told her not to call back anymore.

A student assistant received a call in my department at the University at Buffalo and, unfortunately, gave the caller from 239-415-4400 my name and its correct spelling.  The said that she was from the US Defense Department and wanted to update policies.  I picked up the call and when I questioned her, she then hung up on me.  She did, however, confirm my work address at SUNY Buffalo and name with the student.
