this phone number came up claiming to be doing a survey for the dept. of defense.  They are a scammer

just got a call from this number and was concerned.....they said they where with the department of defense? why would they call me.....i would not answer and questions and they "told me" they would remove my number.....how scary is that?

I have to say that I understand how you feel and agree that the company is very intrusive however know this...It is a job for me and as much as I don't like the idea of you being bothered at home I will continue to work. This puts food in my mouth and money in my pockets. I have another source of income but I need to supplement it by working here. I must admit too that the money earned for just sitting here and letting a computer Randomly Digit Dial (RDD) you is not bad. If you go back and READ and I mean really READ some the other posts made by SRBI employees you will see how easy it is to get taken off out our NON-LIST. Come on people wake up and smell the coffee.

A guy just called from this #-said his name is Ryan and that he was calling from the Dept of Defense to verify our mailing address. He said that they needed to mail out their yearly request for employment procedures or something. He also asked for an email address, but I refused. Very odd.

I set up call blocking on that ridiculous number. Those people need to be fined by the State of Florida.

There is no reason you have to give survey callers correct information. Just answer the questions with random information, particularly personal information. It makes everyone happy, keeps your personal information secure, and ends the annoying calls. One clever person identifies himself as Sgt. Sam Goodwin of the homicide squad of his town's police force. He tells the caller that there has been a murder at the location being called and they suspect it was the person who made harrassing calls to the number called. He then procedes to question the caller about who he is, who he  works for, and why he is calling. He asks for a supervisor's name and phone number so the information can be verified. Answering survey calls can be fun.

You sound like a child.

I get several calls from this number and it comes up as Unknown on Caller ID.

Here are just some more facts:

1)  You work for a scummy company that blames you for things beyond your control....such as I don't want you to call me back EVER.

2)  You work for a scummy company that conscripts you to be an active part of the dial back problem.

3)  You work for a scummy company that not only believes themselves to be psychic but also possesses a narcissistic egocentric belief that everyone who isn't interested enough to hear your whole *answer my questions* pitch is making a value judgment based upon ignorance and we must therefore be harassed into compliance.

4)  Your job is a soul sucking menace both to yourself and those you irritate.

5)  You did get this part right:  PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED AT HOME.  PERIOD.

Conclusion:  You work for a scummy soul sucking company that doesn't care about you OR the people you annoy by *just doing your job*.  Playing the pity card by saying you're just trying to make ends meet is a cop-out in the extreme.  Isn't that what hookers, bookies and dirty cops say right after they're arrested?  I'm disabled and living alone on a VERY tiny, VERY fixed disability check for which COLA raises have been stopped for an extended period....years, in fact.  If anyone understands needing to make extra money to *make ends meet*, I do.  But I would vastly prefer to live without many things most people take for granted than to make the *extra* money I need for basic needs by annoying, irritating and harassing people.  And yes, you harass people....see point 2.  Companies like this thrive because people like you sell out.  There's always another way that doesn't require you to sell your soul.  Karma, baby.  Word.

I received a call from this number.  This company does many phone surveys from Government to asking your views on the economy.  It is a ligit company.  Just do the survey and they will stop calling.

Please don't feed the trolls. They live on your aggravation. They sound reasonable, knowing you get madder Fuqe them. Wanna help? Post what you do to mess with them.. File complaints, just don't talk to them, here or on the phone. In the words of the computer in  the movie War Games, "The only way to win is not to play.'

This very rude woman called my home last night at 9:00. I told her I was not interested in taking a survey at that time of night.  She said "you don't even know that the survey is about"  Very, very rude.

This number JUST called my home now and while the caller id gave the number, it DID NOT give the name of SRBI.  Instead, it gave a "0", then the number.  They also did not leave a message.  If it IS SRBI, according to their website, they are some type of research agency.  Now this is what confuses me, because I am starting my PhD on Monday and I'm learning all about research, dissertations, etc.  How would they have gotten my number...unless from my school?  If they continue to call, I will put them on my BLOCK list with my local cable company.

Got a call from this number this evening  ABT SRBI. What the fools at ABT SRBI don't realize is that I  pay for my phone service. Phone service for my  use and convenience. Not theirs. This company is invading my privacy. My  phone number is not for some telemarketer/company to call and call and call. I am sure that the Florida Health Dept. requires doctors to report certain illnesses to them. So why are they invading their citizens privacy? I wouldn't tell some stranger on the phone anything about me let alone my health. When you call IRS or use their web site there is an option to take a survey. Us hardworking taxpayers do not need or want our privacy invaded by some telemarketer. This is harassment. We all should contact the Attorney General for our state, and anyone else we can think of to complain to. Perhaps we should copy this website, especialy where the telemarketer says something like-YOU MIGHT AS WELL ANSWER THE QUESTIONS....OR WE ARE JUST GOING TO KEEP CALLING. IF YOU ANSWER THE PHONE AND TALK, WE WON'T CALL YOU BACK IN THE SAME DAY. IF YOU LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE PICK UP WE WILL CALL ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG. I take this as a threat and harassment. Shame on them. When I get telemarkting/survey calls at my business, I start by telling them, Thank you for calling my store. Since you have called my store I am sure that you want to do business with me. The answer is usually"yes!" to their surprise, I drone on about one special after another, asking them how many of each item would they like, I don't stop talking, if the telemarketer tries to talk, I talk over them. I have great fun......you should too. They usually hang up and don't call back.
Complain, complain complain. Write and call and call and call your, local, state and federal representatives. If all of us call the representatives everytime we get one of these privacy invading, harassing calls perhaps the government will figure out a way to get this B.S. to stop!
Remember it is your phone your phone service, that you pay for. You don't have to answer any questions to anyone. This is scum calling you. This is not a court of law and they are not a Judge compelling you to answer questions. If it were a court of law you could stand on the 5th ammendment..  Thanks for reading, I.ll get off my soap box here!

I keep getting these calls from number 239-415-4400 abt S
I don’t answer these calls but I was out an my disabled brother did and it was a survery about
my neighborhood. Thought this was very strange and when I tried to call it back no answer
twice.  I don’t know what my brother told him due the fact he has dementia and doesn’t remember what was all said.  I am on the do not call list and this pisses me off.

They call incessantly every single day.  I answer the phone and noone replies.  I am tired of this ART SRBI calling me, and I want it stopped.

Received a call from 239-415-4400, caller ID says ABT SRBI ---I don't answer unknown callers, and they did not leave a message!  Very annoying!
