This number called me and said to press 1 for a lower intrest rate on my credit card, I don't have any credit cards.  I pressed 1 and when a woman answered she asked if I pressed 1 for a lower intrest rate, I said yes and asked which credit card they were calling about, she then hung up on me.

They've been calling me from this number every day. The robo-voice says that you can opt out from further call by pressing 2. I did it twice, but they keep calling.

So, finally I chose option 1 to call an operator and when an operator came online with me I started talking about how his company keeps calling me every day and I don't want to receive any more call. He started with a barrage of attacks on me how I have no idea what I am talking about and what company I am talking talking about and how I should get my fact straights before making accusations or there will be consequences, etc. I mean the guy just would not let me say a single word! So, I finally I lost my temper and yelled at him to shut the f*ck up! and then hung up on him.

Same deal as everyone else. Call about lowering interest rates. press one. press two to remove number. I pressed two and still have received repeated calls. 3 with in the last 24 hours.

This number called many times in the past two weeks. And it always calls at noon that wakes up my baby from the nap. It is really bothersome!!!

Received several calls from this number, I tried to find out more with no luck.
I attempted to call the number back and message came up saying... to you want to remove # or add #. Very strange, did not pick either one as it seems too strange and didn't want to get a ridiculous bill later.

They have called multiple times. I have always pressed 2 to no longer receive there services. And always the next day they have called again. Today I pressed 1 and the butt head hung up on me. I have reported this number to the National Do Not Call Registry.
I recommend everyone report there stupid butts, if you are on the Registry. If enough people report the harassment, then the government will take action. Not before.  

Also if you call them back, you get a message from a middle eastern sounding lady who repeats your number and asks if you would like to be removed. Lets see if that works at all.

No speaking and hang up calls. If you call them back, three or four times, they will block your calls. Hopefully, this stops the calls. Will see...

They call me on a daily basis and want to lower my credit card rates. When I tell them do not call they hang up. This is out od control.

I've been receiving daily phone calls from this number since July 2nd.  No message, no one on the other end, nothing.  I am also on Do Not Call list.  I filed a complaint w/the National Do Not Call Registry.  They won't do any legal action unless enough people complain, so I would recommend going to the site and complaining.

I just spoke to the attorney general in ohio.  This company is out of Canada and is trying to obtain personal information to steal identies.  It is the same company that was highlighted on 60 minutes or dateline concering car warranties.Currently the FBI is trying ot find them but there is not much that can happen because the Canadian government is "too busy".  I have received 3 numbers: 804-234-9010, 301-882-9986, 305-000-3525.  I have 2 reports in with the FCC and 1 in with the FTC.  Cancelling your credit card will not do anything, and they are getting your number from a machine just randomly choosing numbers until a live person answers.

Called the number - 301-882-9986 - back and did the auto removal, twice - but the still call.

despite being on 'no call' list, caller repeatedly calls this number offering lower interest rate on existing card even tho option to "discontinue these notices" has been selected repeatedly

I get a call from this number as much as 4 times a day.  Always a recorded voice saying that I'm pre-approved for a lower rate

asked if I wanted to reduce my credit card interest..pressed 2 to take my number off their phone bank , but they called again..I would never reduce my credit interest with someone whom is calling me...I dont know who would, so it seems pretty pointless for them to keep calling.. I guess they are getting someone info, they keep trying

Someone called me from this number and I missed the call. I called the number back and I received a machine telling me what number I was calling from. It also asked me if I wanted to be removed from their call list. I pushed #1 and it removed my number ..... until the next time they call.

I called 301-882-9986 back and after it verified my number, it said my number will be removed.  We'll see if that works or not!

They told me they were with CardMember Services, I asked so many questions she was very annoyed. She told me they work on behalf of my cards to get a reduced fixed rate... then she wanted me my credit card information.  Be very careful!  I told her no and she hung up on me!
