- WellsThese people call me once to twice daily. I want them removed from further calling or I will call the Attorney General on them. Thank you.
- SandyI got called from them today. I kept asking who they were. They guy wanted my phone number. I just kept asking who he was. He hung up on me. Sounds suspicious to me
- TedI have received the same calls to reduce my credit card interest rates. Told them I am on the "Do Not Call" list but they continue to call daily, even after promising to remove my phone number from their list. I just submitted a complaint on line to the FCC reporting my concerns.
- Caller: New Markets, Maryland
- a.g.s.Does anyone know how to find out who these pest are? When I call back, which I've done twice, I get a recorded message that says if I want my # removed, press 1, if I want to enter a # press 2. I've pressed 1 and I'm still receiving calls. I tried as several have to speak with someone and they hang up. Any ideas and who do we complain to about this?
- Caller: wish I knew!!

- KateI get calls from this # 3 times a day.. every day.. for the past month at least. Sometimes it says Maryland call and other times it says Sales Dept. Always the same recording talking abour lowering my interest rate. I have tried everything. Most of the time they hang up on me.. I have found out they want your CC info and personal info. Today I had a reude man on the phone. When I asked him to remove us he ask me why he would want to do that.. He then asked my age.. I had him on speaker and my husband said something to him him and he said to me -- "Tell your husband to F$CK off when I am talking to you" Then hung up... I have filed complaints everyday with the FCC and the donotcall site. The phone company will only block the #if I pay a monthly fee. It sucks.. I want these calls to stop!!!
- ***I have compained to the attorney general in writing repeatedly - and where I live they clam they are "tough" and prosecute do not call offenders. I filed another complaint after the daily call regarding "Stacy's" urgent need to speak with me this afternoon.
- Caller: "Account Holder Services"

ps. they purposely slur 'name of company' so you dont know whos calling. they are obvious predators. i'm goin after em.- Caller: they mumble so you cant understand
- lisa aI keep getting called by these people too. When I am connected to a live person and request to be taken off their list, I get hung up on or "transferred" to nothingness! Does anyone have any ideas how to stop this or who to report them to?
- UdrigaSame scam about the credit card, interest rate is only good today until midnight or some such nonsense. It is NOT the credit card issuer, it is a 3rd party. I now keep a whistle handy for when these telemarketers call me. In this case I press the 1 and when someone answers they get a blast in the ear. I have repeatedly filed a complaint about this number on the do not call registry.
- Caller: NONE
- RonThis is not my first call from these folks, they always state they could reduce my credit card rate. When I pressed option 1 to be connected to a represenative(to be removed)I was asked if I had more than $3,000 in credit card debt, with out further conversation I asked her to remove my name as I was listed on the do not call list----She hung up!
- Caller: None Listed- Caller ID -Maryland Call
- JeremyI just received a call from 301-882-9986 which showed up as "CALL CENTER, MD" on my phone. For some stupid reason I decided to answer. And then even more stupid I pressed "1" so that I could see about "lower my interest rate on my existing account". So I end up talking to some lady and she wants to help me lower my interest rate and blah blah blah... then she says, "I just need the 16 digit number on your credit card". I told her I wasn't comfortable with giving my card number out. She said oh it's ok we do this for everyone for all kinds of credit cards visa, master, amex, discover it's ok you are protected under fraud protection stuff. So then the stupidest thing I did was give her my number, but instead of giving her my Visa CREDIT card number, I gave her my Visa DEBIT card number. Also, before I gave her my debit card number she asked me which bank I go through and wanted to know their 800 customer service number. After I stupidly gave her my debit card number she put me on hold for several minutes... I started getting a sinking feeling like maybe my account was being drained. When she came back on the line she was confused and said that my bank needed to know my customer number. At this point I wasn't about to give out any more numbers so I said I didn't know. She then asked me what the 3 digit number on the back of my card was. Feeling very suspicious I started to ask her questions about her company and why I was being called and she said, "hold on just a minute". I then got a new lady that identified herself as one of 4 supervisors at the call center. She continually tried to reassure me and said the only way they could help me is if I give them the 3 digit number on the back of my card. I asked her If I could have some time to think about it and call back and she said, "no there is no customer service number for us, you were transfered to us. I said I was feeling to much pressure and didn't want to go through with anything else. She said, "ok have a nice day, bye". I then proceeded to call my bank to check and see if any activity was showing up on my card. This is when I realized that I had given them my debit card number instead of my credit card number. I told the story to my bank's customer service agent snd she suggested that I just cancel my debit card to be safe, so I did. I don't know if the card was used because it takes a couple of days for transactions to show up. I will definitely add another posting to this site if I discover that my card was fraudulently used. What a waste of time - I can be a real idiot sometimes. I'm never answering a call from a number a don't know again.
- Caller: Consumer Services
- JimsAME COMPLAINT AS EVERYONE ELSE.
Very rude when you confront them about calling my home. I'm on the no call list. - Laura GraceGOOD NEWS! (maybe)
http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
just made a complaint to the FCC. I encourage you all to do so. I ignored these calls for a while, but they just kept coming. I've also told them to put me on Do Not Call at least 4 times, and they hang up each time.
Don't get mad, get even! - NeilGot a call from this number a few minutes ago, caller ID says "unknown name". Same spammer hook;
Stacy at "accountholder services", press 1 to speak with a live operator or 3 to be added to their do not call list. I let it go to voicemail.- Caller: "accountholder services"
- Igor VaynbergThese people call every day. Seems like a machine. My phone 3 is on no call list
- ChrisI get these calls 3 or 4 times a day. Sometimes the caller ID says Maryland Call, sometimes Sales Dept, sometimes unknown etc....
I've picked up a couple times and presssed one. The first time I got a guy who asked me if I was holding to lower my interest rate and I asked him what credit card he was calling about. He said they work with all credit cards and asked for my number. I said I don't give that information out over the phone and he said "[***] off" and hung up.
Second time I pressed one and got a lady who asked my name and I said who is this? and she replied "please hold" and hung up.
This is getting really annoying! - Jeanne RamseyThese callers have been told repeatedly that the person they are asking for doesn't live at my address...they hang up on me...today, I specifically asked to be removed from their call list and they hung up on me again!!!!!
