Just received the third call in two days from this number. All identified as Maryland Call on my caller ID.
First call a recorded message said to Press 1 to speak with an agent if I wanted to lower my credit card interest.  Pressed 1 and the person asked if I wanted to reduce my interest rate. Said yes.  Her second question was "Do you have over $4,000 in credit card debt?"  She hung up.
Second call was the same except the person asked who she was speaking to.  I asked her, who I was speaking to.  She gave me some name and then I asked the name of the company she was representing.  She said it was "Consumer Services".  I asked what that meant and could find them with an Internet search?  She was vague and said with all the Banks raising credit card interest rates they were trying to help consumers.  Asked how much that would cost.  She replied there was no up front fee.  Told her I didn't ask that, I asked the cost.  She gave me some crud about it would be paid for by the credit card issuers or the bank.  Told her to put me on the list not to call again.  
Five minutes ago I got another call from this number.  Told the woman they were not supposed to keep bothering me and she abruptly hung up.  Someone really needs to do an investigation of this very soon.

States they are consumer accounts services and wants to reduce your credit card rate.

Great, I gave them some information and now I am really worried.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I answered and the recorded message said they could help lower the rates of my credit card.  I pressed "1" when prompted to speak to a saleman.  I told him I was not interested in their service and want them to remove my number from their calling list.  He hung up on me!   So, I called the phone number back and got an automated response that read back my phone number and said it would be removed if I hit option "1".  I did and the automated voice said my number had been "removed". I hope so but with being hung up on and the call starting off about "my current credit card rates" (implying had the info. and represented the credit card company) I am not sure.  Their practices are deceptive and unprofessional, a bad combo.  I then filed a complaint with the DO Not Call registry.

Call came in at 4:18...I have no business with this company.  There is no reason for them to call me.

I received this call 2 times today and am concerned that it was a pay call.  I would like to know why they were calling.  I am on a no call list and when I pick up the phone no one is there.

I believe by the voice it is from India?

The name on the caller ID said "Maryland".  For some reason, they started calling a few days ago and continue on a daily basis. I have not answered..  and will not.  Pesty telemarketers!

Go to the "do not call" website and click on the complaint tab on the left and file a complaint if you're in the registry, if not, register. Area code is in Maryland.

Same recorded message, same telephone number, same repetition. My telephone number is on the Do Not Call Registry and I have registered several complaints but without any results as far as I can tell.  The Do Not Call site points out that the FCC is fundamentally not interested in problems, but that law enforcement agencies may be.  This does not suggest to me that anybody is actually interested in enforcing the "do not call" regulations.  I would like to see this company fined heavily and put out of business.

got a call on my cell from this number - did not answer - they left a voicemail, but there was nothing in it.

We have been getting calls from this number for weeks.  We have caller ID so most of the time we don't answer.  Today we did answer and got a "speal" about interest rates etc. etc.  Asked to speak to a supervisor, got some jerk who told us to stop calling HIS number!!  He then started using vulgar, profane language, called my wife (I was on an extension)ever vulgar name in the book.  I told him we did not want any more calls from him or his company.  He then started cursing me!!! I gave him a one word description of what I thought about him, and hung up!!

got his call yesterday, picked up and it was a recording. they wanted me to call concerning my credit card debt.....what debt?I don't have any!?!

I would suggest everyone start calling them and filing complaints. I just did and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and told me that he would contact the company that they have leased the number too and request that they stop contacting me.

just got the same call a few days ago.  Used this easy form http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm to report it to FCC.

Got an automated message about lowering my credit rate but they didn't say who they were. The message said that this was a "last chance" offer and they'd not be calling back. However, this is the 2nd "last chance" call I've gotten from them. They're not one of my credit card companies.

This number called twice today. The first time I pressed 1 to take me off the list. Within 15 min another call came in.

I have also been getting these calls for weeks.  Today, I've gotten 2 before 1:00 p.m.  When I spoke to a rep (1st call) I told her that option #2 wasn't working because I've requested to be removed from the list countless times.  She got VERY snotty and told me "Get a new phone.  Your buttons must not work."  I told her to remove me from the list and hung up.

I get these calls all day every day.  I followed the prompt to ask to be removed from their list and spoke to a person. When I told him to remove me, he said you really want to hear what I have to say.  I asked if he knew who holds my cards and he said it didn't matter.  I told him I was on the do not call list and wanted him to remove me from his dialer.  He actually told me "get off my phone, woman.  Go change some diapers."  I have discovered the number is a land line in New Market, MD.  I have called the Maryland Attorney General with no luck.  I have called the New Market city offices and got a recording.  I am contacting an attorney.

Calls frequently and never says anything on the voicemail. I have never answered the call but when I call back a recording comes on asking if I want to remove the number from their call list press 1 to use the number I am calling form or 2 to enter another number.
