SCAM just hang up on this clown

Just got a call from this number. Answered the phone and after a few seconds they hung up.

I have had 6 calls from this number today at my office....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..And no one even speaks!

I have been recieving calls on my cell phone for several days.  They never leave any message and when I answer they just hang up.

Same caller called us caller ID stated Bryan Russell but he called himself Mr. Ron Williams from Yellow pages. Asking if we would like to cancel our yellow pages subscription with them and agree to an outstanding bill that I have with them for $599.99.I told him i am not authorized to make decisions on behalf of my employer he stated he had spoke with her and that I just need to write down the cancellation number and agree to an outstanding bill. I asked for the cancellation number in which he connected me to another young lady who I told that I am not authorized to make decisions on this account and that they would have to speak with my boss. They gave me a customer service number 866-612-8434 and hung up. Ron Williams called me back ten minutes later to state that the company is about to re new my subscription if I do not accept bill now I told him he would need to speak to my boss and he hung up

Got a call from Shenel (Indian accent female with the caller ID showing Bryan Russell 305-434-7047) stating her job ID# is 5067 and she is confirming the cancellation of my account with yellow pages that I have had for the last 2 years.  Before she could give me the confirmation number, the phone was disconnected.  When I called the number back, the first time it was busy the second time there was no ring tone at all.  Glad I googled the number and found this website.

Dont waste your time calling the telephone co. about it. All you will get is some rude nasty hung over gal that couldnt care less. If any thing will give you a # to call that just ends up telling you there is no such number as 305 434 7047. Is there any one that can do there job wright any more????

I received a call like this as well today from 305-434-7047 "Bryan Russell" / a man with a very THICK accent - saying that he was the cancellation dept at Yellow Pages Online. At 1st, I was fine accepting a cancellation # but then there were other Yes or No questions coming very quickly.

This was when I started asking questions to them .. & the man became rude.

It was obviously a scam, as soon as I requested a call back # to provide to my supervisor - they hung up.
I also tried to report them to  http://www.offixsolutions.com but they do not get involved with this kind of thing.

I just got 3 calls from this number saying that they are the online yellow pages, and spoke to my boss, and they asked to speak with me saying that he authorized me to cancel the yellow pages account and send us a bill of $599. They put me on hold, then I hung up on them, called my boss and he didn't authorize any of this. The indian lady (SHAWNA) said that she spoke with the doctor 2 months ago, and the account will be closed tonight. If we didn't authorize to close it the bill will be $1200. I told the lady that she is full of crap, this is a scam, and I wouldn't have any part of it. LAME!

Had numerous calls from this number stating I needed to cancel my account or I would get billed $1800.  Told them I had never had an account with them and if they attempted to bill me, I would contact my lawyer.  Said I needed a cancellation number from them.  I kept asking them what my cancellation numbers was but they said they'd had to transfer me to someone who could get it for me.  Once transferred, when I continued to reiterated that I had no account and no outstanding bill with them, they hung up on me.  When they attempted twice again to call, I told they were now harassing me and that I was reporting them to donotcall.gov.  Did not give them a chance to respond.

Got a call from this number 3 different times on 2 different days--clearly a scam--a total waste and so obnoxious!

Liar says we requested to cancel our yellow pages advt, we never had any paid advt or never requested. He is a crook. . .report him to.

We do not have any employee called Bryan Russell. We are not the Yellow Pages. We do not call people. The telephone number 305-434-7047 does not belong to us. They are scamming people. Offix Solutions is not related to these scammers.

Same call today, Calling from yellow pages and is going to charge us $800 if we don't agree to some contract. We said no and hung up....he called back immediately and I proceeded to tell him that he has none of our banking information and to Fax me this alleged agreement.....which he refused. He yelled a little bit and hung up.

This guy called me today at my office. Indian accent. When he asked if he could give me a cancellation number. I said, "we don't have any ads in the yellow pages" and he said "well then you can get lost!" Then he hung up.

Same thing here.  Indian sounding male (hard to understand) called the office and spoke with receptionist, Ann.   When she identified herself by her first name, he already knew her last name!    She refused to take a cancellation number and gave him my cell.   He called me, and I knew immediately that this was awfully strange.    I did not agree to anything he said and asked that he send anything important to me in writing so I could review it.   He hung up shortly...

I've read these other comments...so what if the scammer claims you owe money?   Just don't give him your credit card.   Not sure what the risk is.

Anyhow, since this has obviously been going on for months, you'd have thought someone would have shut him down by now.

"Bryan Russell", caller I.D. #305-434-7047...calls almost every day....says nothing.  When I lift the receiver now...I just hang it right back up.  Thinking my number is being computer dialed.  To combat this, someone told me to try repeatedly pushing the ######## sign on my keypad...supposedly knocks the caller off of their automated system...so...# # # # #  is what I'll do next time.

A woman with an Indian accent said all the same things: we cancelled our contract, overdue bill for 599.99, they will send the documents in the mail in 7-10 business days, etc.....They even gave me a cancellation number!

Received two calls from 305.434.7047.  Each time I answered they hung up on me.  Name on the caller ID was Brian Russell.  I became suspicious and tried to call the number back.  No ring, just a busy signal.  Then I decided to reverse look up and I'm glad I did.  Will not call the number back.  Hope you catch these criminals.
