we get 4 to 5 calls a day and they call on several of our phone lines at the same time,. Please have them remove us from their phone list.

Constant hang ups since 02/01/13. I barely begin to speak when caller is gone.  No one speaks.  This is my place of business and hung ups are rare.  On 02/05/13 every two hours the name "Bryan Russell" 305-434-7047 would call.  I wish for this to stop.  How do I block a caller from a work phone?

This just happen in our office twice this morning. I've sense looked up the number, found that it was a Miami, FL number, reported it to their local police department, and reported it to the yellow pages. I sugest anyone that gets this to call the Yellow Pages and report it to them as their name is being used and they'd have the most cause to attempt to get to the bottom of this. Especially sense its been going on for well over 3 months now!

Our business got 2 calls on 2 diffrent lines from Bryan Russell at the same time. I answered 1 and my co-worker answered the other and noone was there. We are a business and we do not have time for this nonsense crap tying up our phone lines. How do you stop them from calling? We also get calls from some "Energy Saving" place and we have been asking for over 3 years to be removed, been transferred and given diffrent numbers to call with no luck of being removed. Telephone Solicitors (spelling) are getting pretty vicious now days. What can be done? We try and have a good time at thier expense, such as the "toner supplier" people needing our copy machines model #, we say it is a Sony and the # is f-*-* and by this time they are cussing us and hanging up. Sometimes they call back and cuss us more. Think I am gonna scream the next time "Bryan Russell" calls.

Guy with an Indian accent calls and tells me my boss said to cancel our listing with Yellow Pages which seems weird to me because why would we cancel something like that. So I tell him he has to call back to talk to my boss later because I have no idea about this but he is very instant that we do this now and that I will get a $500 bill in the mail for this and if I don't cancel now I will get a $1200 bill later. So I asked my boss about the guy but he had no idea so I tell the guy we aren't interested in doing this but he insists so I hang up the phone. The idiot calls back and asks me why I hung up and I told him to leave us alone so then he hung up on me. What kind of [***] calls back only to hang up on someone? Obviously a scam

We received a call at one of our business locations today....same gig..."your boss (and they named him by first and last name) called to cancel your online yellow pages ad and we need to give you a cancellation number".  Thankfully our store manager knew that all of these types of transactions are handled by our business office and referred them to me.  But...the caller, Kevin Brown still insisted on providing a cancellation number so our boss would avoid a $500.00 early cancellation charge.  Our store manager was firm with her referral to me the caller finally hung up.  This is a scam....do not fall for it.  Caller ID shows the number 305-434-7047/Bryan Russell.

This number and similar ones with the same area code has called my Office 5 times today!  And they call at least 2 times a day.  There is either no one on the other end or it's a recorded message that wont take me to a real person or I've had several saying "we're calling to update your free google listing"  This is harassment!

I Just called Office Solutions to complain re: #3054347047 and this Bryan Russell calling my office 20-30 times a day, and harassing my employees and myself. They informed me that these people obtained the number from their company many years ago and Bryan Russell & 305 434-7047 are no longer a client of theirs, but they do have a claim against them and are trying to find out where the source is coming from. Just thought I would let everyone know this information.

I'm a Practice Administrator for an optometric practice in Oregon. We have four locations. This [***] used my name to ask for my front desk people by full name (they were obviously looking at our website to know who to ask for)... once they got said person on the phone they let them know that I authorized the cancellation and he was just calling to give them the confirmation number...

Now I'm stuck! The phone number he called from just rings busy... and I have a list of four cancellation numbers. Can't wait to get the bogus bills on this one!

Just got a call from an Indian man stating that he was calling from the Yellow Pages regarding a cancellation request that my boss had submitted.  I knew this was a scam because the Dr. I work for never deals with these types of things directly, he'd have me or the office manager handle it.  But when he mentioned the $587 bill for services I knew something was up.  I questioned the bill and he said not to worry about it because it was for previous years and he was just calling so I would take down a confirmation number.  I kept questioning him and said I was 'Just a little confused about what he was calling about" and he was very rude and said 'what is there to be confused about? just take down the number.  if you have questions I can answer them, I'm the manager.'  Meanwhile I can hear lots of other noise in the background, like he's working in a call center.  Something about the way he was speaking just didnt jive with me.  I told him he'd have to call me back another time so I can talk to the Dr. about it.  He told me this was the 'final call before they send the bill for $562 [not the same amount he said previously].  And I hung up on him.  He hasnt called back yet, but I'm alerting all the people I work with about this!!!!

Just received three calls from this number on 02.25.13 from Bryan Russell.  No one ever says anything and they just hang up.  Wondering if this person's number has been cloned for a scam.

We've received about 4 calls from this number since Friday 2/23.  It shows up as Bryan Russell.
They've all been call/ "click" /hangups.  We thought it was a utility worker testing the line (they're installing fiber across the street), but it's not.

They called twice, and hung up both times I answered. Annoying nuisance.
I'm on the Govt. do not call list.

They are scam callers. They are using a Miami Fla Company, that provides services as a Virtural Office.

The Company is located at : 7950 NW 53rd St. Suite 337, Miami Fla. 33166.This business contact phone is 1-877-809-4888. They are not the Indian Thiefs that are calling, but this Company provides the Phone and dialer services for them.

They are polite when you call then and can voiv=ce a complaint, but they provide services for Companies in other Countries. On their Web site under contact numbers, they have a list of contact numbers for foregin business to call, purchas and use their services.

I sent the recording to the Fla. Dist Atty office in Mami, hope it helps, but dubt it though.

Same thing here. However I was on the other line when they called. I hope they do call me again, I love giving people like that as many "colorful" words as possible. You wouldn't believe how upset they get when you tell them how good their mom was last night. Have fun with them. It's their dime.

Pretty much re-iterate what everyone else said about the call.  I asked him to send me the signed agreement showing that I purchased this advertisment.  He said that he would send it when I agreed to receive the invoice.  He told me that today was my last chance and if I didn't ask to receive the invoice that it would automatically re-new for another year.  I put him on hold and he hung up.

SCAM
A lady called and had a thick accent. I figured it was another renewal of a free subcription magazine we get, so I listened.  She was pretty good at keep me on the phone before I realized it was probably a scam.  Im angry b/c I did give her my name too..just great.  I rasied my voice several times and she kept on yapping. I did not say yes to anything and I eventually asked for her name and number which she did not give up and tried to pass me through for my "confirmation number" and then when I read it back the name/number from our caller ID she said ok thank you for your time Ms.... and hung up.  I wish I would have found this thread earlier I wouldn have not wasted my precious time!! I hate thieves!

Got a call from this number today came up "Bryan Russell" told my from desk girl to keep her answers short, she needed to approve a cancellation for the localyp.com or there would be a huge increase in the renewal price that automaticly renews tommorow ($500 to $1200).  He told our front desk girl that our office manager told them that she gave them permission to have her approve the charge and all she had to do is say yes to the charge.

Got the call today at work 3/05/13.  No voice just a hang up.  I am assuming he will call back.  I told the other folks in the office that when the number comes up (305) 434-7047 IT'S MINE!
