Thanks y'all for your input. Have been getting multiple no-one-there calls from this number and suspected it might be a scam. Now I know. Long live the internet!

I would love to obtain a real phone number that goes right to these fools office, that way I could destroy their entire network system and any computer attached to it. My house phone has  a ridiculous amount of calls and we don't even have a business! I want either a physical location where he is at, an IP address on a computer, or a just a phone #. I want to ruin this moron ;) Every time he asks for money, I tell him a ridiculous story about me banging pun-tang in the war  during Vietnam (I pretend to be an old delerious man). Any info you discover would be appreciated.

Caller id'ed himself as Jay Wilson and wanted to see if we would renew our "local yellow pages listing." I told him that I never authorized it so yes I wanted to cancel. He said that I owed $500 for the 2 year listing that I had authorized. He apparently will be sending the signed paperwork showing my signature so we'd have to pay the bill. I know that I never authorized anythings - for one he was using our previous name - we changed our name 10 years ago! I told him 1. I would not authorize an ad for our old name 8 years after it changed and 2. that I do not ever approve it. Same thing happened he then forwarded me to the authorization people and I was hung up on 3 times (after which Jay would call back each time!). I think they were wanting to break me and I'd say that I would pay but I held strong. I was apparently hung up on because I didn't answer yes to all of the authorization operator's questions. Whoever they really are they are terrible people!!

Same thing happened to me. But no one ever says anything!!!!! I tried to call back but nothing. Nothing from nothing leaves nothing. Thanks for the heads up

Received call yesterday and this morning. Same phone number and Bryan Russell I.D.
Neither day did anyone respond when I answered. Don't bother tryig to dial the number (305-434-7047)
back. It goes to a call did not complete message.

This man keeps calling my business and when I answer he keeps hanging up. Spoke to the owner and tols him his yellow pages ad had expired. we do not advertise with yellow pages and when you dial back to this number all it does is ring.

Just got a call  from Bryan Russell. Same story as the others. I had a hard time understanding him as he had a heavy accent but he said we requested our yellow page ad online cancelled and started to tell me we would get a $500 refund. When I questionned him further about this, he hung up.

Just got the call, so i asked them to show me the ad on website, she hung up. how can we get this guys?

Called to confirm we're cancelling local business yellow pages.  In reality it was yellowpages.com or localbusinessyp.com.  $599.99 for services provided from a contract we supposedly signed in 2010.  Who the hell provides a service for three years and not invoice the business?  $800 for cancellation or some crap like that.  I asked for a copy of the contract to be sent, and they asked what our fax # was...or email.  Margaret stated she can't send it unless we have a cancellation #, where she transferred us to "quality control."  I asked how I can know what I'm cancelling if I don't have the contract in front of me.  Transferred me to "QC" and spoke to TJ.  Got hung up on.  Marg called back and transferred me to Mark.  He seemed irritated when I was asking simple questions. (Can I have my cancellation #, so that I can see this contract)  Asked me a series of dumb questions, which begged the answer "yes" to many of them.  He then ended up hanging up on me as well when I asked for the cancellation # again.  I could go into much further detail about the series of calls we received, but I'm sure y'all know what's up.  Oh if I knew who these MF's were, and where they lived..

I received a call from 305-434-7047. Just to add more information. No one responded ,when I pick up the phone. I tried to return the call. Only to find out that it would not ring back.

Scumbag scammers.  Tried to claim that my business partner had agreed to remove our listing from the yellow pages due to a fee increase of $600.  I thought it was strange at first how he kept asking me to spell out my name so I asked him what relevance it had to me if it was him cancelling then they would have to speak with him because he had never mentioned it to me so I was certain it was a BS call anyway.  Then he kept trying to send me over to the cancellation department and told me just say yes to whatever the questions were(wanted simple answers they could edit and use against us later I'm sure). I told him that I could not do that because I cannot speak on behalf of someone else especially when I am not aware of the situation.  He then persisted in trying to get me to agree to talk to the cancellation department and my response was "are you hard of hearing or just having a difficult time understanding me"?  Then I got the dial tone.  Hopefully these asshats will not be calling me back.

I've never talked to them as they call my number and there is only dead silence on the line so I assumed it was a robo call and I hung up before the call was connected.  When I call back the number is busy so guess they're harrassing someone else. If they persist I'll report them to the state attorney general's office.

Got the same run around.  I was transferred to another department to confirm the account closure and balance.  I refused to agree to cancellation and insisted upon a call back #.  I recvd a # for customer svc of 800-970-3483.  I immediately called back to tell them to remove my # from calling list as all billing should be sent through postal service/no need for phone calls.  Suddenly they couldn't find an account.  When I told them I didn't simply dial this number and hope for someone to pick up (Gee how did I get this #???!!!), I reiterated that I wanted them to remove my number from their calling list.  They told me the next time "someone" calls regarding my account I can tell that person to remove my #.   WHAT?!?!  SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Got the same call today.  Dentzel Martin is what he said his name was.  Having been scammed prior I know better to say yes to anything.  I told him to take me off his list and he laughed and said I would be receiving this bill in my name now.  Knew all our employees  names and that scared me a little.  Loosers!!!!

This is the first time the the office manager received a call From Bryan Russell @ 305-434-7047.  Mr Russell stated our yellow pages services has been cancel.  He was incorrect. He continues to say he will be sending a bill of $1200.00, but can reactivate services for $500.00 Office Manager did not agree to anything and refuse to give him information.  Bryan Russell gave up and hung up.  LOL IDIOT...

Scam, scam scam

Started getting calls 03/22/13 every 3 hours on our business cell phones.  Nobody is there when answered, called the number back and nothing happens.  The number is supposedly from Tavernier, FL.
