Received a 2 calls from this 312 640-3944.  No message no answer when I called back.  I have however purchased an iten from Sears in May.

I just had my weedeater serviced by Sears and then got a few calls from this number, so I imagine it is the same company that called the previous posters here.

2 calls within 2 days. No one on line. No way to return call as all I get is busy system

I just bought LG appliances. My appliances were delivered today and I got a phone call from this number and its only to make sure everything was ok and delivered.

Please quit calling any 806 area code number. You're pissing me off!!

Home Depot Appliance - Customer Service Warehousers - bah

It's a company called Telesight in Chicago. They have an 800# at 1-800-608-3651 and a website at telesight.com.

Gotten half a dozen or more calls over the past couple days - from the 312 number originally posted, with no message left on voice mail.

Finally got fed up, Googled the company, got the 800# from their website, and called it. Told them I was annoyed, and they put me on their Do Not Call list.

Their website says they're a Customer Satisfaction/Feedback Research company... Kind of stragne they like to annoy people by not leaving a message...

Someone above mentioned they do followup for various companies including Home Depot... Here's the irony... A few days ago we kept getting repeated messages from Home Depot's Delivery Service telling us our Home Delivery was Confirmed and what time to expect it. But WE NEVER MADE THE PURCHASE! Finally I traced it down... turned out to be General Electric (which handles deliveries for Home Depot) and found out the original customer had given them the wrong phone number! (ours).

Had my tractor serviced by Sears on Saturday.  Starting getting calls from this number on Sunday.  I filled out the online survey on Sunday evening and I still got two calls today (Monday).  Geesh!

I brought a frig from Sears so I guess my question is answered.  Thanks everyone!!

Yep, I keep iggin' their phone calls - ordered an A/C system from them, I admit they did a good job - but I was pissed I had to wait a weeeeeeeeeeeeeek before installation - we had no A/C at 90 degree weather (in FL) for a week. I wanted to die.

Why are you calling my home after hours? And why are you not leaving a message, not sure who you are, but do not appreciate it

just received a call from this number..I recently had Sears home improvement company come to give estimate for home improvement. Then I received an email to complete an online survey...after I submitted that ...I received this call. But I did not answer the call and they dd not leave any message on my voice mail. I also recently had Sears come to service my ac, so perhaps this call was associated with that.
