I have neither made an appliance/tool purchase nor had anything repaired by Sears.  Why these people are driving me nuts, I don't know!  I tried to call the number back to tell them to go away and leave me alone, and all I get is busy signal.  Some great country we live in.  So much for the right to privacy!

very well may be a checkup on service provide to our LG suite of products.

We have had 17 or so service calls. Received our money back on a double door  bottom freezer re-fridge, and for the most part , know everyone by name.

The service people could not be more professional , honest, and capable , and boy are they busy. LG purchased in HOME DEPOT is pure garbage. HD made their money so I really do not know if they care about their customers.

Our products:

Dishwasher  3 motors - 2 door hinge assemble units. 4+ service calls
bottom freezer re-fridge  Was not working for an entire two months  5+ service calls  
Stove  / oven  Horrible service as it pitts with the heat of the burners , knobs melted because the oven leaks,   4+ service calls

The microwave 5 doors, 10+ service call.


LG =  Lousy Goods   Stay Away

Samsung has them beat by far and after less than two years , we are replacing all our LG products with Samsung

When try to return call... no one picks it up... ghost number?

I get continued calls from this number on my cell.  I answered once and they say it's a pharmacy and my prescription is ready.  I tell them that I never ordered a prescription and to please stop calling...they continue.

Yes, I just bought a LG fridge from Home Depot,and when the delivery man left he said an independent party would be calling me to rate his service!Thats it!He said give him a 5* rating!They call,but never wait for you to answer!

Thanks to John above, I called the 800 number he listed, and it was indeed Telesight.  I bought an appliance from Home Depot last week. I told them to add me to the Do Not Call List.

Yes, what others have said makes sense: I just had a refrigerator delivery from Home Depot, so it was probably related to that.

That is exactly whatt it must be and is very annoying to keep getting a call from a number where nobody talks when you do answer it - busy when call back. Is it from LG I just bought one of their fridges.

Whoever this is that is calling is very persistent but never leaves messages.

Auto call no answer

I started receiving many calls from this number.  No answer when I call back.  I had a refridgerator delivered today from Home Depot.  Could this be why I am getting these calls?
