Our clothes dryer stopped working, and we called A&E (aka Sears) to repair our clothes dryer.

This phone number is a customer satisfaction survey.

Funny, the automated voice message that this phone number left behind thought I was on the line, and was waiting automated touch tone responses from my voice mail service, which was recording the automated voice's questions.  

I do not know why their customer satisfaction survey has to work like this.  They should have an actual phone number for customers to call back where customers could leave actual feedback.

I just received a call from them as well. I bought a fridge and dishwasher from Home Depot that was delivered less then two hours ago.  I assume they were calling due to my purchase.

I haven't bought anything from Sears but I guess previous phone number holder may have. The constant calling from this number is more than just harassing. They don't even talk to you. Ring and hang-up like a childish prank all hours of the day and night. My caller ID says it's Telesight, Inc. I am filling a complaint against them!!

Constant calls all hours of the day and night with no one talking to you and busy signal if you try to return call. I have lupus, MS, and fibromyalgia.. This is way past being annoying. Please help stop them!!

Got a phone call from them but they didn't leave a message.  When I tried to call back, it was busy then just rang and rang...  Glad to know that it is from a survey company...we just bought 3 appliances from Home Depot and are very pleased

I just received a call from this number, and I just received a delivery from Home Depot, so maybe as the other posts states it is a service checking on the delivery of the appliances.

Have been having problems with 3 people on Facebook then this call keeps coming in when I try to return call all it does is ring then after about 6 rings it makes busy sound

I called as this person did and they put me on do not call list.

Its a company called Telesight in Chicago. They have an 800# at 1-800-608-3651 and a website at telesight.com. Gotten half a dozen or more calls over the past couple days with no message left on voice mail. Finally got fed up, Googled the company, got the 800# from their website, and called it. Told them I was annoyed, and they put me on their Do Not Call list.

We just had an LG dishwasher delivered from HOME DEPOT this morning and this is the second call, I didn't answer the first one as we were busy.. with the dishwasher.. checking that it was delivered and all was satisfactory. But they do not leave a message, that does irritate me. Comes up as a Chicago area but no other ID.

Yes, I just got a dishwasher this morning that is who it is.. they must cover other stores too I see some here from Sears..

I got a call from this number and no one left a message. After reading some of the other posting I assuming it is just another telemarketer. I did buy an A C from home depot.

I just got the same call twice today and I too had a dishwasher installed by Home Depot.

Home depot deliver a stove and I received a call within 3 hours of delivery. I pick up the call and no one was there.

Comes up as Telesight, Inc on my phone.  I recently bought an LG Air Conditioner from Home Depot.  Maybe now I can answer & get them to stop calling!!!

same situation exactly... I just purchased w/d from Home Depot

Did not answer but my experience is consistent with others.  Had A&E come out and check my frig.  Too expensive to fix so just bought a new one from Home Depot.  Guess I'll get double the calls ..... maybe nto cos going to add to my block list :)

I had a washer and dryer installed today and got a call from them tonight.

To confirm one of the previous responses, I too just had a washer/dryer unit installed today, from Home Depot, and later in the day I received a call from this same number.   I did not get a chance to answer the call, and I then tried several times to call this number back, but all I get is a busy signal.

Called on May 25th at 3:04PM.  Caller ID says Telesight Inc.  No message was left.  Only got one call.  When I did a internet search of the company it seems to be a market research firm.
