They call until 9PM and are rude and obnoxious and I do NOT have any bills with them!

I am in the same boat. They call every day atleats 2-3x times and disconnect before 2 rings

This number does not answer when I call back and they did not leave a message.  Had a/c service call from sears so I see the pattern.

We had a washer delivered from Home Depot yesterday and started receving calls from this number within about an hour after delivery.  Funny thing, I was just on this website checking out the number, when my phone rang and it was the number again, so this time I answered.  It was just a one-question survey, press 1 or 2.  I pressed 1 since I'm satisfied with my delivery.  However, I wanted to add a comment for a slight improvement about the delivery, but it didn't give me an option.  They did provide an 800 number to call, but too much effort for one simple suggestion.

Yep it is Sears.  Called me wanting a servey answered about a recent repair.  Problem is they did not repair my TV.  Their service sucks and the comminication within their company sucks.  Never by any electronic or appliance from Sears nor their extended warrenties.  I never will again.

Sears' customer service could use work but the repair and warranty work was handled to my satisfaction.  Wish they would have a real live human being call me and leave a message

Keep getting calls from this number but no voice mail.  Call back and dont get voice mail and it rings off the hook.  Whoever this is they need to learn to leave a voice mail.

Must be Sears.  I had them service my refrigerator on Friday and I'm getting calls from that number on a Sunday night.  202-870-5900 tonight too and I see that one is also one of the numbers in question on the internet.

I recently had service from Sears on a brand-new G.E. counter-depth refrigerator that I only had for three days.  Cheap drawers made of plastic.  The serviceman was snotty and an hour early.

I just received a call that my Vonage acct recorded as coming from this number.  WHen I called the number they gave me, which was no this 312 number,  it was a recording about a possible fraud alert on my Bank Of America atm, which I DO NOT HAVE.  As soon as they asked for my account number, I hung up.  I did get a delivery from Sears yesterday.. so now I'm confused after reading previous comments

OOPS!  My bad.  Disregard my previous post.  The call WAS from Sears regarding a delivery.

No Voice/Message from this line. Bought a bed and had it delivered from sears. Seems to be the case with most others.

Sears is a good possibility. I just had Sears out to my house for a service call last week.

I just got another call from them and this time I answered it.It was a recorded survey from Sears on how satisfied I was with their service call from last week. Only took about a minute. No big deal.
