got a call after sears service. I think they have sold my number.

This is from Sears. They call you after a in-home repair or delivery. They want you to do a survey

Just had a Rolls Royce delivered from Home Depot and got this call. Not quite sure why I had to report that here.

I think you're correct. Just had a dishwasher delivered from Home Depot few hours before I got a call from (312) 640-3944 & mised it. Must be automated call for a survey or something because you either get a busy signal or no answer.

Since two weeks ago that I had my lawn tractor serviced by Sears I started getting calls from this number. There is noone there, very annoying and comes in several times a day.
The area code is Chicago - Sears headquarters.

Thanks for the info guys, I will never ever ever answer customer surveys. They want my info they can pay me for my time.

SEARS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!  Bought a dryer on Saturday, was supposed to be delivered and hooked up on Monday.  Here it is Wednesday, the afternoon of their second scheduling and they are now telling me my connection was rescheduled until tomorrow.  We'll see what happens tomorrow.  Either way, I AM DONE WITH SEARS.  Can't wait to do this survey,  Hopefully they will call me back.

I got a call from this number, after reading about other people receiving calls from this number I wish I would have picked up. I recently had my refrigerator serviced by sears, it was a terrible experience, in fact the last couple times sears has had to come to my house to make repairs it was terrible. Don't buy anything from sears.

Stop calling. Commercial, Political or Social.  Get off my phone line. I am not satisfied with anything I have received in mail or deliveries.  Hate all elected officials that are bankrupting our country.  And really fed up with unidentified calls.  You really do not want to talk to me about anything.

totally HARMLESS phonecall.  just a survey to customers to determine if they are satisfied with the delivery and set-up of the new major appliance that they just purchased.  home depot customers may get a phonecall from Telesight if they purchased a major appliance. LEGITIMATE phonecall with customer survey.

I ordered a LG refrigerator from Home Depot and have been getting harassed by a company named RAS that does their delivery confirmations. Last week they called a total of 14 times to notify me of a delivery that was going to Home Depot for me to pick up. Really, 14 automated calls, 7 voicemails and 4 live calls all for a delivery that wasn't even going to my house.

Unfortunately the fridge was damaged in shipment and needed to be sent back. I had it reordered and have had 11 calls so far this week. Yesterday I called back and actually got a customer service rep. I explained that the delivery was to the store and requested that the calls stop. They said they would take care of it but 2 hours later another automated call came in. I called again , same request, no luck...

This morning I got the call from 3126403944, apparently to see if I was satisfied with my delivery.

If you order from Home Depot I suggest you give them your real contact info for the store, and a fake number for them to give to RAS. For some added fun give them their own number.

I also just purchased appliances from home depot and started receiving these calls. Called home depot sales department and asked them to hav them stop, we'll see if that works

Had a Sears washer serviced under warranty a few days before. Thanks to previous posters who helped figure out why I'm getting these hangups.

yep.  it is a sears survey.  got my mower fixed last week.  it's "Telesight"

It's Telesight, Inc.  They have been bombing me with these automatic calls ever since Sears repaired my dishwasher.  They want me to do a survey but they always call when I'm in the middle of something.  Pain in the butt.

I had a dishwasher repair man from Sears come to the house 3 days ago....definitely a Sears check up call I assume.

this caller is annoying just calling and not leaving a message...thanks for letting me know it is related to sears..i did just have sears repair on my refrigerator and i do hear a survey sometimes but i never looked down at the number and now i know..thank you.

I believe this is a survey call from Sears purchase. I got this call after I purchased a dishwasher from Sears.
