This colleciton agency collects bill for Hospital and different Dr's offices , the reason they cannot leave message cleary is that there call centre is based in Pakistan. See their website  it states for one of the key personnel :

Staffing

Our in-house facilities accommodate a skip-tracing department, automated mailing department and a predictive dialer.

They keep calling me asking me to press 1 if I'm Michael Gray, and press 2 if I'm not.  If I press 2, they just figure he's not home, and keep calling back.  Finally pressed option 1 and got put on hold.  I just hit redial on the number, picked 0 for operator and they *said* they took my number off the list...we'll see!

OMG really if it IS collections, people have not paid by now, GUESS WHAT?
They are NOT going to. I am checking numbers & addresses and will send DO NOT CALL letters, (certified) they can ONLY mail me junk. Funny thing I have NOT gotten anything in the mail & I AM on a DO NOT CALL List!
I usually turn phone on and then off EVERYTIME they call...........

The law office of Malcom S Gerald, calling for someone else who has never been at this number. An automated message that says "If you are not ___ please hang up" which is ridiculous because I have a right to listen to and use anything you put on my machine.  For an lawyer, Gerald, you should know that.  You leave information on my recording, it's mine.

I received 9 calls in one day from this company and 3 more after I told them not to call any more.
They are a collection agency. I don't even know what the debt is for.

i recieved a call from 3129226500 stating they worked for "malcom and (i couldn't understand the second word) associates." i dont have a credit card nor debt. he said his name was jason diaz.

I have been receiving calls since I got my new cell number with Verizon which has been since March 2010.  I receive anywhere from 3-4 call every day.  I have told them that I am not the person they are looking for, that I must have her old number but they insist on calling every day, sometimes at 5:00 AM.  How can I get them to stop.  They are so annoying!

Everyday, someone calls asking for some man I don't know.

I have been receiving calls from this number for about 3 weeks now and I never picked up and they never left messages. One day they called and I had just about enough so I answered just to find out they are trying to get me to settle on a payment plan for my old credit card (created when I was 18 and am 27now) I started to laugh and told her that case has been settled and try to get another fool with that crap, and hung up. Now they still calling me over and over and again I gave in just to let them know not to call me anymore, so when i pick up i get a automated message saying the next rep will be with me shortyly ..... ..... ..... 30min later, i hung up with no one answering. I will be reporting them!

Got the call, didn't let it ring more than once then hung up. They've called my house phone asking for some guy named John. Don't even know a John with said last name. Told them no one lives here by that name and they still keep calling. Any suggestions??

I have begun receiving calls from this number asking just for a person by their first name, no other information.  After reading previous posts and seeing one person was told the caller was jason diaz I had to post here.  I previously received calls from another number for another supposed collections attorny and the person stated they werej ason diaz.  In order to stop the previous calls I had to file complaint with my states AG and the AG of the state the calls originated from. The one time I answered this most recent call they tried to get me to tell them my information.  I will be filing another complaint with both my state AG and the AG for the state the phone number is based out of, as last time they became threatening and left nasty voicemails, which I saved and recorded all of them.  Even if a person is in debt, no collections agency has the right to threaten anyone.

These people have called me a dozen times in 2 days

I just found a charge to my credit card from these guys...no authorization given!  I'm contesting it with the credit card company.

harrassing calls

There are many calls from 1-3129226500 on MY CEL PHONE!! 2 rings and hung up. I believe they are calling through SKYPE. no messages!!!!Calls come in at any time day or night..
These complaints or messages from so many people including myself are not going to stop these
people from calling....this is just to vent. I will change my telephone numbers, I am 69 years old
and I believe this is just plain abuse....And I will consult with an attorney. Contemplating a law suit...

My mother keeps getting calls from this number about 9 times a day.  She keeps telling them that she does not have a debt with them and they just keep persuing her.  I called them back and asked what they wanted and then they wanted my name, address, phone number, and even my social secuirty number!!!!  And I told the woman you are not getting any of my information and I am reporting you to the FTC!!!!!!!!  And hung up on her!

My Boss got a call from this number, the person said they were Sidney Harris.  When I asked who they were with and what this was in reference to that said it was personal and to put them through. As the person would not say who he was with and what the call was in reference to I told him that I could not put him through.  

I don't think it was personal though as if it were and they knew my boss personally then they would have has his personal number.

Called at 9:00 at night and said I owed a substainal late medical debt.  Would not tell me to who and did not speak very good English.  Told him it's against the law to call so late and that I owed no one any money for anything.

This number has called my phone 3 times, so I called them back.  They asked me if my name was ________, and I don't know who this person is, so they politely removed my number from their list.  I had no problem, and they were very courteous.

This phone number keeps calling my cell phone and asking for me by my old married name from 14 years ago, I don't know who they are or what debt they are trying to collect obviously the statute of limitations has come and gone here in the state of arizona.  They call as late as 11:00 at night.  This is ridiculous as a consumer we all do have rights
