Called after 6pm, belligerent and demanding payment on on debt more than 7 years old, that was wiped out after a hurricane and repossession of a vehicle.  Hateful and rude, would not listen when I explained that I did not owe a debt.  Kept asking if I was refusing to pay my debt.  NO due process was followed and NO accurate information.  This company needs to be shut down by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT now!!!   Why doesn't the government deal with people/things like this instead of messing with our insurance and options?

This company called me stating they were attorneys and that I owe for a magazine account. After careful research we have found they are not attorneys, a violation of Federal and State Law. I live in Massachusetts and have found they are not licensed to collect in my state. I am working with the Massachusetts attorney Generals office and the Federal Trade Commission to prosecute this firm for criminal actions. I also have 7 other consumers who paid this company and we are filing a class action suit against "Malcolm S Generald" and it's principal David Stein. If anyone else has been effected please contact the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office to get involved with the class action. David Stein used a false name filing in the state of Illinois as a corporation. Another Felony in the state of Illinois. These criminals have messed with the wrong person and I will take this all the way until they are in a federal prison. All of the employees in this company will be held liable as well. I believe it falls under a conspiracy/ Rico case as they all are conspiring to fraud consumers together. I will be at every hearing. See you soon.

They call numerous times a day until it's harassing. I asked them to stop calling me but they continue.

They keep calling wont tell me about what but want my full ss # before they give me any answers

Call from this number.  Call blocker blocked them which means it's a robot call.  No msg left.  Did expect one either!

this number called and wouldn't talk because I had speakers on.and they wanted them off so no one could hear.what they said.told them no and they said call another time and hung up.crazy people.

I got a call from this number today, said hello twice with no answer, I told them "if you are going to call me, say something" only to get a reply back in a snotty tone "Well I was waiting for you to say hello" When I told her I did twice and asked who was calling she hung up on me. If this is still a debt collection number does anyone know who through so I can call and complain about the rude callers?

they called asking for all sorts of personal data i don't give strangers data they can use for fraud. i sure as heck don't trust them.

Not sure who this is, however they called my phone and hung up. I came here to find out about the number to see that is a debt agency. Which couldn't be for me.

Have been getting the same thing from this number, calling and hanging up, so I started to call back and mute the microphone on my cell, just let it sit there for awhile until they hang up, I've done this about eight times a day, usually takes about 2 minutes per call. It's great fun and they are really getting irritated. Taste of their own medicine.

No id given on phone, but new cell # apparently belonged to a deadbeat before I got it.  NO message.
Blocked permanently.

A co-worker had a bill collector harassing her by calling her at work bragging that he knew he would get her fired for the calls every half hour to the main switchboard so she needed to pay him immediately or she wouldn't have her job.  The manager told the receptionist to send him the call the next time the guy called.  He let that guy know exactly what he would do if he ever called there again and he told him he had better not hear of him calling his employee at home ever again either.  He let him know what laws he was breaking and that the business phones were recorded and he was recorded stating that he was knowingly harassing her to give him money to save her job.  All business owners and managers need to take this stance, especially with these new callers know people don't even owe a debt, they are just trying to scare people.  The problem with these new callers is most are really calling from outside the U.S. with piggybacked numbers and they don't follow our laws.

These are some sort of scam operation. They have an address from about 5 years ago & say I ordered 10-15 magazines & now they are collecting. Never happened! I usually don't answer & they leave no message.

This number keep calling even early in the morning but I don't answer and just ignore it.  But it is so annoying for them to keep calling everyday even though I deleted the number.

Why are they calling me?????

I received a call from this number, from a woman who identified herself as "Madison"  (sexy name I think). She then asked if I was Lario, I said to her depends who's calling. And she then said she couldn't tell me unless she knew that she was speaking to the right person.

She left a message to call back at a number with her ext. Being #270. I called back saying I was Lario and was returning a call. As I said this, I explained that I was recording this call and that if her wish was to speak to me, A payment of $1'537.00 USD per minute would be nessesary to get direct information about me other than my name.
